Paradise
The Best overall stay at Windsong! Friendly staff, excellent food and spacious rooms. The beach is wonderful with a coral reef within steps.

Had one of the big suite with 1600 square feet. Owned by a few Britons I think. With state-of-the-art appliances, marble floors, wow! The things I disliked were that there were a few "Instagram-Ready" women or couples having their pictures taken in the pool, hair not tied up with a drink in the hand, vulgar? Upper class tourists do not like to have "Instagram-Ready" people around, ____ have seen a couple undress and nude in the pool, management should supervise more against this.

We recently stayed at Windsong Resort on Grace Bay and had a fantastic experience, largely thanks to two standout parts of the staff. The team at Pelago, the rooftop restaurant, was excellent. The service was warm, attentive, and professional without being overbearing. They were knowledgeable about the menu, made great recommendations, and kept everything running smoothly. The combination of the elevated views over Grace Bay and the friendly, capable staff made our dinners there a highlight of the trip. Down at the beach, Mark at the beach stand (in charge of the swimming gear and water sports) was equally impressive. He was friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful with the snorkeling equipment, paddleboards, and other gear. He made sure everything was ready when we needed it and was always happy to answer questions or offer tips. His presence made the already amazing beach and reef access even more enjoyable and seamless. Between the strong service at Pelago and Mark’s reliable help at the beach stand, the staff really elevated our stay. Highly recommend Windsong—especially if you appreciate good people who make the experience better.

Amazing experience lovers!
We had the most amazing trip. The service was immaculate, the place was clean, and gym was on point. Roger took us on the hobie cat and took us on a water tour which we really enjoyed, he was a pleasure and extremely knowledgeable! Thank you Roger you’re the best!
