Came for our honeymoon and had the most wonderful vacation thanks to the staff at the resort. Hurricane Simon approached during our stay and everyone still made us feel so comfortable! Special thanks to Paul for being the best!

We came to Puerto Vallarta to celebrate my mom’s birthday. We had a great stay at Villa Premiere. The room was very clean. It was serviced throughout the day. They even left special treats in our room every day. The staff really made the stay. Everyone was really nice, especially Paul and Jorge. Paul took care of everyone at the pool to ensure everyone was having a good time and had what they needed. Jorge provided great service and made the best drinks. Hurricane Simon put a damper on our trip so we had to shelter in place at the hotel for a day and a half. The staff took great care of all the guests during this time. Making sure we were fed and safe. I would definitely stay at Villa Premiere again. Overall, great experience.

We arrived after 1 hour flight from Mexico City on 10 October 6pm to find hotel largely closed for a hurricane. No massage as promised. Pool closed. No butler service as promised. We are from Europe and did not know about the hurricane but the hotel did as they issued various notices to guests. Normally if a hotel has closed facilities they should email you to say. This 5 star hotel did not tell us so we flew into a lockdown situation. They even tried to sell as all inclusive even though restaurant was shut some of the time. 13 hours after arrival hotel offered as evacuation to another city but no refund just a credit on sided nights. My complaint is the failure to warn and offer a refund which meant we flew into a no service hotel. Last night they gave us a small sandwich to eat in our room with an apple. How 5 star. Staff did their best but we ended up with a disappointing stay. Even now hurricane has passed the pool is still but open. The treating a good hotel is how they deal with issues. This hotel failed.
