Villa Premiere Boutique Hotel & Romantic Getaway

Villa Premiere is a smaller resort which we liked but the biggest disappointment was that one of the 3 restaurants was closed for renovations and we were not alerted prior to our trip. La Ceiba was great for breakfast. We also liked being able to order lunch poolside. The resort was very clean. Veronica did a fabulous job keeping our room tidy and cool. Going in July we knew it was going to be hot but we were not prepared for not having any air-conditioned spots to hang and have a drink prior to 6pm when the sports bar area opened. We had zero issues getting a pool chair even later in the afternoon which we appreciated! We did the all inclusive and the food was good! Drinks flowed and were tasty. The resort is close to the Malecon which we walked to. You also have access to the sister resort next door. Oscar at the lobby bar was fabulous! Overall we had a great trip and enjoyed our stay. Thanks to all the amazing staff!

Had a fantastic time during our stay at the Villa Premiere. Great boutique hotel for couples. This is a smaller hotel, which makes it so much easier to go back and forth to your room when you forget something. Lots of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel. Easy to find chairs around the pool in the the morning, and easy to get into the restaurants. We had planned to go out for most of our meals, but the food at the hotel was great. The staff was amazing. Thanks so much to Paul for making us feel so welcome. And to all the bartenders and servers, your service was incredible. We’ll definitely be back.

Our stay at Villa Premiere was outstanding from beginning to end. Our room had a breathtaking ocean view, was always comfortably cool, and quickly became the perfect place to relax after exploring Puerto Vallarta. The staff truly made our experience special. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and spoke English, which made our first few days in Puerto Vallarta much easier. Tammy, the concierge, was incredibly helpful and created a personalized list of the best local restaurants for us to try. Lourdes gave us such a pleasant and welcoming arrival, and Paul at the pool was always friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the nightly turndown service—it was a thoughtful touch that made the stay feel even more luxurious. My wife especially enjoyed the yoga sessions held in a beautiful gazebo-style deck directly on the beach, only about 50 feet from the water. Both the swim-up-bar pool and the regular pool were clean, well maintained, and never overly crowded during our visit. We traveled during the off-season, so the weather was a little hot, but our room stayed perfectly cool and the pools were especially refreshing. Puerto Vallarta is a wonderful place to visit, and the Villa Premiere staff helped us navigate the city during our first couple of days. Their recommendations and guidance made our trip so much better than if we had tried to figure everything out ourselves. We highly recommend Villa Premiere for its spectacular views, beautiful property, excellent amenities, and—most importantly—its amazing staff. We would gladly stay here again!

Just stayed here for 5 nights. We sprung for the master suite and the room was gorgeous. There were a lot of extras too - we got to pick our own pillow firmness and a scent for the room. Wrap around balcony, jacuzzi on the porch. Every room is ocean facing. We did not do all inclusive because we like to explore. Never once felt unsafe. Lots of businesses nearby too. The staff is fantastic. Paul is the main standout. I did a massage with Sofia and it was amazing. The only slightly annoying thing is that they are very insistent on listening to their sales pitch. They call it being a member but it’s basically a time share. They also said it’s 90 minutes and it’s more like 2 hours. The perk of listening to this spiel is they give you coupons, free breakfast l, etc. Another couple said they got a free bottle of tequila. First timer tip: if you have transportation arranged, put your head down and barrel out of the airport because every guy is gonna stop you to tell you that you have to stop there so they can help you with your transport. These are lies, they’re just trying to sell you tours. Book these online or thru your hotel. Overall I’d highly recommend. We loved it!

We’ve now been to Villa Premiere three times over ten years, stayed in three different room types, done both all-inclusive and European, and have had only excellent experiences. The staff is lovely, including especially Paul the pool concierge and Tami the member concierge. The rooms are brightly lit and well appointed and each has a beautiful ocean view. The pools are good sized with plenty of beds and umbrellas. The bars are well stocked. The pool menu has some great appetizers and small plates. The La Ceiba restaurant has excellent breakfast and lunch. The little touches throughout the resort make the stay incredibly welcoming and romantic. We will definitely return!
