We just spent a heavenly week at Villa Premiere. Above all, the service was excellent. They were very accommodating to my food restrictions, and never made it seem like an inconvenience. They will go to great lengths to make sure their guests are happy. The food was delicious. The ambience is perfect for couples, or adults who just want to relax and enjoy the sound of the ocean. Their lovely spa offers daily specials, although their baseline prices are already quite reasonable. The location is perfect, walking distance to the malecon and tons of shopping (groceries, clothes, souvenirs..), and situated right on a beautiful beach. We can't wait to come back as soon as possible!

Booked a trip to PVR as a last minute thing for my girlfriends Bday. I'm always skeptical of food quality for any all-inclusive vacation, but these guys did not disappoint. The food was absolutely on point and truly was an all inclusive except for tips which are total bill when we left was under $100 US. There were little things with the room that were typical of Mexico… Like a bottom drawer that doesn't work so good, A screen door that needed replacing etc.… But we didn't really care about that as the view out of the ocean is amazing from every room and we spent our time mostly outside anyways. The staff was super attentive and very friendly. We would definitely come back here.

This was an absolutely wonderful vacation! The hotel is beautiful and the staff is incredible. We enjoyed the food and drink variety. Our master suite was exactly as described. The view and amenities exceeded our expectation.

Like many others, I picked this hotel after reading reviews on Trip Advisor. I was looking for something located near town that could also provide all the amenities of an upscale resort. We stayed 8 days and booked the honeymoon suite with the all-inclusive option. The room was amazing, especially the balcony hot tub and bubble bath. We ordered room service several times and ate on the balcony which had amazing views. Hugo, Arellio, and Javier made sure we were always taken care of while at the pool deck and pool bar. The pools are heated at least 80 degrees. There were never a shortage of lounge chairs and we could usually find a Bali bed open for a midday nap. Good wi-fi for when I needed to check work emails. Food was good, but all inclusive is more of a convenience than a necessity. We found several good restaurants nearby as well. We drank a ton and ate lots, but I doubt we ever spent as much as the all inclusive cost. We listened to the sales pitch for the vacation club and when we declined, they were still very polite. Plus we got gifts for just listening. Taxis to the marina were $80-90 pesos. We walked to the Malecon several times and borrowed the resort bikes for another evening cruise there. The beach is nice, but you'll want flip flops for walking along the rocky parts. You don't need them for swimming right in front of the hotel, but the waves can be rough so it's not super great swimming anyway. We have a lot more vacations planned elsewhere, but if we choose to stay in a PV hotel again, this is where it will be.
