Excellent Boutique hotel for adults only. Great atmosphere, great staff attention, excellent food. Clean beach area. Near the Malecon tourist attraction. Lots of wonderful places to eat within walking distance if you choose European over All-Inclusive. You will need to get down to the pool area early in order to get your chair.

We had an amazing experience. Paul was so attentive at pool side. He took care of all of our needs so we could relax and enjoy the sunshine. He knew we needed things before we did. 😊 The staff in the restaurants were also amazing. A huge shout out to Noel, Erick, Diana, Hugo, Adan, Armando, Edgar, Andrea for taking care of our dining needs. They were all so happy, helpful and kind. The hotel is beautiful. From the grand open air lobby to the way we were greeted by friendly staff with a glass of champagne we knew we had picked the right place. The room was spacious and clean and had an amazing view of the breathtaking sunsets every night. The food was great and there were lots of lounge chairs available at the poolside. The hotel is approximately 15-20 minutes walk from the main area of PV. It was a great atmosphere at the hotel. The people staying there were all like minded and had the goal of relaxation which meant there were no issues with over consumers of alcohol.

The location is perfect. The rooms are spacious and clean with a low noise level this year. The service is very good, particularly this year.

Hotel is very nicely maintained and cleaned. We enjoyed the location near many great bars and restaurants so did not purchase the all-inclusive package. The only downside is that the hotel does not have a water purification system and because we didn’t have the all-inclusive option we had to go out and buy our own water for the coffee maker and the bathroom - odd. Room view was beautiful and we saw whales several days just off the beach. The lack of available loungers is a bit problematic but loungers were always available on the beach and so was drink and food service. The rooms were quiet but the air conditioner jolting on and off throughout the night woke us up and we never figured out how to make that stop. I’d recommend this hotel for sure if the water was provided. I didn’t see many people eat meals at the restaurants and heard complaints about the food but didn’t partake so can’t say much on the topic. Drinks and food around the pool were good and Paul was very hospitable. Expect to pay $15 Canadian for mixed drinks at the pool.

Villa Premiere Hotel & Spa in Puerto Vallarta was all that it was represented and more. From the moment we arrived we were treated like special guests. We spent six glorious nights in a suite, enjoying full breakfasts and spa services. From the staff of the restaurants to the hotel supervisor and chief concierge, we had only to request something once and our every wish was granted.
