We had an extraordinary experience with so many of the staff. It began with Royalton who served us in the restaurant as well as the beach. What a kind and hospitable fellow! The were also the young men who attended to my wife and my beach needs (as well as the couple we were traveling with): helped set up our cabana, took drink orders, and were generally terrific and fun gentlemen...Colton and Larry. Then there was Dandreko and Roselene at the restaurant bar. They were really fun to engage and made marvelous drinks (especially the 2-4-1 during the 5-7 happy hour.) Alicia was the assistant manager who went out of her way to make us feel welcome. We even had the opportunity to meet Jim, the property owner...a very nice gentleman. On top of all these folks, the water was the best we found on the island: clear, mild surf, with a reef right in front of the resort. This was our fifth trip to Provo and our first experience with Wind Song. It will not be out last trip and certainly only our first encounter with Wind Song. Thank you, everyone!

The only regret we had was having to leave! Windsong is a small resort but that is what we wanted. The entire staff was incredible and i wish I could mention more names, but these especially stood out. Max, Randy, Royalton, Larry. We had the one bedroom with ocean view and loved it. One reason we stayed at the resort was the reef proximity and it did not disappoint.

Windsong Resort and Providenciales was everything we hoped it would be – and more! First, a bit about my perspective on Providenciales: If you’re looking to visit a beautiful island where you’ll have lots of different things to do and see every day, you might be bored here. If you’re looking for a beautiful island where you can totally unwind, relax and enjoy the beach, the gorgeous water + reef, and an amazing suite (one bedroom Oceanfront @ Windsong) with all the amenities, this is IT! Cocovan and Coco Bistro were our favorite restaurants – and Windsong’s Saturday Night BBQ was one of the best, too! JoJo’s was great for breakfast – including the complimentary breakfast which was pretty substantial (but not quite as good as the 3-egg Omelet or the amazing Brioche French Toast w/Pineapple – but we felt that those were very reasonably priced, in the $15 range). Windsong far exceeded every expectation we had. We booked a 1-bedroom oceanfront suite, which we would highly recommend. We had requested a high floor but ended up in the perfect location (#223) on the second floor. I say it was perfect because it was not ground floor (we could keep the sliding glass doors open 24x7 if we wanted to) and it was visually close to the ocean, pool, etc. Honestly I was secretly hoping we’d get an upgrade to a 1-bedroom Oceanfront Penthouse Suite, but I’m not sure the 2 of us would have used that top floor much. If we are able to return, we’ll request #223 again for sure! If we return with a group of family/friends, we’d definitely try for the 2-, 3- or 4-bedroom Penthouse suites. Some additional info about the gorgeous 1-bedroom Oceanfront Suite (which I was not easily able to find prior to our arrival): - The kitchen has a lot of cookware & tools, in case you decide to cook breakfast or dinner in your suite. (To give you an idea as to the level of supplies in the kitchen, I’ll tell you that in our suite, there was a really nice set of cookware, plenty of dishes, glassware, coffee cups, serving dishes, a vegetable peeler, etc…. (does that give you an idea of how you could actually USE this gorgeous kitchen if you wanted to???!!!). - The full-size refrig/freezer has an icemaker which was full when we arrived. (NICE!) - In our suite there was a 2nd “powder room” (toilet + sink) which came in handy. - There’s a hair dryer in the master bath, and good shampoo, conditioner and lotion were restocked as needed. - One of the YouTube videos I saw showed the master shower was also a tub. Ours was a walk-in shower (preferred for us), and I think each unit is slightly different. The resort staff was fabulous! While almost every single staff member was delightful, there were a few we interacted with on a daily basis and who really deserve an extra-special recognition for above-and-beyond exceptional service: LaVonne, Colton, Kahlil, Randy, Royalton, Elaine, Anthonie, and the front desk staff. It was pretty clear to us that the staff at Windsong Resort knows that keeping their customers REALLY happy ensures return visits and recommendations and therefore it’s better job security for them. We’ll definitely recommend Windsong Resort to any of our friends who are looking for a place to totally unwind in luxury! (Also, FYI: I just learned something about TripAdvisor: don't post any reviews until you're ready to complete the ENTIRE review. I submitted a review ~1 week ago re: the Spa at Windsong and TripAdvisor won't let me add another review for 3 months, so I'm signed in under a different email address to submit this review). Room Tip: oceanfront one-bedroom suite was AMAZING and worth every penny!

We loved our stay at the Windsong Resort! Everything was just perfect. The greeting of the reception with a fresh towel, rum punch, followed by a brief tour of the resort from Randy, which was great! The condos were spacious, well equipped, beautiful terraces, nice beds, bath products, clean and comfortable. Your home away from home! The staff was great, many thanks to the following people that made our stay so amazing!!! Randy, Richard, Maddie from the spa was awesome, Samuel, Judith from Haiti was so awesome. And Royalton our breakfast waiter was so awesome and entertaining. I would highly recommend this resort, and would return in a heart beat. Recommendations, pack as many non perishable items and take with you, the grocery store will give you sticker shock, but this is the price you pay for paradise. We loved having a car in order to get out and explore. The snorkeling in front of the resort was great, especially swimming and following the turtles. Best conch on the island that we had was from the Da Conch Shack. Island Vibes did a great job with our snorkeling outing. Love, love, love Turks! We're missing the beautiful water, sunshine and the Windsong Resort!!

We stayed at the Windsong earlier in November - and my review is a bit mixed. I was between a 3 and 4 on my overall rating for the property. Our room, studio queen, was quite adequate with a small fridge, microwave etc. The hotel itself was clean and well kept up. Front desk staff was friendly. The beach is beatiful, but very narrow. We walked all up and down Grace Bay and found other portions of beach much wider. However, most don't have the coral reef right off their property either. The hotel states that there are 2 restaurants on site, however it is only 1. Jojo's and the Dune dinner are all prepared from the same kitchen. Honestly, Jojo's was our least favorite dinner or lunch while we were there. We got a snack of chips and salsa when we arrived, which were stale. The night we ate dinner there, my mac & cheese appetizer was still cold in the middle. Minor things I know...but it all adds up. My other qualm was that you would hear the staff yelling at one another from across the way telling someone else on staff to do something. It's just not necessary. Jojo's is in a "pit" so you are by the pool and basement level - with virtually no view. We visited Seven Stars, The Shore Club, Gansevort, Somerset, and the Sands at Grace Bay. All of the resorts have their pluses and minuses. We are fairly certain we will return to Provo in the future...but we may choose another resort. We rented a car for the 5 days we were there - which I highly recommend. The island is safe, you can get over to the grocery store easily and stock up on some things (which we heard a cab ride to there was $20, it's about 6 minutes by car). Rent the car before you go and get it at the airport. I would also say that generally most lunches on the island will run you about $50 (with a alcoholic beverage) and dinners range from $80-120 depending on what you get.
