Windsong Resort

We came here for our honeymoon. From the time we arrived we were extremely impressed with staff and facility. We arrived a few hours early and they still immediately got us a room and it had the sweetest decor to celebrate our honeymoon. The beach was never packed with people making it so relaxing and fun for us. The staff greeted us every time they say us with smiles and conversations. The food was so good and drinks were phenomenal. Samuel makes the best drinks and Alesia (spelling?) really brought so many smiles to our face with their customer service and by the time we left the staff were more like friends. We even had the absolute pleasure of meeting Jim (developer/owner) which helped us understand why this resort was so wonderful. He was so friendly and kind and we loved chatting with him. We left half way through our trip for a stay at Alexandria Resort (all inclusive) because we wanted to see the difference between the resorts as we have never done an all inclusive. Long story short we left Alexandria after dealing with not having a room for HOURS past check-in time, being covered in baby spiders during our only meal we had there and the staff made us extremely uncomfortable. We took a significant financial hit and left Alexandria and went back to Windsong so our honeymoon was not ruined by the resort (Alexandria). There is not enough good things we can say about Windsong. They truly made our honeymoon amazing and I cannot wait to go back one day. Thank you to everyone at Windsong for giving us the experience of a lifetime.

Lovely hotel and service! Stayed in a new studio room in building 4 - had everything you need! Great beach and snorkeling very close! Room so close to beach, steps away!

Horrible service broken building’s elevator not working

If you want a relaxing, quiet vacation in a beautiful resort, this is the place for you. Book one of the Beachfront pool rooms, you won’t regret it! We loved having access to the pool and beach right from our patio. Windsong met and/or exceeded our expectations and we have high expectations. The rooms were beautiful and very clean, everyone we met on staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great- we ate at Pelago every morning for the view and tried a different dish each day. Be sure to try their guava drink in the evening! We loved everything about this trip!

My husband and I just returned from a week at Windsong. The resort is clean and the suite was very comfortable especially having a kitchenette and a washer/dryer. There was construction next door that was noisy on occasion while lying out at the beach or for happy hour on our balcony, but not too bad. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Aleah and Daishea took care of us all week and honestly, those women deserve a raise. They always had a smile on their face and took care of whatever anyone needed. Thank you to both of them. They were very friendly and added to our overall experience at Windsong.
