We could not believe our eyes when we got into the room that we had booked. It by far exceeded our expectations. Instead of a regular room we got this very nice one bedroom suite with a spacious comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, a washer and dryer, a nice ocean front terrace and a balcony outside our bedroom. We could not have been any happier especially as we had direct access to the pool and beach. The best thing about the hotel though is its location: it is right at the best (and to my knowledge the only one) reef of Grace Bay beach. We experienced the best snorkeling that we had in years. We were in Mexico, the British Virgin Islands, Thailand, the Seychelles but no place came close to Grace Bay beach. Where guests of other hotels have to walk some distance we just stepped out on the beach and enjoyed the underwater world. The only reason why I do not give it a five star review is that upon checking out we were charged a dinner and drinks that the guests in the room next door had. We had to argue at the reception about every item on the bill. We finally got it solved but there was no apology.....

My husband & I had a fantastic time at the Windsong - The hotel was beautiful and our room was breathtaking. The staff was beyond accommodating and made our stay even more special. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to our return trip.

This resort had it all! The location on Grace bay is breathtakingly beautiful. This resort is good for couples or a family vacation. The staff is excellent and as friendly as can be. We enjoyed snorkeling, Kayaking, swimming and parasailing, all from the beach. We used the hotels Bicycles to ride into town and buy some souvenirs. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the dune each morning and night. Staying here saved us a lot of money, compared to the all inclusive places east of us.

The room was neat and well made up. Free internet. Room came with a microwave and small frige. Front desk did a nice orientation to the location. Pool was small but nice. Beach small but storm limited access due to waves. Food was ok, but Island spiced. Continental breakfast good and included coffee/tea, juice, 3 of cereal, english muffin, oatmeal, bagel, fruit.

From the moment we checked in the staff was on top of everything. You are offered a welcome drink at check-in; rum punch or fruit punch. The room was beautiful! Stainless steel appliances, plenty of space, and CLEAN. I told the resort it was my birthday at booking, and they had balloons, a towel animal, and a cake waiting in our room. Resort was quite! Just what we needed. Only 50 or so rooms, so it is most definitely relaxing. The beach was small but clean. Had plenty of activities for free. (kayak, paddle boat, paddle board, etc.) Snorkel gear is 5 dollars a day per person. Chairs and towels were never hard to find. The reef is literally right in front of the resort. We had plenty of drinks and some food at Jojo's. BOGO happy hour drinks 5-7. You must get the same drink for it to be BOGO, but it worked out fine for us. Continental breakfast was great. You could add 2 eggs for 4 dollars if you wanted protein. Not a bad option. We didn't use the pool, but we did use the hot tub every night. Always plenty of chairs by the pool area, and it was very clean. We decided to rent a car for the day, and the concierge arranged it for us all in about 30 mins. Again, the staff is fantastic! Everyone was friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Would absolutely stay again.
