Pool area was the best.. the rest of the hotel needs to take notes from these guys
Best part of our visit was Paul at the pool. Service at front desk was lame. We named the woman we dealt with 'frowny Mc frown face'. I'd come back for Paul and the pool staff, that's about it.

Paul was great, took very good care of us (wife and I). No bother however made sure we were always in need of nothing Also Jorge was very good with the drinks

Victor and Paul are the best poolside helpers around! attentive. Friendly they made the whole trip. my room was clean and obstructed ocean views. Everyone was very attentive I had a fantastic Swedish massage. Highly recommend.

Villa Premiere Hotel & Spa in Puerto Vallarta was all that it was represented and more. From the moment we arrived we were treated like special guests. We spent six glorious nights in a suite, enjoying full breakfasts and spa services. From the staff of the restaurants to the hotel supervisor and chief concierge, we had only to request something once and our every wish was granted.
