The best hotel I have ever stayed. Very high standard. Set in a beautiful location with wonderful views of the ocean and Puerto Vallarta. Breakfast good selection. The rooms huge and very comfortable.

I can’t say enough great things about this resort! The staff and service is like no other and is top notch in every way. I am ready to book the next trip to Garza and I just left last week! The food was amazing, the drinks were delicious and the room was so comfortable! It was such a nice relaxing property and kept so nice and clean. We did the Kayaking, the snorkeling, the 2.5 hike and the spa. All great features of the resort in addition to just poolside service. Every encounter and experience we had was wonderful here and I would recommend to all! Job well done Garza, job well done!

I have travelled all over the world and this was the best hotel and resort I have stayed at. The 2 bedroom was huge, the master suite was beautiful with a steam shower and Jacuzzi. The food was nothing short of amazing; one of the best steaks and deserts, the sushi was terrific, room service was fast and feiendly. The spa was amazing and incredibly relaxing. The pools were fantastic and property was beautiful. Staff was attentive, polite and helpful.

Garza Blanca absolutely delivered what we wanted, which was a week of pure vacation. Any gripe we had during our stay was trivial and barely worth mentioning, but I'll get those out of the way first. The restaurant reservation system had some holes and there was confusion at the host stand a few nights...but we still ate (well) every night, and where we wanted. The internet was expensive...but we had a better time unplugged. Rejecting the timeshare proposition after check-in was awkward...but we got over it and had the whole week to ourselves. A noisy bachelorette party moved in next door our last night...but that's nobody's fault. The beach is somewhat small...but there's really nice snorkeling just feet from your beach chair. That said, 99% of our stay was above and beyond what we expected--which was lofty to start with, since we'd read lots of good reviews on here. The food at every restaurant, including lunch by the pool, was fantastic. We had heard people complain about breakfast at Blanca Blue, but it was literally one of the best breakfast buffets I've experienced. None of the staff we asked knew what AquaZul was, even though it's all over the website...odd, but I think it's just the name of the grill where they make the lunch food for pool-goers. We had a hard time choosing between BocaDos and Hiroshi as our favorite, but you can't go wrong. Roberto at BocaDos was super professional and friendly, and he remembered us by name from memory the second time we came in. Likewise, Jennifer always gives a cheery and helpful welcome at Hiroshi. Last but certainly not least, Moises is a treasure by the pools. Search him out when you settle in--you won't regret it--and ask for his special drink, "The Moises". We didn't see him our last three days and got slightly worried that he'd retired on the generous tips we'd given him. I definitely recommend going in a down-season, since it seemed like there were more staff than guests, and they were all more than happy to help out. Our room was amazing, and again probably the nicest hotel room I've ever been in. You could never get anything like it in the US for close to the same price. More than enough space, comfort, and amenities to keep us happy all week. The upper towers have great views, while the lower towers are closer to the action (beach, lobby, main pool, transportation, activities). We liked the upper towers because they were quiet and closer to the two best restaurants...and the trolley/walk were not bad at all. If you're at all inclined for activity, don't miss the kayak trip and hike that are included! All that to say, I echo all the reviews on here that get straight to the point and tell others to go for it and book at GB. I may not go to another all-inclusive again, because I'm pretty sure it would be a let down after experiencing this awesome place.

This was our first time at Garza Blanca and it will not be our last. The service is amazing, the food is second to none, and the rooms and views are breathtaking. We came here for our honeymoon and Garza Blanca made it the most memorable week. We had so many wonderful servers but we had Gerardo Hernandez serve us most days by the pool and beach. He was always smiling, extremely friendly, and always happy to help us. He definitely made our experience at Garza Blanca a relaxing one. We were sad to leave but are already talking about our next trip out to Garza Blanca next year! I highly recommend the all inclusive package - you can order anything off the menus (with the exception of one or two items). It isn't your typical buffet style all inclusive. The restaurants are actual restaurants with menus you can order off of and everything tastes fantastic. We made it a point to order something different every day.
