I own a home on Providenciales that sustained damage from Hurricane Irma. My home was not habitable so I needed somewhere to stay while dealing with repairs. Needless to say there was stress involved for me. The entire staff was always pleasant and extremely attentive to our needs. Windsong management and staff has done an unbelievable job getting their resort up and running again like nothing happened. Anyone that has any concern about their plans to visit TCI, post Irma, can put their concerns to rest. The Windsong will make sure your visit is a memorable one. We plan to stay there again next month when we return.

This was our 4th time back to TCI and The Windsong. We brought my parents out for their 1st time and had such a wonderful time. We also had my 3 1/2 year old daughter. The Condo's are perfect for families. Amazing kitchen, beds, balcony. Literally everything is top notch. The staff is incredible time and time again. Randy and Khalil who are the resort butlers took care of our every need. Royalton, Samuel, Peter, and Alicia served us daily with a smile at Jojo's which is the restaurant on the property. It's a bit expensive at the restaurant. There are delicious local restaurants close by and a grocery store to stock up on essentials. The beach was out of a dream. We love this place an hope to be back sooner than later. The staff and location of this resort has us returning every year. If you can, make sure to get a oceanfront suite. It's so worth it! Anette the GM is super nice and made sure we had a fantastic stay. The Windsong has become an extension of our family. We brought some essentials for the staff following the hurricanes. It's the least we could do! See y'all soon!

Wind song on the reef We stayed here over the Labor Day weekend and had a great time. I've broken down my comments below: Property- The property is about 15 minutes from the airport. (Preschedule your transfer with a company- we used Provo Connection off Viator) We were able to check in an hour early as it wasn't their busy season. The place wasn't crowded or full of people which was great for us. It was very clean and kept us nicely. The pool was warm and had float toys available. Room- The one bedroom room was spacious, updated kitchen, and clean. There was a washer as well. If you plan on cooking while there keep in mind they'll take you to the grocery store daily at 4 pm for a small fee but the prices on the island are VERY $$$ ($20 for a 6 pack of soda) Jojos restaurant- The continental breakfast was included with our room. We felt it was adequate and served its purpose. I think other reviewers were expecting something different and didn't like it. They give you a choice of a bagel or English muffin, fruit or yogurt, cereal or oatmeal. You get 3 and a juice with pastry. It's NOT an open buffet concept and you have to order the food which is why I think there are complaints- not your average open buffet. It probably saves food costs by lessening waste. We ate there for the Caribbean Saturday night DJ party. Food was ok but I don't think it was worth the cost. We also ate lunch here one day and it was ok. Nothing under $15. However the smoothies are great but they're $8 so we didn't have as many as we'd like to. There's a service fee and tax on everything too. But it can all be charged to the room. Beach and water sports- The beach is feet away and stunning. The water is warm and very clean. The reef is right in front of the hotel for excellent snorkeling. During our stay we saw about 5 sea turtles and numerous types of fish. $5 a day for snorkeling gear. They have kayaks, peddle boat, paddle boards, and these cool floats out in the water. We asked three days in a row to go on the hobby cat and no one seemed to be able to do it which was our only disappointment. Staff- ALL staff members were very friendly and helpful. They really wanted to ensure you had a good stay. Khalil was helpful in getting us excursions, dinner reservations, and taxis. Johnson was great at the restaurant and all the guys at the beach were great. Special Notes- Bring snacks if at all possible. We each brought a backpack full of snacks after reading the reviews on food prices. I've been to 32 countries and this WAS one of the most expensive place I've ever been.

Windsong is AMAZING! The resort is beautiful beyond words; the staff is friendly, fun, and caring; the services they provide are top notch; and the entire experience they offer is phenomenal! We choose this resort for our Honeymoon, and we are so very happy we did. We loved everything from the people, to our suite, to the beach, to the pool, to the sunsets and the mango daiquiris! Our time was interrupted by Hurricane Irma unfortunately. But this resort & its staff made sure we were taken care of completely. Our airline did NOTHING. We have the guardian angels of Windsong to thank for helping us get home. They were so calm and supportive through it all. They offered hugs, smiles and prayers. And then they made sure we got to our plane and were headed home. We can never truly say thank you enough. We were thrilled to hear they had no structural damage and the staff were all safe. Praise God! We will be back! Some of our favorite things: floats in the water, covered chairs in the beach, beds by the pool, breakfast & sunsets on the dune, a walk down the beach, mango daiquiris, ALL the staff, the view from our balcony.

We went to celebrate our anniversary. Stayed in one of the beachfront suites. Beautiful suite, view and nice staff. The beach is amazing. There is a reef right out on the beach in front of the hotel. Making the hotel a preferred location. Bring food!! Prices at the store are crazy high. We were very fortunate, we stayed 9 nights. Our scheduled flight out was the morning of 9/6. They closed the airport that afternoon due to hurricane Irma. I hope the people/resort/Island are ok. Once the hotel is open again I highly recommend staying here.
