Best Hotel in the bay, excelent Food and amenities. The price is worth It, great suite, love it. We are a family of Puerto Vallarta.

The service was outstanding and friendly from the moment I entered the resort until the morning I departed. The resort is an easy 40 minute ride by car from the airport. Everyone was very knowledgeable with any questions, and I never felt rushed. The bracelet I wore and handhelds the staff used made logging things to my room hassel free. The entire resort was a beautiful combination of landscaping, ocean, and natural forest. Every part of the resort was clean, and the rooms were well appointed. I stayed in a junior panoramic suite, and they bed was very comfortable, as was the balcony hammock. The entire resort is walkable but there is also a trolley which makes stops every 15 minutes for easy transport. There are lots of activities to do at the resort which are included in your stay, and an itinerary is provided each night for the next day's activities. Food and drinks were incredible at each restaurant, especially Karuma. The spa was wonderfully relaxing, and the shops at Terra Luna Gardens were a nice addition. I am already planning my return trip with family due to the wonderful experience and beautiful location.

I can’t recommend Garza Blanca enough. My wife and two daughters (5, 3) have been here twice. Once in November 23 and again in May 24. We’re already planning on coming back later this year or early next year. The resort has incredible amenities from on site restaurants to an awesome spa to a kids club. They also offer babysitting services with completely vetted babysitters and the price is not unreasonable. We usually stay in tower 4 in a 2-bedroom suite. It is stunning. The rooms are huge and well appointed. The fridge is fully stocked with sodas and beers that are restocked daily. Pro tip: if you have a baby who still sleeps in a crib, you can request a crib and we set it up in the standalone bathroom so it’s quiet and dark for a baby to sleep. Hiroshi and Noi are fantastic restaurants. The only catch is that they’re in mousai so if parents want dinner, you’ve got to hire a babysitter or use the kids club program that runs on Wednesday night through Saturday night 5pm-10:30pm. Regular kids club every day is 10am-1pm and 2pm-5pm. I spend a lot of time talking about the kids club in this review because it really is the shining star of the report experience because it allows parents to have some adult time. It’s also something our older daughter really enjoys. They always have fun activities scheduled and the people who work in the kids club are just the nicest and sweetest people you can imagine. Note that the kids club is allowed for kids at least 4 years old. The staff at the kids club during our most recent trip were Adalid, Emma, Nancy and Heysel. My older daughter absolutely loved them and I knew she was in great hands. They were just so kind and patient with the kids. The last thing I wanted to mention is that our housekeeper was incredible. Our housekeeper for the whole trip was Marisol. She always left our hotel spotless and everyday left cute stuffed animals and surprises that made everyday extra special for my kids. The location of the resort is also a huge plus. It’s only 15 minutes to the romantic zone so you can still take trips to the malecon. Just a tremendous experience here every time. If you try it you won’t regret it.

The manager, Elaine at the Blance Blue am restaurant made our experience so much better. Our check in experience was awful and then had low hopes for this hotel. However, Elaine made us feel special and at home. Her attention to detail and warm smile changed our whole experience. The waiters: Alex, Marco, Javier, Omar and Andres were also wonderful and very helpful. Their kindness, efficiency and warmth made our experience enjoyable. This is the kind of service we had hoped for and thankful that Elaine and her staff were there. Thank you!

Our stay at the Garza Blanca was absolutely amazing! All of the staff were super attentive and extremely friendly. Special shout out to our server Roberto Gallardo, he made every experience at the pool a blast. We will seek him out on our next trip for sure! There are a bunch of high end restaurants to pick from and there is something for everyone. The rooms were great and always super clean. Highly recommend staying at this resort, they take great care of you. We will be back!
