Garza Blanca
The Garza Blanca in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico is a superior resort that is 2nd to none. Alexis, Mario, and the entire morning wait staff at the Blanca Blue restaurant provided outstanding service. Carlos, Sara, and the entire staff at the Sanctuary treated my wife and I like a King and Queen from the beginning to the end of our stay. A 5-Diamond rating does not do this resort justice. The finest resort that we have ever stayed at bar none!

Garza Blanca is top notch! The facilities are clean and well kept including hot water and AC and even provide bottled waters. The staff are all courteous and professional 24/7. I love their pools, beach area and jacuzzis too. If you need a gym, they have two modern gyms to choose from. Ms. Vasti at the front desk was so nice and helpful from check in to checking out. I highly recommend this hotel.

Bonita estancia
All the staff in general were very friendly, in particular we had a great time hanging around the bar at sanctuary with Pedro and Jaime also, great dining experience at Hiroshi with Irvin and at Blanca blue with Mario Jorge and Alexi. Muchas gracias por todo muy bonita experiencia.

Beyond 5 stars
We booked the Garza Blanca Sanctuary and were initially disappointed when we arrived and realized we didn’t have a room booked directly on the beach. After some thought we decided to check out the room we reserved and our jaws dropped! We had a corner room on the 12th floor that was nothing short of amazing! Our balcony deck was huge and included a jacuzzi, large sitting area with a view for days. As if that wasn’t incredible enough we were directed to the balcony for a drink and something to eat. That view was even more spectacular than from the 12th floor! The entire hotel staff was nothing short of amazing no matter where you were staying in the currently 5 tower hotel. Marco was assigned as our butler and he graciously facilitated dinner reservations at the multiple tower dining areas along with any additional needs we had. I cannot say enough positive things about our inclusive stay at this hotel. We’ve visited places all over the world and this is one of the few we plan to return to.
