We loved it ! This was our 1st visit to T&C and won’t be our last. Windsong has a small charming feel to it, and its situated further away from denser concentration of hotels. It is perfectly located right next to the best off-beach snorkeling on the island. Our suite was huge, comfortable, and well appointed. The ocean view from the wrap-around balcony was lovely. There is no need to rush out early in the morning to secure a beach chair and umbrella like you have to do with some bigger, crowded all-inclusive hotels we’ve been to on other islands. There are enough chairs, umbrellas, and cabana tents for all at Windsong. And the beach service was outstanding ! Cold water bottles were brought to us throughout the day. A daily sorbet brought just to refresh. The beach server who took care of us was Gustave. He was amazing ! Took care of everything. Super hard worker and always smiling and friendly. He truly made this trip special for us. Windsong found a special employee when Gustave joined their team. Hotel butlers Derron and Khalil were also top notch. Knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and courteous. Front desk staff also excellent. The poolside restaurant Jojo’s is decent though not a destination for people at other hotels to visit. Definitely does the job with breakfast and lunch and numerous beachside cocktails ! If you’re looking for action, party atmosphere, loud & crazy... try a different all-inclusive style hotel. If you want quiet elegance, perfect beaches, good snorkeling, and lavish service, Windsong is a great choice. We’ll be back.

This was our third time staying at Windsong Resort and each time is better than the last. We cannot say enough about the wonderful staff and service. Our room was immaculate as usual. The food was amazing and we particularly loved the dinner at Windsong during our stay. They also have lovely special nights, such as the Caribbean Jerk Night (which is always one of our favorites!), pasta night and sushi day. Also, it can't get any better being right on Bight Reef! We have seen sea turtles, eagle rays, sting rays, puffer fish, squid (2!), snappers and groupers. We always have so much fun and this trip rejuvenates us. We will be back at the Windsong! We could not imagine traveling to any other destination or staying at any other resort!

Let me start off by saying, wow! This trip has been nothing short of amazing. I originally booked a one-bedroom ocean front suite but learned at check-in that we were upgraded to the two-bedroom ocean front suite, room 212 which was absolutely beautiful. We had private stairs on the balcony that lead straight to the pool & beach. Below I will list some tips that I wish I read before traveling there. 1.)The resort does have it’s on concierge which I recommend using because his packages are much cheaper than what I saw online & he’s a sweetheart, Khalil (tell him my review sent you) I was close to booking a tour with him but we were so jet lagged we were afraid of getting sick on the boat. We will on our next visit. 2.) I read somewhere that said “bring half the clothes and double the money” Turks & Caicos is VERY expensive. Breakfast was included for us but you can pick 3 continental items and pay extra for hot add ons/Lunch averaged $85-125 for 2 people/dinner could be $175-$220 for 2 people/2 frozen drinks $27 (happy hour BOGO is 5-7 I think, so take advantage) there’s 22% tax on most food 3.) the hotel holds $100 per day on your credit card for incidentals. (They accept American Express, no foreign transaction fees) 4.) when you go down the stairs to where the beach access is & you turn right, you can walk down about 15 minutes and there’s another restaurant called Hemingway’s. You will also pass Beaches resort that’s very crowded. It made me appreciate Windsong’s private quiet beach so much more. 5.) bring swim shoes, there are small sharp shell pieces in the sand and in the water, rocks as well. 6.) I tried to be cool and not wear sunscreen on my face, I didn’t think I needed it since I’m a woman of color and our faces are now peeling. (Wear it!) 7.) we took a cab to the infamous Conch Shack that was $23 each way for 2 people. 8.) the cat on the dune is named, Grace. 9.) I can’t forget Gustave on the beach, that was my buddy! -Mia

We stayed at Windsong last year and we enjoyed it so much we had to come back! The location cannot be beat! It is not too crowded and it right in front of the bight so you can go snorkeling anytime of the day for free ( if you bring your own equipment)! The snorkeling is also very amazing. This time around I saw a spotted ray, a grey ray, many sea turtles, plenty of fish, a huge barracuda, and even a reef octopus! The beach area is also very clean and again never too crowded. The staff is very nice, especially Khalil, who even remembered us from last year! The rooms are always clean. We would never stay anywhere else in Turks & Caicos! Hope to visit again as well!
