Great all inclusive hotel. Food, drinks were great!! Shops and restaurants around the hotel are amazing. Paul was the best always made sure we were taken care of from getting a seat at the pool, fresh towels or keeping the sun glasses clean. If you take a vacation here make sure you find Paul and he will make your stay worthwhile!!!!

Fabulous hotel, with all the amenities you want in an all inclusive at 1/10th of the size. Great restaurants, great staff, clean and comfortable rooms. So easy to walk to Zona Romantica and the Malecón. Location is perfect and felt very safe. Pool chairs are a problem but it’s a problem everywhere. More chairs or better enforcement would be appreciated. Thanks to Paul, Andrea, Gabriella, Jorge and more for making our stay extra great. Definitely an older more relaxed and quiet crowd. Not a party hotel. Exactly the relaxing experience we needed.

We absolutely love staying at this resort. It’s definitely walkable to romantical district and Malcolm. Lots of great restaurants here at the hotel and the bar is open until 1 AM. It’s adults only with only 80 rooms so it’s lots of peace and quiet. With two pools and an outdoor bar you definitely get the relaxed Mexico vibe. The staff here is exceptional, especially Paul, Jorge, and Cesar. Front desk staff are eager to help plan your day or book your next trip. During the high season, it can be difficult to get a chair around the pool, but the staff is always willing to figure out a way to help you. Cocktails are delicious, the food is scrumptious, and it’s definitely worth a visit.

The entire staff is fantastic. Make sure you find Paul at the pool, he will help you with whatever you need. Couldn’t recommend more.

Crafty and creative but deceptive marketing — “mini bar” with no alcohol should not be described as a bar, “aroma experience” was nothing more than incense. The staff was pleasant but slow and often could be seen starting and stopping multiple tasks (especially the restaurant staff). The property is starting to show signs of its age - single vanities with shallow sinks reminding me more of a motel than a "resort” hotel, and balconies that are close together providing no privacy. More lounge chairs are needed by the pool and towel service needs to improve. And as with all beachfront or poolside properties, more should be done to discourage folks from early morning drop offs of their books and magazines on lounge chairs only to show up mid-afternoon. Dinner entrees were often not available and no meal (including soup) was ever served hot. Creme brulee was served without sugar or crunchy top and we were advised that the kitchen was out of sugar and had “no fire”. The vacant property adjoining the hotel is a horrific eye sore to any guest and something needs to be done immediately. Our in room coffee pods and water (for our mini bar) were only restocked upon request. It’s hard to give a glowing review when so many small items added up to a big disappointment.

Villa Premiere Hotel & Spa in Puerto Vallarta was all that it was represented and more. From the moment we arrived we were treated like special guests. We spent six glorious nights in a suite, enjoying full breakfasts and spa services. From the staff of the restaurants to the hotel supervisor and chief concierge, we had only to request something once and our every wish was granted.
