Sanctuary Tower was amazing absolute gorgeous. Everything is very high-tech and very clean above and beyond. Every restaurant the service is extraordinary and everyone who works here is extremely friendly and unhelpful. The views are beautiful. The rooms are extremely clean and the bathrooms in the public facilities are extremely clean. All the pools are kept clean on a daily basis. We visited every single pool and it was all the same. The cleanliness is hands-down best ever. The service at the pool is exceptional just like the restaurants. Our room came with a butler named Marco and he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best. From making reservations at restaurants to even making sure we had a late because our Transport didn’t come till later in the afternoon. Every morning he would send us a text regarding activities for the day asking if we needed assistance. He was very helpful with every question and it was all at her fingertips because all we had to do was text him.

What a destination!! We stayed at The Sanctuary, we experienced the highest level of hospitality from greeting to good bye. Everyone was attentive, polite and gracious. They gave us the best recommendations on how to best enjoy our stay. Carlos our butler, was courteous and always attentive. Miriam and Efrain at the pool were oh so kind and helpful. Salvador made our day with aqua exercise and Jose was a great stretching coach. Our daughter didn’t want to leave the kids club and enjoyed having fun with Miss Yazmin and the rest of the kids. The food was spectacular in every restaurant, don’t hesitate to upgrade to Karuma it was such a highlight for us. The room was so beautiful and comfortable for the 3 of us. This will become a staple for our family.

Garza Blanca is an annual family vacation for our family and we’ve been coming since 2015. It was extra special this year to stay while the World Cup was being held. We watched games from the new rooftop pool and in the sports bar of the new tower. It’s our home away from home. We also tried the new Peruvian restaurant which was delicious.

Just flat out amazing! The quality and amenities are marvelous. Food quality was great. And the service from everyone in the staff was just the best. Will come back every year!

We had an amazing time, our Butler, Carlos H was unbelievable in helping us with all of our plans, and as we changed our desires of what we wanted to do during the day, he was extremely accommodating. He was one of the best employees I’ve ever encountered and I would go back over and over just because of his professional, kind and accommodating attitude.
