Garza Blanca is truly heaven. We have been members for 31 years. The Tafer Group just continues to expand and improve their resorts. Garza Puerto Vallarta specifically is an unbelievable experience. You do not have to leave the resort with 8 restaurants and a world class spa ,and shops. This is a home away from home. The service from the butlers Jose, Antonio, and Roberto make your stay easy. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta Garza Blanca is it.

We keep coming back to Garza Blanca Puerto Vallarta, what a gorgeous property! First off the Butler staff are amazing, the wait staff are so so kind and helpful, the pool staff are very attentive we cannot express how grateful we are to know we are well taken care of. This property has 8 restaurants to choose from and all are very very good and don’t forget the chef in the room is a must. We cannot wait to continue to keep coming back. Yvonne Tilley

We are long term members at Tafer and have been to Garza B in PV many times. The reason we keep returning is firstly the amazing staff. The fact they keep expanding and adding great facilities is a bonus. This time we wanted to stay at the new Tower - Sanctuary. It is great and adds a whole new dimension to the property. The tower is a mix between Mousai and GB. The rooms are hotel like with a great view and are upscale with private hot tubs. The roof top is like Mousai in that it is adults only but is orientated in such a way that you can get shade (a plus for us). Overall a good experience. The roof top pool staff are fantastic - Great job, Claudia (J-Lo), Rigo, Efrain and Carlos The new Hiroshi is in the Sanctuary and is fun with the added feature of the Korean BBQ at the in door tables and so good to see that our friends of Alejandro, Diego and Irving are all still working there. The new Peruvian restaurant - Misaka (in the location of the old Hiroshi) is a great new addition but wish they had empanadas!! We did still go to Bocados for Breakfast as you cannot beat the view and Elaine and Gio always great us so well. We enjoyed going to the Panoramic pool as well as it is the original GB vibe which we also like and with Tony and Ivan serving us drinks it is always a great experience. Great trip and will be back soon - Management, please thank the staff - they are the reason we return!!

We stayed in the oceanfront tower. View was amazing. Loved having so much room to spread out. Nice having a washer and dryer. The hammock was a highlight. Housekeeping was very attentive! We spent most of our time in the pools largely due to the service and personalized attention. Roberto single handedly made our experience so much better than we could have anticipated! The vibe was very chill and peaceful. Great value for an all inclusive vacation.
