Garza Blanca Preserve Resort & Spa

We loved our rooms and room staff. The views and food were amazing. The only thing holding us back from giving a five star rating is the service at the pools except the roof top pools and at Blanca Blue. Besides that everything was great. Our butler Carlos was awesome, he helped us with any services we needed.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Garza Blanca sanctuary resort in Puerto Vallarta. The resort is stunning. We stayed in the sanctuary building, which is the newest of the buildings. Sanctuary also has an amazing rooftop bar with an infinity pool and breathtaking views of the beach below, The mountains and Puerto Vallarta off in the distance. The suites are beautifully, detailed, very modern with modern tech, such as iPad with controls for lighting, draperies music. The large wraparound balcony had a spa, amazing views of the beach and Puerto Vallarta off in the distance . There are so many amazing restaurants at the resort and access to beach activities. It is just a short Uber or a taxi ride into city. We actually stayed our first night in the romantic zone area. Although convenient to walk out the door of the hotel, it was a welcome change to check in to the Garza Blanca and enjoy some luxury and relaxation the remainder of our week. Although the resort is luxurious and beautiful, the people at the resort made this stay outstanding. Victoria greeted us our first day at the property for our tour and orientation. Carlos was also kind, Patient and so helpful. He was there for every need, checking in every day offering assistance and giving us good ideas for restaurant selections and things to do. The team at the rooftop pool and bar are all amazing. I’m sorry I don’t remember all the names. I know Rigoberto waited on us a few times the rest of the bartenders and servers were outstanding. The Front Desk concierge’s team were always smiling and friendly and very accommodating also. It was very easy to book excursions at the excursion Office at the resort and there were nice shops, beautiful gardens to walk-through on the resort as well. We are looking forward to our return visit, hopefully before the end of the year. Thank you all for an amazing experience. This hotel was top notch! The resort started off & continued all the way through with exceeding every expectation. From the moment we arrived at the lobby the staff Carlos Ramos, Camilla & Miguel were all wonderful! Knowledgeable, kind & very helpful. The hotel is amazing from the incredible rooms with a huge walk in shower to private jacuzzi’s on the balcony. Toto toilets everywhere, even down by the amazing beach entry pool! The rooms are fully automated with surprises like music & cove lighting coming out of the ceiling when you hit the sunrise button next to your bed. It was fantastic. The beds were super luxurious and comfortable & I got some amazing sleep during my stay. The rooftop pool was fantastic and the fish tacos were amazing! Dining while having a delicious cocktail while sitting in the rooftop pool with the waterfall edge looking over the coastline… priceless! Chef John Paul at Hiroshio was phenomenal and came over and delighted us with a few incredible surprises along the way. It was by far the best sashimi/ Japanese and Korean barbecue I have ever had worldwide! The fish literally melted in my mouth like butter and the meats were sensational. I can’t speak highly enough about this resort and the entire staff everyone was so friendly & helpful if you’re thinking about it…Don’t think any longer just book. It was fantastic and I cannot wait to return!

I had an excellent experience at Garza Blanca in Puerto Vallarta. Our Butler Carlos did a fantastic job ensuring all of our bookings, transportations and property selections were made. He was also very helpful in ensuring my cousins Apple Watch was found near the beach. Everyone was amazed at the attention to details and the 5 star accommodations and experience.

This was the best vacation by far, everyone was so kind and helo. I want to personally thank Carlos, who was my butler during my stay always making sure I was ok. None of this would be possible if hadn't met George who was a true friend from the start. I am definitely returning very soon for an even greater experience. Highly recommend it.
