Great venue and staff but don't pay for the All Inclusive as the food variety was minimal and too many great local restaurant's and eateries within walking distance. All adult was nice but disappointing as the pools shut down at 8 pm and not much to do on site, we are adults not children.

Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Everything is well taken care of and the vibes are immaculately chill. Big shoutout to Paul the pool attendant. He’s the best and will make your experience unforgettable.

This has been a great trip. Villa premiere is so relaxing . The staff are all outstanding and go above and beyond with anything you need . The food is amazing ( of course we ate more than we should have) . Every meal was a treat and beautifully presented . The pool was so relaxing and Paul( the pool attendant) was so attentive to anything you needed . We loved our room and enjoyed sitting out on the balcony listening to the ocean and watching for whales . Even at night you can hear the ocean waves from the room which is so relaxing . We have already been planning our return trip . I needed a break from work and stuff back home and this has been the most relaxed I have been in ages with nothing to do but rest and enjoy the resort !

Great experience at this hotel. The food was magnificent. The only thing better than the food was the service. One person in particular that was a great help was Paul.

This was our third visit to this hotel. It was very busy compared to our previous visits during low season in the summer. It continued to meet our expectations. Food is incredible and. Drinks are delicious. The highlight of this hotel besides the ocean view rooms is the staff. They remembered us from our previous visits and were so warm and welcoming. Andrea and Gabriela the restaurant hostesses are so welcoming and always accommodated our choice of table at the restaurant. Javier, Jorge, and Victor took care of our drinks throughout the day always checking in to ensure we had our beverage served. Javier offered ideas and suggestions whenever I wanted to try something new. Noel Gerardo and Edgar were so attentive during breakfast and lunch at La Ceiba and Hugo and diana always kept us entertained at dinner. The things that need to improve in my opinion is the gym. Equipment is old and outdated. For those looking to workout visit the gym at Buenaventura. It is better equipped and with full windows looking out to the pool. The second pool overlooking the beach has the tiles falling off. At one point it will need to be closed for new tiles. We ate already thinking of our next visit in Feb/March.

Villa Premiere Hotel & Spa in Puerto Vallarta was all that it was represented and more. From the moment we arrived we were treated like special guests. We spent six glorious nights in a suite, enjoying full breakfasts and spa services. From the staff of the restaurants to the hotel supervisor and chief concierge, we had only to request something once and our every wish was granted.
