What a wonderful place to relax and let the staff take care of you. Service was excellent. Drinks were right on time and the food prepared just right. All inclusive is the way to go.

Amazing service and some of the best people around. They take care of you.

The best service I’ve ever experienced. They are amazing ! Edgar, Yamiel, Yael , amazing service! The flaming coffee was very cool to watch. Andrea ! What a sweetheart she is. You are lucky to have that smile to greet your guests! Christian is amazing! I would go into the restaurant business just to have him there ! Daniel, Dania, Gerardo, Fernando need a mention as well. Now there are also people that stand out. Javier is the reason my family bought unit there. His amazing personality and service are unwavering. He feels like family. Then there is Paul at the pool. His amazing warm personality and service really made our trip so MUCH better. He genuinely took care of us and is now family. Jorge’s service and sense of humor kept the party going. Never waited for anything and usually had what I wanted before I knew I wanted it. Last but not least there is Ruben. What an amazing personality and incredible service. With his debonair style and personality look out he will be running the place someday. I know I missed a few, the guys at the front entrance were amazing and helpful. The counter agents were amazing. Let’s just say I’m from Hawaii so the scenery is amazing but familiar. What made that place a vacation for me was the incredible staff and their service and friendship. By very best to all, THANK YOU, I miss you already. Oh and Veronica and Isabella thank you for keeping our place like home and spoiling us!

Super relaxing hotel

This is a wonderful hotel for pure relaxation. It’s not perfect, but they do a lot of things really well. We stayed for five days. I’d recommend this hotel and we would return. Pros We got a fantastic spa room on the sixth floor. There were two rooms (living plus bedroom). The bed was super comfy and the bedroom was very quiet. You each get to select a custom pillow which is another nice touch. Best part of the room was listening to the waves crash on the beach. Super relaxing. There’s also a turndown service which we appreciated. Everything in the room worked (hot tub, light switches, outlets, auto blinds etc ). Views from the balcony were fantastic (as long as you overlook the lot next door which is a slab with a shack on it). I was able to hear some music from our neighbors through an adjoining door when I was in the living room, but the bedroom was always quiet which is how we like it. The pool is great. Large, clean and warm. We really enjoyed it during the evening hours. Breakfast every morning was great (Yamila and rest of the staff were super helpful and friendly) and we had one dinner at the hotel which was also very good. Rest of our meals we enjoyed at the various excellent restaurants around town. We got recommendations from Tammy ( concierge who is excellent) and Isidro (doorman who was also great). I’d highly recommend a trip to las Islas Marietas to the hidden beach if you like adventure and want to get some cool pics. Cons After making my reservation with booking.com I got a message to contact the hotel about a room upgrade. Turns out that no such upgrade existed. Instead of wasting people’s time trying to sell non existent upgrades, they would be better advised to contact people offering a ride service from the airport. Upon arriving we got caught up in a rush of people combined with a shortage of taxis. It was an absolute train wreck and we got lucky and managed to avoid a huge line largely because we are fluent Spanish speakers. Checkin was not friendly at all. Very business like and no big smiles. Mostly it seemed to me that Lorena (I think that was her name ) wanted to sell us the all inclusive meal package. She also didn’t mention that the wristbands were the door keys. Not sure what the deal was but it was not a good start. The free 5 minute massage did help to alleviate the rocky beginning though! The beach is rocky and there’s some foul smelling seaweed you have to work your way through if you want to swim. I did that once. Rest of the time I stayed at the pool. Other beaches we went to didn’t have that issue. I think the no refund policy is super unfriendly. They should at least offer insurance. It’s not inexpensive to stay and things do happen in life. We didn’t have any issues but you just never know. I think if I could I’d rate the hotel 4.5 stars rather than 5. Overall though I’d highly recommend this hotel and we had a great stay!

Viva Villa Premiere!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

My spouse and I r(with two friends) returned last week for our 7th or 8th visit to Villa Premiere over the last 20 years We wouldn't stay anywhere else! Love the ocean view from the rooms, sitting outside on our balcony chairs watching the ocean and the sunsets. Some of the same employees are still there since our first visit so that speaks to the work culture of the hotel. Christian, on duty at breakfast, is solicitous and fun. Paul, the pool attendant, is the real heart of the hotel...greeting everyone around the pool, moving umbrellas to prevent sunburn, and now cleaning glasses. The staff is so hardworking! Two members of our party had a fall downtown and concierge Lourdes was helpful in taking one of them to the hotel doctor for evaluation. Other shout-outs: Emmanuel at dinner, Andrea, Daniel, Edgar and the front desk folks: Suzy, Odali, and Dario. We love having breakfast on site in the open-air restaurant right near the pool and the beach. Plenty of offerings and at reasonable prices. We've never done the all-inclusive because PV has such great restaurants to sample. The walk to the Malecon (ocean-front promenade) is flat and not strenuous at all...an easy 10-minute walk. The hotel attracts interesting people from all over the United States and Canada. My spouse is very sociable and by the time we leave, we have gotten to know a lot of folks! People easily share their favorite restaurants/activities/spas/shops. It is clear that there are a lot of regulars! The rooms are clean with quality lotions, sops, and body gel. You have a choice of pillows from a menu, a relaxing 5-minute welcome massage, and a cool drink upon arrival. If you need your room cleared of damp towels, etc. the turn=down service sweeps in and freshens up the room. We have the mini fridge cleared to store bottled water and other drinks purchased at the nearby grocery store...about four blocks away on the other side of the street. There are bags of ice located in a freezer at the end of each floor. Need pesos? There is a Santander bank ATM two blocks away. From what I gather, the owner sponsors a music camp for local children as well ss the children of the staff. A $2 contribution per night is included on your hotel bill, but I believe you can ask for it to be taken off if you want. Two of the nights we were there, a saxophonist performed in the evening and the following night a young adult band performed poolside. Very enjoyable. if you want to relax in a clean, secure, adults-only oceanfront resort, Villa Premiere is your place.

Villa Premiere Hotel & Spa in Puerto Vallarta was all that it was represented and more. From the moment we arrived we were treated like special guests. We spent six glorious nights in a suite, enjoying full breakfasts and spa services. From the staff of the restaurants to the hotel supervisor and chief concierge, we had only to request something once and our every wish was granted.
