Villa Premiere Boutique Hotel & Romantic Getaway

Hotel is very nicely maintained and cleaned. We enjoyed the location near many great bars and restaurants so did not purchase the all-inclusive package. The only downside is that the hotel does not have a water purification system and because we didn’t have the all-inclusive option we had to go out and buy our own water for the coffee maker and the bathroom - odd. Room view was beautiful and we saw whales several days just off the beach. The lack of available loungers is a bit problematic but loungers were always available on the beach and so was drink and food service. The rooms were quiet but the air conditioner jolting on and off throughout the night woke us up and we never figured out how to make that stop. I’d recommend this hotel for sure if the water was provided. I didn’t see many people eat meals at the restaurants and heard complaints about the food but didn’t partake so can’t say much on the topic. Drinks and food around the pool were good and Paul was very hospitable. Expect to pay $15 Canadian for mixed drinks at the pool.

Awesome trip! The staff and accommodations are top tier. Our usual schedule has been touring around town in the morning and then we are back poolside by the afternoon. Paul at the pool is an awesome host and makes us feel so welcome. Great trip!

One of the nicest places I've ever stayed at in my life! All the staff is so friendly, especially Paul! If you need anything or have questions just find Paul and he will give you all the info/recommendations that you need. Everything here (beds, food, drink, pools, etc) is really good quality, super clean, and well cared for. You're also right on the ocean which is unreal. It cools off at night, NO humidity, the rooms have good air conditioning, and all I could hear at night was the faint sound of the ocean lapping against the shore which was relaxing. P.S. if you're Canadian and have room in your suitcase, bring Ms Vickie's chips (especially the ketchup or spicy pickle flavour) for the staff as they can't get them in Mexico and they're well liked here. Plus, the *super* hardworking staff-- and I seriously cannot stress enough how hardworking they are-- just in general deserves all the Ms Vickie's chips in the world. I've never had such consistently attentive, caring, kind, and warm care from a hotel staff... if you don't stay here you are missing out!

Everything was absolutely fantastic, the only minor complaint I have is while we were pool side we had to go up to the bar to get drinks while others seemed to be getting served more. But they were regulars and really not a big deal. Food was awesome, the people were fun to talk to. Environment was splendid. It was our first time out of the country and we fell in love with the place and the city. We are excited to come back someday.

My husband and I stayed for 5 days in the honeymoon suite and had a lovely time. Weather was amazing, the people were all very friendly and the food was great too. We didn’t do all inclusive because there are many great restaurants within walking distance to the resort . Paul was great at the poolside in making sure we were comfortable. We definitely recommend the resort and will come back!
