Garza Blanca Preserve Resort & Spa

My wife and I stayed at the Garza Blanca Sanctuary tower in Puerto Vallarta from June 5th to June 13th for our honeymoon. While we experienced some great sunny weather during the first three days, the rain unfortunately poured for the rest of our trip. Despite the awful weather keeping us away from the beautiful pools, we still had an absolutely amazing time. What truly saved our vacation was our room's private balcony and hot tub, which provided the perfect cozy escape while it rained. The accommodations are stellar, but what really set our stay apart was the incredible staff. Our butler, Carlos, was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive. He truly went above and beyond to ensure our entire getaway was relaxing and completely stress-free. The food across the various resort restaurants was overall quite good. Having visited the Garza Blanca Cabo location previously, we did feel that the dining options in Cabo are a step above, but the restaurants in Puerto Vallarta are still very enjoyable. Overall, the combination of luxurious rooms, outstanding butler service, and an unforgettable atmosphere made this a fantastic trip. We highly recommend Garza Blanca and would gladly return!

Service was phenomenal, Room service and bartenders. Blanca Guzman did an amazing job with our housekeeping. She took very good care of us.

Location is great. Amazing views and warm humid air. Rooms are luxurious and clean with lots of amenities. The bathrooms are clean and spacious with lots of shelving. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The noise level was high because of construction and birds. Expected construction noise. Understandable for expanding the resort. Expect to have a premium cost for a 5 diamond resort. Not budget friendly unless you have a membership. Some extra food was given when orders were canceled or refused. The staff was able to track down lost items. The housekeeping made nice touches to the rooms such as towel animals, rose petals, and flower bouquets. Transportation was seamless and easy to schedule. The property was well kept with beautiful landscape and gardens. A beutiful ocean view with the city of Puerto Vallarta. The overall vibe was pleasant and relaxing. The shuttles made it easy to travel to and from the different buildings. Some restaurants were closed on certain days and a little difficult to book reservations.

Blanca Guzman with housekeeping is AMAZING. She was very attentive to our needs and made our stay very special. We cannot thank her enough for making our family feel right at home.
