My partner and I regularly travel the world, this was our second time at this beautiful hotel. In short words I can confidently say that they have it all!!! Elegance, friendliness, service, cleanliness, etc. They go above and beyond and I'm extremely grateful for everything they did for my family and I. I have no words to describe how wonderful Waldorf Astoria is. We are proud to say that Waldorf is one of the BEST hotels of the Rivera of Cancun and in Mexico. Their attention, services, meals are amazing!! A big thank you to the entire team, starting with Jorge, Alejandro, Antonio and the Bellman team for giving us a beautiful welcoming and making us feel at home. Their attentions are indescribable. Following up with the reception team, they are super friendly and very helpful at all times when we needed assistance. Chaya's breakfast team! all I have to say is WOW, WOW, WOW. Nobody like this team, my breakfasts were excellent and my attention was incredible. Big thank you to the entire Chaya team, especially to Servando, Daniel, Pablo and Miguel. Waldorf Astoria cancun Review Outstanding Experience! What can we say about « The « Jewel Of Cancun ! » An extraordinary hotel located in the most sought-after part of Cancun that welcomes you with Eduardo (Bellman) with open arms and a warm southern smile. You know you enter a special place with the unforgettable smell of luxury that pampers you everywhere you go! Roberto (Concierge) catered to our every need and made sure our stay was a memorable one. Pepe (Pool Bar Waiter), Daniel and Samuel (Chaya Restaurant Waiters) catered to us with great food and top notch service! For breakfast, the french toast (Pain Perdu) is absolutely amazing and a must! Alberto, Grecia and Alejandra (Front Desk) always made sure all was well and Jorge (Bellman) was great at taking care of the things that did matter to us. Treat yourself to a world class experience that is second to none, next time you travel in the Cancun-Tulum region.

I had an amazing time at the Waldorf Astoria Cancun. The pool was so quiet and relaxing and the drinks were great. The staff is extremely nice and attentive. Jesús Roóue was so nice and always making sure that we were comfortable. Diego Aguilar was amazing as well and worked with me to help practice my Spanish. It was a great time all around and the staff truly made sure that we had a great time.

Overall service was wonderful. Everyone was very courteous, friendly and ready to help. Sounds like they have understood company values very well. I would like to give special shout-out to Karla Coellav and Alberto Rodriguez from concierge team. If you need some examples of “going an extra mile than your assigned job” don’t go any further to look for it, you have Karla and Alberto with you. They gave undivided attention to solve my messed up pre-registration of a Photography tour “Birds of Myan” arranged by vendor Viator. Alberto, even after spending so much time came up to the cab, spoke to driver and made sure I don’t have any problems for this photography trip. At the conclusion of our stay, Karla and Alberto presented us with a gift. I have attached photograph to this review.

From the moment we began planning our stay, the concierge team reached out to arrange airport car service, setting a tone of attentiveness that continued throughout our visit. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted in the lobby, where we were promptly seated and served refreshing mocktails. The Front Desk team efficiently facilitated our check-in, ensuring a seamless start to our stay. As Diamond members, we were graciously upgraded to a spacious 1BR Suite, ideal for our family. Throughout our week-long stay, Ileana, our personal concierge, went above and beyond, assisting with dining reservations and organizing a memorable snorkeling excursion. She even arranged a special celebration for our son, complete with delicious treats. The Housekeeping team impressed us with their attention to detail, providing impeccable turn-down service each evening. Dmitri, the dining manager, made dining experiences memorable by taking the time to learn our children's names and engaging them in conversation about their favorite books they brought to dinner. Servers like Miguel, Alfredo, Pablo, and Daniel exemplified hospitality, making us feel truly welcome. Jamie at Malpeque restaurant demonstrated thoughtfulness by arranging for the chef to prepare a special treat that our children had enjoyed on a previous visit. While the cuisine at the hotel is undeniably delicious, it is worth noting that, as mentioned in other reviews, dining can be pricey. However, as Diamond members, we appreciated that breakfast, which was truly exceptional, was complimentary for two adults. This allowed us to indulge in a leisurely morning meal and enjoy a light midday snack, anticipating another lovely dinner. The hotel's infinity pools are beautiful and we really enjoyed them, providing a picturesque backdrop for an unforgettable stay. Combined with the exceptional and personalized service, our experience at The Waldorf Cancun exceeded our expectations. We anticipate the opportunity to return to this exquisite destination in the future.
