Good and Bad and Oddly Inconsistent at Times with the Basics

Fabulous
We loved our stay, beautiful hotel and location. Love the staff! The restaurants and stores are close and easy to access.

Disappointing service
The hotel does have some positives — the pool and direct beach access are excellent, and our room (one of the best options) had beautiful views. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The front desk staff were consistently impolite and acted as if helping guests was a favor. The restaurant was extremely overpriced, with the smallest portions I’ve seen, and service was slow — one meal took almost an hour to arrive and came out cold. The gym looked decent, but several machines didn’t work. In addition, parts of the room and hotel clearly needed upgrading, which added to the feeling that maintenance is being neglected. Overall, it felt like a place trying to be something it is not. With so many other great options in the area, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Amazing Stay, quiet, quaint boutique hotel with lovely views. You wont want to leave. Also, the food is amazing here, really great quality unlike many all inclusive buffets. You wont be disappointed.

Couple massage and facial
Diana and Veronica were wonderful in our couples massage. The best massages we’ve had so far. The decor and vibe was tranquil and therapeutic. My anti aging facial was the cherry on top. Beautiful experience and a must if you stay here!

Villa Premiere Hotel & Spa in Puerto Vallarta was all that it was represented and more. From the moment we arrived we were treated like special guests. We spent six glorious nights in a suite, enjoying full breakfasts and spa services. From the staff of the restaurants to the hotel supervisor and chief concierge, we had only to request something once and our every wish was granted.
