Villa Premiere Boutique Hotel & Romantic Getaway

I've waited a while to write this to give Villa Premier to make things right but here we are, over 90 day later... We went to Villa Premier for our 6th anniversary and our 6th visit to this resort. Things we love: location, great breakfast, small resort. Things we hate and have only gotten worse: no music around the pool, mediocre lunch menu, tipping pressure even for all inclusive guests, poor condition of hot tub pool bar. We arrived on 4/25/26 to celebrate our 6th anniversary. We've been coming back since our honeymoon. There is no other adult only all inclusive on the beach as close to town as Villa Premier. I've never seen so few people at this resort. You'd think you'd get better service but no, most days they had one server around the pool. We were lucky to get one drink an hour if we waited on him. Our favorite part of the resort was always spending the day in the hot tub and bar. That's what we come for. The only lively part of the resort is the hot tub. We're not looking for a party scene, we're in our late 40's but I'd like a little music. Well, they closed the hot tub for half our trip to do repairs. To be fair, it really needed it. So many missing tiles. It was long overdue. We were pretty upset about this. The pool is very quiet and the older vacation club members insist on no music. We overheard one of them laughing about it and hoping it would discourage other guests from coming. PV was dead in general, I'm sure from the cartel issue in Feb. We've brought many other couples with us and have spent a TON of money there, always doing all inclusive and always tipping way more than other guests. But it doesn't matter, you're not a vacation club member, they don't hear you. The worst part, they promised two nights refund for the hot tub being closed half our trip. They said we'd receive a refund within 90 days, well we're at 100 days and no refund. They hang up on my husband when he calls to ask about it. We have the receipt! See attached. There are some real standout employees who work here but MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU or your experience. They lie to your face. I guess we'll start going to Secrets. Great stay situated on la playa near the malecon. Staff were very attentive (shout out to Paul and Jorge) and the rest who provided highest level of service. Loved the infinity pool and bar with great views of the bay. Hotel was well maintained.

Overall Villa Premier staff was amazing. I want to give a special thanks to Tammy, Paul, Alberto, and Victor. Collectively, our stay was elevated by their can and concern for making our trip excellente! We look forward to our next visit. God’s blessings on the whole Villa Premier staff.

First time at all resort out of the country. We had an amazing experiences. We opted to get the all inclusive package for peace of mind and it was so worth it. They greet you with champagne and five minute complementary massage. Everyone from front desk to pool bar attendees were amazing. The food was incredible, we mostly ate at La Ceiba which is the restaurant by the pool. Tasteful good, lots of options especially because we are picky eaters. Staff Diana, Paul, Alberto and Edgar were absolutely amazing. We ran into them every single day and they all took great care of us. Overall, an amazing resort if youre looking to eat, relax and enjoy some alone tome with your person. Will be coming back.

Our fourth stay did not disappoint. Service ia top notch great food and drinks but their customer service is outstandin and makes our stays so enjoyable.
