Another amazing experience at Desire Pearl. As always, it’s the employees that truly make Pearl stand out among all other resorts. Plus the lush grounds, great food, and blissful atmosphere. The manager Laura has such an amazing team of people that make each visit feel like home. Iris, Astrid and Giselle at the front desk are always a warm welcome. Alexis and Vincent at luggage are so prompt and friendly. Yolanda, Gabriella(gabby), Josue, keep our beach drinks fresh and cold! Juan and eddy at the bar. Victor, Horacio, Miguel, and Antonio with beach chairs make every day a breeze with beach setup. Restaurant servers Wilmer, Servando, Daniel,Ediberto are top notch. And elby the lifeguard makes us feel safe. We Can’t wait to go back next month.

We had an amazing time as always. The staff went out of their way with two dinners for our group by the pool and one in the disco. The resort truly goes out of their way to give you the experience you request. Hector, Alex and Vincent were there to greet us own arrival and all three are amazing. Iran and Michelle made any and everything we requested happen immediately. They were great! Candy and Bella always keep us entertained and smiling along with the whole crew of play makers. Miguel and all of the guys at the chairs work so hard to make the stay perfect! Belen, Santiago and Juan never stop and always are sure you have a fresh drink or the snack you need. We come to Desire 3 to 4 times a year and cannot wait to get back each time for sexy fun and seeing our family away from home. Every staff remember remembers our names and always appears happy to see us. Leaving Desire is always the toughest. If you enjoy sexy clothing optional fun, this is the resort for you!

Desire Pearl is about one thing. Making you feel welcome and at home. When you arrive you are greeted with a "welcome home", and at Desire Pearl, its not just a motto, its a way of doing business. The perfect example of this is Juan at the lobby bar. Every morning my better half would get an expresso martini from Juan. And every morning it was the interaction with Juan that was the best part. His face never fails to light up when he sees you. It truly is like seeing an old friend every single time. Another favorite employee at Pearl is Hector our butler. Hector is the epitome of professional and service. Anything you need, you simply ask Hector and he somehow seems to make it happen if it at all possible. Hector has been our butler for both of our trips and we were very happen when we found out he would be assisting us again on our last trip. Finally, there are two other people that helped make our last trip special and provide examples of the amazing service at Pearl. Juan B and Orlando from the Pearl restaurant. Both not only provide excellent service, they had us laughing constantly. But they were also professional and knew when to be there and when to let our party have its space. Both are amazing servers. Pearl is our favorite because of the people. As my lady calls it, it is a strangely amazing place. It is a place of freedom without judgement. A place to relax and just be yourself. And it is small enough that you aren't just a room number, you are a friend being welcomed back home. Are their swankier places, probably so. Do we have any desire to go to them, absolutely not. Pearl is our home away from home.

Just returned home last night from first trip to Pearl (have been to RM and TTR multiple times), 1st, staff was great especially our butler Hector who always enthusiastically took care of ant requests we had and personally resolved a few minor issues that came up. We overall loved Pearl although it was, as we were told, a slow week which probably was the result of the Eden opening but great people, decent food and nice rooms. We were and our VERY unhappy with management, after being told we would have an overpayment refunded at checkout when leaving we were told we had to call reservations today for that but today reservations is telling us the desk should have handled it so now they say we might get refund in 45 days(not holding our breath). Also, we booked round trip luxury transportation through reservations and even received a voucher with a picture of a luxury SUV which did take us to Pearl but when leaving we were picked up in a 12 passenger van, we complained to the desk which again said to call reservations today but today we are told we did get a ride so they can't do anything. So have to say resort gets an A but management fails completely, really disappointing that a great trip ended with nothing but aggravation. We can not fault the staff for anything, this is purely an ownership problem which we have had several problems with in the past, sadly it still leaves a really bad taste in our mouths about staying with original group resorts.

The resort caters to Premiere members. They get reserved poolside chairs and dinner tables. The food was terrible. The taste was poor and quantity was small. Most of the staff were very nice and tried to accommodate us. The rooms were very clean.
