I enjoyed my stay with the resort and everybody was helpful enough especially Vren in the reception area when i need some questions answered. Will stay here again if i ever get to come back to visit the islands.

The resort was immaculate, rooms were outstanding and the staff created a wonderful experience. This is our third time visiting the Windsong Resort and the experience keeps getting better. The beach and pool area were very clean and comfortable. Awesome snorkeling right off the beach. The restaurant bar and restaurant with tables looking onto the beach is a nice experience and the food was delicious. Sunset dinner at night is special. Cabanas on the beach were relaxing and the service was outstanding. Love all the water activities included like kayaking and paddle boarding and the workout facility is a plus. The staff was very kind and attentive. Kahlil was very helpful and accommodating as a butler/concierge. There was construction for the additional building next door which will increase the room volumes and beachfront however it is hardly noticeable. Management has done a fantastic job with this resort and we will definitely be back!

Nice place, the units were nice, we stayed in a 2-bedroom ocean front deluxe suite, we liked the layout, and we would consider going back again. In our opinion, we liked the layout of the deluxe unit better than the other 2-bedroom suite. Only downside, the beach is on the smaller size due to the existing reef. Although they are in construction on the new building next door, there was minimum activity and nothing bothered us while there, very minimal noise.

Excellent location and very very friendly staff. Khalil the butler was absolutely amazing in assisting with any questions and pre arranged trips. I would highly recommend staying here. The food portions were a bit small for the pricing, and there was an issue with the plumbing in my bathroom. Otherwise amazing place to stay

Clean, beautiful property with spacious room, direct beach access and 2 onsite pools. The positives end there. Service is abysmal and worse than a 1 star motel considering this property lauds itself as a "resort". Front desk, staff and wait staff are hit and miss (mostly miss). The beauty of the beach and ocean aside, if you're considering staying here (especially for a family vacation) then there are FAR better properties at comparable rates that won't make you feel like a burden (like asking for extra water, extra towels, etc.). This was our second stay here, once as a couple and the second one as a family of 5. This will certainly be the last one. Plenty of great resorts in Provo. This isn't one of them.
