We had an excellent experience at the hotel. Oscar and his daughter at the buffet restaurant were incredibly attentive and friendly. The staff overall created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the hotel's size was just right – not too overwhelming. I highly recommend this hotel.

We are a family of 5, 47, 45, 24, 21 and 16 yo, everyone had a blast, the actual installations are not new, however been in the middle of the jungle, the ambience, the sun, the location, sunset, it makes our trip remarkable, we will comeback definitely.

He even went out of his way to make surprise drinks for us! We really appreciate the extra mile that Alfredo went for us on this trip! Highly recommend visiting the swim up bar at this resort!! Excellent service by Jocelyn Perez at reception. The activity staff were amazing, especially Alphonso and Daniella. The Italian restaurant and Los Arcos were our favourite dinner spots. We loved our stay, thank you Barcelo staff. We hope to return one day🌴
