Villa Premiere Boutique Hotel & Romantic Getaway

The hotel is very small, but that’s part of its vibe—a place to relax, with an excellent location right in the city center. Shoutout to the guys at the pool, especially Jorge, who was always looking out for us and helping with whatever we needed, whether it was moving umbrellas, handling towels, or making sure we never ran out of drinks and food. Also Alejandro at the pool bar, his drinks were delicious. The downsides of the hotel: the front desk. We had issues during the first few days with the wristbands, which are essential for everything—opening doors and paying at the hotel restaurants. The front desk manager (Lorena) seemed to always be annoyed when we tried to fix the issue, more focused on her phone than on helping us. Other than that, my partner and I had an amazing stay.

We stayed here looking for a quieter and more intimate environment, and the overall experience felt calm and comfortable. The smaller scale of the hotel created a peaceful atmosphere, making it easy to relax without the noise or crowds often found at larger properties. The common areas and surroundings felt well maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The setting worked especially well for a slower-paced stay, with plenty of moments to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. It felt like a good choice for travelers who value privacy and a relaxed mood rather than a busy resort-style experience. Overall, it was a pleasant and restful stay.

Excellent, friendly service. Especially pool service ( keeping me in shade!). Paul especially did a great job of moving umbrella to provide shade. But, housekeepers were great as well as everyone we came in contact with. Really good location, walk to all the neighborhoods with excellent restaurants. ( we did not do all inclusive- prefer to explore local restaurants)

We came to Villa premiere to celebrate my birthday and it was absolute perfection! We have been members for about 5 years and Villa Premiere is like coming home to visit family. My husband contacted Lulu with the concierge desk to arrange treats and decorations for my birthday. Lulu set up our room with beautiful flowers, balloons, cake and champagne upon arrival! The perfect way to start the celebration thanks to Lulu! In addition to Lulu, Tammy is a true gem with the concierge team who is always smiling and ready to ensure you are always happy. Spent lots of time relaxing at the pool with our favorite drinks at the bar served by the dream team Jorge, Enrique, Victor, Alejandro, Joaquin, and Javier. Paul the pool butler always took care of us keeping us shaded, fresh towels and lots of smiles! We do the all inclusive plan and sometimes have a meal or two in town but still feel like it’s worth it! It’s nice to not keep track of what you’re spending to get the bill at the end. The food and drinks at Villa Premiere is above the other hotels and some other restaurants we’ve tried in freshness, variety and flavor! The Saturday fresh fish market especially is a real treat where you choose a whole fresh snapper and how you’d like it prepared. Edgar, Noel, Armando and Erick took great care of us at La Ceiba. In La Corona the salads, seafood and pastas are excellent as is the amazing service always from Hugo, Diana, Adan, Emilio, Cesar and Sergio and Alberto at the bar. Hugo took care of ordering a beautiful cake for my birthday and it was a big celebration! We truly look forward to each night! La Perla has a wonderful bar and inventive dishes with delicious drinks from Luis and Cesar and beautiful Gaby as a host. We needed some things taken care of at the front desk with Dario, Lorena and Hector ready to help with a smile! Pedro always kept our mini bar stocked! We look forward to our next visit in July!

A small boutique adults only hotel in a wonderful location on the Playa Cameron’s beach of Puerta Vallarta with dated but comfortable rooms and very convenient to many excellent restaurants. Best of all are the may warm welcoming staff - Paul at the pool deserves special mention for his cheerfulness and alacrity pursuing our enjoyment.
