Our 4-night couples’ trip to Garza Blanca Sanctuary was simply unforgettable. From the moment you arrive, you understand why they call it “Sanctuary” — everything radiates peace, tranquility, and a unique connection with the beautiful nature surrounding the property. The new tower perfectly blends modern luxury with impeccable contemporary design while still maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our suite was spectacular: elegant, sophisticated, and filled with luxurious details — the chocolate-toned upholstered headboard, the textured golden walls, the warm lighting, and an incredibly comfortable king-size bed with sheets that literally made you never want to get up. Waking up every morning to an ocean view while enjoying a delicious cup of coffee felt magical. The balcony with a private jacuzzi overlooking Banderas Bay quickly became our favorite spot to watch the sunset. Simply perfect. The bathroom deserves its own special mention: enormous, beautifully finished in marble, with dual sinks and a rainfall shower over teak wood flooring. Every detail was thoughtfully designed. The best part was being able to see the Pacific Ocean even from the shower while my husband relaxed in the jacuzzi. The orange-red accent chair also gave the space such a modern touch. Our check-in was quick and enjoyable thanks to our concierge, Karina, who was incredibly kind and attentive from the very beginning. The entire front desk team made us feel welcomed immediately. We would also like to thank the bellboys, Joaquín and Edgar, who were always attentive, friendly, and helpful with our luggage and anything we needed. Giovanni and Marcos, whom we already knew from previous visits, also welcomed us warmly and made us feel truly cared for. Thank you for making us feel like we were coming home. Our butler, Carlos, whom we also knew from previous visits, was exceptional and completely exceeded our expectations. He was always attentive to every detail and also prepared a beautiful surprise for our wedding anniversary that made our stay even more special. The rooftop is on another level. The infinity pool overlooking the bay is breathtaking, the lounge chairs are incredibly comfortable, and the atmosphere feels both relaxing and luxurious. The mural at the bar adds so much personality to the space. Rigoberto, Carlos, and Lorena took amazing care of us throughout our time there; the food and drinks were delicious and served directly to our lounge chairs. We even enjoyed a mini massage by the ocean — total relaxation. Our first dinner was at Hiroshi, and it was a wonderful experience. The restaurant has an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere, along with a beautiful autumn-inspired Japanese mural that makes the space feel even more special. The cocktails were amazing, and the sautéed edamame with chili and garlic was the perfect way to start the evening. But Dao… Dao is not just a restaurant — it is family. It was definitely the crown jewel of our trip when it came to dining experiences. David and José provided extraordinary service: warm, attentive, and always making us feel special. David even remembered us from previous visits, which truly meant so much to us. They welcomed us with a dessert that said “Welcome Home,” and that detail genuinely touched our hearts. Every visit to Dao feels special thanks to the entire team. The atmosphere is spectacular: the red lanterns, the cherry blossom tree, and all the décor create an elegant yet cozy ambiance. Special thanks to David and José for making every dinner unforgettable. On the third night, we had dinner at Bocados while enjoying a sunset over the ocean that looked painted in shades of purple, blue, and orange. The terrace is perfect for a romantic evening and completely Instagram-worthy thanks to the breathtaking sunset views. That same evening, we found another beautiful surprise in our room, and we want to once again thank Carlos, our butler, for the lovely anniversary detail he prepared for us. That gesture made us feel truly important and special, and you could clearly see the effort and dedication put into making that evening unique and unforgettable. Those are the kinds of details that make all the difference and transform a stay into a truly memorable experience. We also enjoyed an incredible beach day. Roberto took wonderful care of us — attentive, cheerful, and always with the best attitude. Our last day was dedicated to the spa. The facilities are beautiful and radiate tranquility. The hydrotherapy circuit was one of my favorite parts — an incredibly relaxing experience — and Eliseo, who assisted me, was very kind and pleasant throughout the entire visit. The sauna with an ocean view made the experience even more special. I also enjoyed a deep tissue massage with Alba, which was incredibly relaxing; I left feeling completely renewed. We ended our last night at Sanctuary perfectly, relaxing in the jacuzzi of our suite while admiring the lights of the bay, followed by a long, heartfelt conversation in bed before falling asleep and continuing our journey to Mousai the next day. In the end, we concluded that Garza Blanca Sanctuary has the perfect combination: world-class facilities and, above all, an incredible team of people. Jorge, kavin, Daniel and Janette were amazing at Hiroshi. They made our last night so enjoyable and special. Great recommendations and drinks. And so friendly and fun!!

We had the best time here! The views are amazing, food was so good and the service was on point. Zaim at the panoramic pool handled my group of about 80 people flawlessly (we were there for a wedding). He memorized our drink orders and knew all of our names by the end of trip. If you have the chance, go! Totally worth the money!!!

Yesterder night ,my famly gathered for dinner at Hiroshi restaurant and the experience was memorable. We enjoyed the live music, delicious food and the service that Irving provided to us was quite delightful.
