Our stay has been great even with unusually cold weather. Our bartender Wiskey and all of the staff are 10/10 he’s the best go see him at Pelago— roof top!

Pelago restaurant at Windsong on the Reef
Pelago was our favorite restaurant for the 5 days we stayed in T&C. The food was outstanding and the staff went above and beyond to make our meals memorable. Our server, Chama, was attentive, knowledgeable and cared about our overall experience. We loved our meals and our time at Pelago!

Pelago at Windsong is a new restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere and a relaxed, modern feel. The food is well prepared, with good flavors and fresh ingredients, and the service is friendly and attentive. It’s a nice spot to enjoy a meal, whether for a casual dinner or a special evening out. We went to Pelago restaurant on the top floor of building 4. Great experience! Carmen was our server. She was very friendly, and made the night perfect!
