Garza Blanca Preserve Resort & Spa

Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay at Hotel Moussai. We had access to all the restaurants. We ate at Blanca blue, Hiroshi, Dao, Noi, Misika and had the room service which were all wonderful. Our favorite was Blanca Blue due to the amazing seafood options and service. Specially, Alexis and Omar took great care of us during our dining service! We came for breakfast, lunch and dinner which were all delicious. One of the reason we kept coming back was due to the service. Excellent service from these guys. Always welcoming and pleasant. Thank you!!!

Stayed here for 6 nights as a family with young kids. We did an all inclusive package and stayed in building 5. Kids loved taking the trolley every day and I thought it might be a problem getting around but it wasn’t. There’s several pools to choose from so we didn’t feel bored in that way. The beach doesn’t match the pictures and it’s more rocky than expected but still nice. We loved eating breakfast on the patio at Bocados and the view from there is very beautiful. Our room had built in safety electrical outlets. Our baby monitor didn’t get service in parts of the room including the balcony. We could hear work trucks starting in the morning and throughout the day. Not a dealbreaker but not ideal either. The food was better than other all inclusive resorts we have stayed at and the portions were very reasonable. And the staff were all incredibly nice and helpful…Rafael, Gio, Israel, Zaim, Victor definitely provided excellent service and made the trip feel special. We don’t tend to repeat stay at places because we like to try new things, but we would for sure stay here again.

Dealing with Garza Blanca is like a nightmare relationship that won't go away, won't let you forget all their aggressive, high-pressure sales tactics. The facility is nice enough, but it's just a backdrop for them to sell memberships at every turn. Their sales pitches are full of lies and manipulation. The problem is that they don't stop after you leave. I'm still receiving phone calls, text messages more than 2.5 years after my trip to Garza Blanca...and this after I explicitly asked them to not contact me ever again. Do yourself a favor and find another place to visit in Puerta Vallarta and avoid the Garza Blanca BS.

Been eying this resort for years and decided to celebrate my birthday there. I was blown away by the beauty and the concept. This is not a typical all inclusive beach hotel experience. The property is very lush and the beach is reminiscent of European beaches. Pebbles and crystal clear water. I recommend water shoes to be able to fully enjoy it. The buildings are spread out and everything about the landscape is beautiful. Every building has its own vibe. We stayed in the panoramic residences and that was a good choice because it allowed us to explore the entire resort being in the middle. There are stairs and lots of walking so if you plan to walk you should be somewhat fit. There is also a trolley which we found to be hassle but it is there as an option. The staff was super kind, not sure if it is their standard or aftermath of the February drama. The restaurants were top notch, Bocados being a favorite and breakfast at Blanca Blue. The sunsets were stunning. There are so many things we didn’t try but will definitely be back to try the spa and more restaurants and to spend more time at Tierra Luna. Special shout out to Andres and Jessi at Blanca Blue and Modesta our concierge who made the experience extra welcoming. Cannot wait to be back and will recommend to friends and family!
