Housekeeping (Blanca) was wonderful. She took amazing care of us. The food was just ok. Service was just ok. Doesn’t really give 5-star or diamond luxury.

Beautiful resort. You will not be disappointed if you visit! Phillip and Jennifer were our tour guides and we absolutely feel in love with them and this resort! Beach area is beautiful, rooms are pristine! It is a bit of a drive to get to downtown PV but worth the Uber trip! We did do a full spa treatment and it was amazing!! We will definitely be back!

This is such a well run resort. I've been to so many properties in and around PV and this is the bext operation. It also probably has the best food.

Thank you to all the employees for their incredible service at Blanca Blue, especially: Omar, Alexis, Pablo, Ronaldo, Javier U, Carmen & Eleaine! The food was AMAZINGGG, the rooms were clean and spacious (tv didn’t work tho), the pool was big and clean. Private beach was great. The trolley service was a plus to get to the upper property. Everything was perfect except for all the mosquito bites =| We will definitely return =)

Warning about booking with the hotel directly! I booked a one-week stay at Garza Blanca via Expedia. After booking, the hotel messaged me that there was an issue with my form of payment, and to call them. When I called Garza Blanca, they said my payment was fine (they did not have my Visa number, Expedia has that), but they offered me a much better deal than I had with Expedia. Unfortunately, I took them up on that, left a significant deposit and cancelled Expedia. Unfortunately I had to cancel my trip and requested a refund. First of all, it was very difficult to cancel my booking because the hotel said only the reservation agent who made my reservation could cancel it. So that took a few more days to work out, and they finally sent me an email confirming the cancellation. However, it's been three weeks now, and they have not credited funds to my Visa and will not provide a transaction receipt showing the funds going back to my Visa. They have not answered any of my emails and give me the run around each time I call, saying the person who can help me is not in at the moment. So, I continue to get the runaround, and my Visa deposit of US$4,600 is still not returned. It is very frustrating, and I am becoming concerned about why my deposit has not been returned yet!
