Although we had some issues with the check in and check out, and were charged twice, the team the remainder of our stay was wonderful. Julian at Bocados make our dinners spectacular. Roberto and Javier at the beach tended to our every need. Rod and Joshua who were our guides made sure we had a fun and safe time on our excursions. Evelyn, one of the concierge team, assisted with all of my needs, is warm and kind. Every time I visit Garza Blanca I love to see her friendly face!
