Ricardo L. and the entire staff at Hotel Mousai were nothing short of amazing! The service was impressive. Staff was very attentive and experience was very enjoyable. Views were equally as impressive. You will not be disappointed. We hope to return.

Upon arrival from our arrival we were welcomed as if we just got to our new home! We had a pleasant tour of the room and everything was explained so thoroughly! When we had questions for anything regarding the hotel they were so kindly answered, no wonder this resort is the only five diamond resort in Puerto Vallarta! The meals were so incredibly decadent as was everything in between! We simply cannot explain how everything was as it would be too much amazing information to lay on one review, but what I can say, is that you absolutely get everything you pay for and then some! With the best staff, and comfort we've ever experienced we cannot wait to bring some additional family next year! Best resort ever! Thank you for the amazing memories Hotel Mousai!!

I have never felt like I could review a place and not do it justice! There is not enough words to express how marvelous it is at Hotel Mousai. I have stayed in a few 5 Diamonds before, but I have never been pampered like I was here. This was an incredible stay! Tony was the greatest bellman I have ever seen! However, every single one of the staff is amazing! The food is amazing. The pools are amazing. The rooms and the terraces are amazing! We even contemplated extending our stay it was so great. I think I can sum it up with this: PV was my least favorite city I have visited in Mexico, but I would go back tomorrow because of our experience at Hotel Mousai. Thank you! My only complaint, TURN DOWN THE MUSIC! You can not go anywhere where there isn't obnoxiously loud music blaring from many speakers. Even the fine dining restaurants. So sad, on a romantic Saturday night in the woods at Karuma and music is blaring.

Had a great stay in Mousai hotel. All the waitress are professional and very nice. They took care of us pretty well. Thanks Alan Giounni, Autoro , Carlos, Antonio Noemi, Rouben for their service at Bocks breakfast. The sushi place was great too and they make great cocktails. Overall very good experience. The only drawback is the trolley that they need to upgrade to better car for transportations.

Hotel Mousai is a gem! Even though we often feel we should try a new experience at another resort in Puerto Vallarta, we keep returning back to Hotel Mousai. On this visit, Diego our Butler provided top-notch service the minute we checked-in. Although we had made our dinner reservations prior to arriving, we realized we desired to change the time because our flight had been delayed by a couple hours. We wanted to hit the rooftop infinity pool before dinner. Restaurants like Hiroshi can be impossible to change reservations because of its demand. Diego accommodated our dinner schedule, and assured us to leave our worries behind. Throughout our stay he also made sure our refrigerator was stocked with our favorite beverages. Thank you Diego for making our stay a very pleasant experience! We also enjoyed our salsa lesson with Ronni! We have taken salsa lessons before, but Ronni had a unique teaching approach which will improve our appearance on the dance floor. We look forward to returning back to Hotel Mousai!
