Garza Blanca Preserve Resort & Spa

All the staff in general were very friendly, in particular we had a great time hanging around the bar at sanctuary with Pedro and Jaime also, great dining experience at Hiroshi with Irvin and at Blanca blue with Mario Jorge and Alexi. Muchas gracias por todo muy bonita experiencia.

We booked the Garza Blanca Sanctuary and were initially disappointed when we arrived and realized we didn’t have a room booked directly on the beach. After some thought we decided to check out the room we reserved and our jaws dropped! We had a corner room on the 12th floor that was nothing short of amazing! Our balcony deck was huge and included a jacuzzi, large sitting area with a view for days. As if that wasn’t incredible enough we were directed to the balcony for a drink and something to eat. That view was even more spectacular than from the 12th floor! The entire hotel staff was nothing short of amazing no matter where you were staying in the currently 5 tower hotel. Marco was assigned as our butler and he graciously facilitated dinner reservations at the multiple tower dining areas along with any additional needs we had. I cannot say enough positive things about our inclusive stay at this hotel. We’ve visited places all over the world and this is one of the few we plan to return to.

Garza Blanca is always an amazing experience! The staff at bacados for breakfast (Alan, Arturo, Antonio, Javier) were excellent. We can’t wait to return again soon 🙌🏻

My wife and I stayed at the Garza Blanca Sanctuary tower in Puerto Vallarta from June 5th to June 13th for our honeymoon. While we experienced some great sunny weather during the first three days, the rain unfortunately poured for the rest of our trip. Despite the awful weather keeping us away from the beautiful pools, we still had an absolutely amazing time. What truly saved our vacation was our room's private balcony and hot tub, which provided the perfect cozy escape while it rained. The accommodations are stellar, but what really set our stay apart was the incredible staff. Our butler, Carlos, was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive. He truly went above and beyond to ensure our entire getaway was relaxing and completely stress-free. The food across the various resort restaurants was overall quite good. Having visited the Garza Blanca Cabo location previously, we did feel that the dining options in Cabo are a step above, but the restaurants in Puerto Vallarta are still very enjoyable. Overall, the combination of luxurious rooms, outstanding butler service, and an unforgettable atmosphere made this a fantastic trip. We highly recommend Garza Blanca and would gladly return!
