Life by the ocean is always much nicer
We’ve been coming here several times and our experience is always fun, welcoming and memorable. Our room was comfortable, and quiet. There’s turndown service in the evening, which is nice. The food and staff are great. Awesome, really! From Paul “the pool guy” whose always helping with towels, finding a spot poolside for us to sunbath, and helping with others things such as cleaning our sunglasses. Thank you, Paul. Also, thank you to the following staff who’ve made our stay at Villa premier memorable: Enrique (bar manager), Enrique (waiter), Hugo, Jorge, Alberto, Victor, Pablo, Javier, Gabriela, Noel, and so many others who’s name I don’t recall. Thank you all and we hope to return very soon.

Honeymoon experience
5/5 rating for me. Service was excellent, food was much better than reviews I read said. My wife and I stayed for our honeymoon and we really enjoyed it. Great location only a mile or so to the romanica zone. Great restaurants around the area but the food here was pretty amazing as well. We were only here for 4 days, if we had stayed longer we would have opted for the all inclusive. Paul who works down at the pool was amazing as well. Drinks constantly refreshed and gave some great food recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

Sleepless Techno Nightmare, Hotel failed guest!
6/27/2026 My stay was meant to celebrate a milestone birthday, but it was ruined by several nights of extremely loud techno music. The pounding went on for hours over multiple days, even lasting until 1 AM one night. This was a city‑planned event, yet the hotel failed to warn guests in advance. The noise made it impossible to sleep, and no apology was ever offered by the hotel. After several sleepless nights, I can confidently say I will not return and would not recommend this property.

Villa Premiere Hotel & Spa in Puerto Vallarta was all that it was represented and more. From the moment we arrived we were treated like special guests. We spent six glorious nights in a suite, enjoying full breakfasts and spa services. From the staff of the restaurants to the hotel supervisor and chief concierge, we had only to request something once and our every wish was granted.
