Windsong Resort

I booked a 1-bedroom Beachfront Pool Junior Suite at Windsong to celebrate my birthday, expecting the level of luxury and service that should come with such a premium price. Unfortunately, my experience was far from luxurious. Around 2 a.m. on my very first night, the air conditioning stopped working, and the room became unbearably hot. I contacted the night auditor, Matt, but received no meaningful assistance. The following day, I spoke with the manager, Nicola, and maintenance staff member, Mackenson. Initially, both were dismissive and seemed to downplay the seriousness of the situation rather than acknowledge how uncomfortable and unacceptable it was. While the AC was eventually repaired, getting it resolved took nearly half of my day. Staff were repeatedly going in and out of my suite, and the communication throughout the process was extremely poor. I had to make multiple trips to the front desk myself just to get updates and find out what was happening. Instead of enjoying the beach, pool, and other amenities I paid a premium to experience, I spent a significant portion of my birthday trip trying to get a basic necessity in my suite restored. What was even more disappointing was my inability to speak with upper management. I repeatedly requested to speak with Anette, yet she never made herself available to me at any point during my stay. I find it extremely concerning that a guest can repeatedly request to speak with upper management about a significant issue and leave the property without ever being given that opportunity. Things can go wrong at any hotel or resort. The true measure of luxury service is how those problems are handled when they occur. In my case, the lack of urgency, poor communication, dismissive treatment, and complete lack of follow-up from upper management turned what should have been a relaxing birthday celebration into an unnecessarily frustrating experience. I am sharing this review so future guests understand that, based on my experience, luxury pricing at Windsong did not translate into luxury service. I also hope this review finally prompts someone from upper management to contact me and address my experience, since I was never afforded that opportunity while I was actually a guest at the resort.

Fantastic experience at Windsong for my family of 6. Lovely property, everything you could want from a TCI resort. Staff and service were amazing. On sight dining everything you could want. It is a tad isolated from the main parts of town, but very easy, although pricey to get a cab. Would definitely come back

The suite we had was fantastic with state of the art appliances, nice furnitures and decoration. However, the maids service was uneven, sometimes not showing up at all and doing the minimum. I found the peoples not friendly, compared say with Barbados or Nassau. There was one couple bathing nude in the pool yesterday.

Amazing location in Grace Bay, awesome staff, awesome food and awesome location. We stayed 7 days and were truly special!
