Villa Premiere Boutique Hotel & Romantic Getaway

Arrived at Villa Premiere 2/16/26 before the events of 2/22/26. Everything was going perfectly, things went to crap in an instant. But the staff was perfect, did not panic, we were not at all threatened. But as the day went on we learned the hard truths of what was going on. The staff was absolutely perfect in handling the situation. Did not feel threatened or in danger!!!!! Everyone at the resort was absolutely taking the situation very seriously, but did not panic or made us feel at all uncomfortable. Worked 48 hours because they could not go home to their families and took care of the patrons of the resort. Being very close to the staff the night of the attack on the city, spent the night in an alley outside of the resort having a view beers and listening to the concerns !!!! They were not able to get home to their families!!!!!!!! Unbelievable listening to the real people who are unable to get home to their families. But they stayed at the resort and took care of the people for more than 48 hours. I feel that the people coming to the city now are not really really understanding of what happened here. They are on a plane with less than 50 people and think they are are doing something something special. They get here and don’t realize what happened and think they are somehow special because they are here. Don’t ask how they are doing since the ordeal. Just want to be treated special because they are here!!! Common people!!!! This was a very traumatizing experience for these people!!! Feel a little compassion for them, listen to what happened!!! All I hear is that I’m here take care of me. Common people they may not have a job tomorrow. Special Thanks goes out Enrique, Victor, Alejhandro, Javier, Jorge, Paul, Alberto, Hugo, Adon, Tammy, Dario, Lourdes, Edgar, Julio, Lasandro, Veronica, Joaquin, Enrique(2). I know I have forgotten some, but know that YOU are not forgotten. Thanks for helping us through this.

We have been coming here for a few years twice a year. The staff is what keeps us coming back. The centric location is a huge attraction. The show stopper is the comfort in the hotel and the beach front view. If you’re a member and you opt for all inclusive you have the option of using the facility at the sister hotel next door. The food and beverages are great. Walkable to downtown and zona romántica or you can take a bus a couple of blocks away. The area is up and coming with my prediction that within 5 years it will be gentrified and possible early zona romántica 2. There are plenty of restaurants and even grocery stores nearby. Again it is the staff that keep us returning again and again.

We had a great experience!! The vibe was so lovely. Despite the turmoil of the day Eeb 22nd, where the staff were obviously upset, their actions made us feel safe, welcome and well taken care of. Shout out to all staff at Villa Premier 👏 and special thanks for the special care from the doorman Lisandro who was deeply concerned that we walked home, the pool and deck master Paul, who loves his Canadians, Noel, Edgar, and others from the breakfast crew. Alberto, Alejandro from the bar. Alicia for booking then cancelling tours for us due to the unfortunate event. The housekeeping staff who were on top of everything, and last but not least, Javier who was the sweetest caring lovely and most efficient waiter ever!! Can't wait to book again. Mucho Gracias!!

The Villa Premiere is a wonderful place to stay while in PV. The staff are super friendly, very attentive, and have your needs covered. The service is very personalized and special. A big shout out to Paul the pool manager. He is so insightful and on top stuff, he made sure you had everything you need. The facility is on point and what you would expect in a high end destination. There attention to detail well exceeded my expectations. This will be my go to when I come back. Cheers
