We stayed here in August which is the offseason. The room was immaculately clean and kept that way throughout our 7 day visit. The choice of pillow and room scent is included in your stay even when not a member or doing the all inclusive. That’s a fantastic touch. We honestly want to purchase the scents they use. If management is reading these posts, pay attention because this is a revenue opportunity. The bed was extremely comfortable, the rooms stay cool, and as a tall person I always appreciate any hotel shower that I don’t have to duck to get under. We chose not to do the all inclusive due to being foodies and our love for exploring. They offer a membership and will ask you if you want to attend their introduction. We declined and weren’t really pestered about it like other places we have been. The gym has a lot of equipment even for weight lifting and there is a water cooler in the gym to get fresh cold water. The pool area, as mentioned in other posts, is a smaller area however was never full when we were there. Paul goes above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your time at the pool. He even arranged a little bday celebration for myself and another gentleman whose bday was the same day. In addition, we had a special unexpected surprise waiting in the room. Paul is there most days and will know everyone he is responsible for by name and where they are from. Truly impressive attention to detail. There was some construction happening as this is the offseason. The hotel has obviously gone to great lengths to ensure the noise is kept to a minimum. We rarely heard any noise whatsoever. The only constructive criticism I can give is that our room could have used a larger sink area so that two people could get to the sink at the same time. Could be something to keep in mind during renovation time. Then as mentioned above, we would love to purchase the scents used in the room.

We had an amazing stay! We spent a few days with the Exclusive package and the rest All-Inclusive, and throughout our entire stay, we were treated with respect, courtesy, and exceptional hospitality. A special shout-out to the amazing waitstaff Javier, Jose, and Enrique! They were friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of from the moment we sat down until we left. We truly enjoyed the conversations and their kindness. They deserve all the recognition! One thing that really stood out was the amazing aromas throughout the resort. Whether we were in the room, elevator, restroom, or anywhere else, the scents were so pleasant, relaxing, and refreshing. It added such a wonderful touch to our experience. We enjoyed everything about our stay and definitely plan to return on our next trip! I just would of loved to spend more time in the pool at night.

This was our second time here. We loved it the first time and were concerned that maybe this time wouldn’t be as good, but it was a needless concern. The things we love here is mostly the staff. Such kind people who really do want you to be happy. Paul, Jorge, Edgar, Noel, Tammy - are all delightful. We had no negative experience with any staff in even the slightest way - and it was nice to be remembered from last time too! These folks feel like friends. We enjoy the small, quiet hotel - which is why we chose here. It skews older in general so don’t go here if you crave a party scene. Do go here for rest and rejuvenation. Keep in mind, this time of year is low season so it was a lot quieter than it can be. The food is good - especially breakfasts. My least favourite is probably the dishes at La Perla, but it’s only personal taste - they are all good and beautifully presented. Do try the theme-night dinners (Spanish, Italian, Mexican) at La Ceiba. They bring in singers, musicians, dancers that are very, very skilled and enjoyable. Pool drinks were great - Enrique can make you probably anything you desire! The hotel itself is well-kept. I noticed some rooms closed for renovations so that is beginning. We saw some late night repairs on the main pool though it was open again by morning. The 3rd restaurant is also closed for renovations (though they serve the menu in the breakfast/lunch restaurant space so you won’t miss that part of it). I think the renovation on La Corona restaurant is a good idea - it was our least favourite last visit. I would like to see a better snack menu and/or a snack bar - maybe even with fruits and pastries (like the ones they offer at breakfast) available especially for later nights. Nice touches: - the coffee, tea, infused-water available every morning in the lobby. - Though I didn’t participate, I was around when they did yoga on the deck next to the beach and it looked great with the hotel offering fresh fruits and waters as a refreshment at the end. - the cooking class with Chef Dago was fun and we shared lots of laughs with him and other participants - the welcome treats in our room - the turn down and quick clean every night was appreciated - room clean was thorough and reliable with the fridge restocked daily - We borrowed the hotel’s bikes and paddle board too which was fun. You cannot beat the location of the hotel. Very walkable and close to great restaurants and shops. Be sure to head to the Malecon on Sunday night for a wonderful time - it’s like a festival there with local families coming down to share time in their vibrant city - shows, music, dancing, food - fantastic! Looking forward to returning the next time. At this point, I’d be afraid to try anywhere else because if it wasn’t as good, I’d be so sad!

My mom and I took a wonderful vacation here. Very clean, safe, and beautiful location! Paul at the pool made us feel so welcome and took care of us. Would come back

I do not recommend this hotel for a vacation. We had a very bad experience with the hotel rules and with the people who sell the membership—they never tell you the truth. They have to lie to you just to make the sale.

Villa Premiere Hotel & Spa in Puerto Vallarta was all that it was represented and more. From the moment we arrived we were treated like special guests. We spent six glorious nights in a suite, enjoying full breakfasts and spa services. From the staff of the restaurants to the hotel supervisor and chief concierge, we had only to request something once and our every wish was granted.
