Tried the new restaurant Pelago at the Windsong and it was phenomenal! We had the pre fixe 3 course menu and we had caicos lobster ceviche for an appetizer (as much lobster as a standard main course) and the roast beef and roasted sea bream, both tastefully presentented and delicious. The atmosphere is amazing, clean and intimate, cant wait to come back in the day for breakfast to see the amazing water views! Our server, Carmen was AMAZING! Some of the best service we've had on island- incredibly sweet kind and attentive. Even if the food wasn't outstanding we would come back just for Carmen!

The beach was pretty nonexistent so for half of the days there were no lounge chairs available on the sand. A relatively small area with limited lounge chairs was available on the land. Check nearby resorts as their beaches are lovely. Fire alarms went off 3 mornings @ 7:30 during our 6 night stay. Many of the employees were very gracious and helpful (Travis) but others were dismissive. We were passed over by the person checking us in who decided to also check in another couple who arrived after us—she told us she was “multitasking” . The gym offered the basics. Junior suite was nice.

The resort is beautiful with well stocked accommodations including roomy balconies. Most striking was the fabulous staff. Unfailingly friendly and always with a smile. I use a walker and everyone was caring and always eager to assist. Annette the manger was present and available at all times. I needed a shower chair and she magically provided one. The staff at Jojo’s restaurant was attentive and kind. Thanks especially to Alicia. There was a buffet that required me to climb stairs. Alicia immediately volunteered to bring the food to me. She was up and down the stairs repeatedly. Carmen and Sindy on the 4th floor continental breakfast were superb. They unfailingly made sure I had anything. They always greeted me with a smile. I needed, especially pineapple. My sincere thanks to the entire staff for their warmth and their willingness to assist.

We loved our time at Windsong. The attention to detail by the friendly staff is apparent throughout the resort. We especially enjoyed our time at the Pelago restaurant where the views were the best we experienced in Turks & Caicos, service from Firmane was terrific, and the food was delicious. Chef Abnel came to our table to discuss dietary questions - we were impressed with his effort to create pleasing dishes for all. We felt pampered during our entire stay. All staff was ready to assist at all times. Highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed for a week in mid January. Overall this is a nice hotel, the lobby is a little small which doesn't inspire confidence when you arrive, but don't let that fool you. The rooms are well appointed, the basic rooms aren't particularly big but they aren't small either, and I don't choose to go to the Caribbean to stay in my room anyway. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast included with the room was fine, we had coffee, juice, fresh fruit, yoghurt and a muffin or bagel every day and typically couldn't eat it all, reviewers complaining about it not being big enough or not including eggs need to take a breath and step on the scales. Lunch at JoJos was pretty good, loved the fish tacos and the jerk chicken sandwich. Dinner at the Beachfront was ok, and the beachside tables were a terrific location, but we chose to eat elsewhere most evenings. If we were to return to Provo we would be happy to stay here again
