We did not enjoy our stay here. The food was bar food at best, the beds are incredibly uncomfortable, the staff are rude and bothered to help you. We walked to go eat at other restaurants after eating their crappy food. The amenities suck and spa is trash, I would not recommend, in any way.

We loved everything about the resort! The staff were so warm and welcoming and the room we had was fabulous. There was a kitchenette fully stocked with utensils and plates, etc. and the room itself was large and bright. The bathroom had really nice high-end shampoo and conditioner, etc. and the water pressure in the shower was great. We had only a tiny view of the ocean, but it didn't matter because we were never in our room during the day. There are plenty of rooms with ocean views and balconies, if that is your thing. The property is lovely with so many garden areas all around the multiple buildings. Loads of comfortable lounge chairs and fun day beds and lots of chair cabanas. The pools are lovely with water features and all kinds of different seating options. We loved the beach and the fact that this resort is right next to the amazing snorkeling at Bight Reef. We were just steps away and ended up snorkeling multiple times a day because the snorkeling was so amazing. The number of fish we saw was incredible and they were right there as we entered the water, we almost didn't need to put on a mask! We felt no need to take a snorkeling tour to some other place when we could go to this reef within steps of our room. We thought it might be a problem to have guests from the other hotels walking down the beach to get to the reef, but we never felt like there were that many people coming by. We also loved that there's only one row of beach chairs at the small beach in front of the hotel, as farther along in Grace Bay, you just see rows and rows of chairs and it makes it feel so much less exclusive. One small drawback of the Windsong beach chairs is that not every set has an umbrella, so if you don't get your spot early in the morning, you won't get the shade. Even if you get an umbrella (or cabana), there is no way to move the umbrella, so you end up without shade once the sun moves. It would be great for them to have adjustable umbrellas and to have umbrellas for every set of lounge chairs. They do charge $5 a day for snorkel masks, which also seems like it could have been included. They have kayaks and paddleboards to use for free and also a small Hobie Cat, plus they have floating ring loungers in the water. You can even use their bicycles if you want to bike over to Grace Bay. They have water stations and free sunscreen at the beach booth. We thought the restaurants served very good food and we had lunch delivered to our beach chairs daily. For breakfast, our package had continental breakfast included, but they have this wonderful option of using a $18 credit toward anything on the menu instead of getting a straight continental breakfast. We loved that and got a different breakfast entree every day. All the food was fresh and delicious and presented beautifully. Jojo's definitely has a casual vibe to it, with the pool view and TV screen, while the Dunes is just lovely with the individual "booths" screened off with landscaping. The Pelago, however, was our favorite, as the view of the water from the rooftop was stunning. We did find service to be a bit slow, but it was never less than what we would expect on an island. Really the only slight downside of this property is that it is quite a far walk to get to the restaurants, shops, and bars of Grace Bay's tourist area. It's a very small thing, though, as being next to the reef more than makes up for it, in our opinion. We truly loved this resort!

Just returned from one week stay at WindsongTCI. Our bungalow was very clean. It was really close to beach. Kitchen was very helpful as eating out in TCI is extremely expensive. Took shuttle to grocery store for a couple of easy meals. There are really only 3 restaurants on site, a coffee bar and a quick breakfast. Breakfast included which was very good. Dining felt limited, but most of the food we had was tasty. A cocktail costs $18 US, for us that was pricy. We did go off site a couple of times. Right next door is Somewhere Cafe, which was great. Pelago on site had excellent food quality and fantastic ambience. The majority of staff we encountered did their job but were very unfriendly. Only 2 servers (Alicia and Damnialee) were kind and stood out as far as service goes. Butlers (Gerry, Travis, Raheem) were great as well. They helped us book a boat tour (excellent) and photography sessions with ease. The staff work hard, and I don’t like being critical. But honestly, we were disappointed with the level of service we are normally accustomed to. We tipped what we could- 10% on top of the automatic 10% service fee added to each bill but got the feeling they wanted more or just weren’t happy? Something felt off, but we didn’t say anything. The beach is beautiful, and we got what we came for.. snorkelling was so convenient and lots to see at the reef. It was our first time snorkelling, our kids 10, 14 and us we really enjoyed this activity 3-4 times. A few other water sports and pool were fine. Windsong is a more quiet resort. Overall, TCI is beautiful of course, it just comes with a bigger price tag than we’re used to.

Let me start by saying that the hotel its self is very nice, clean and the beach is amazing. The rooms are large and spacious. Front desk, housekeeping, and the spa are top notch. Where it falls extremely short is the restaurants. Breakfast at the pool restaurant,Jojo's, took 1.5 hours to get our food. My kids had several meltdowns while we waited for our omelets - thats right 1.5 hours for omelets. Oh and im 6 months pregnant with the appetite of an Elephant. The other food we tried was ok at best. Rooftop bar was the same, slow and mediocre service. We went for brunch for my husband's birthday, the waitress seemed annoyed to serve us, messed up my husband's order and when I told her it was his bday- she said "oh ok". If we ever come back I would eat all my meals off the resort- such a shame.

We had a fantastic stay at Windsong last week. Received a warm welcome by Nerlie and Raheem with a cold towel and a rum punch before a quick grounds tour. They were quick to provide assistance with a smile when we had a question or request. We enjoyed our breakfast at Jojo's and dinner on the rooftop at Pelogo and esoaked in the gorgeous views. Our room was spacious and well appointed. We chose Windsong due to the snorkling right off shore. We would love to go back and would definitely choose Windsong again!
