I travelled here with my wife for our second trip to Villa Premiere. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff is very attentive and the hotel is immaculately kept. The pools are kept at the perfect temperature and we never had a hard time finding seating at the pool. I’d like to give Paul at the pool special recognition as he was super attentive and anticipated anything we’d possibly need. He’s fun to talk to and a great asset to the hotel. Also, Jorge the pool waiter is great and was always brining me my favorite drinks as he had learned what I wanted after the first day. The resort is quiet and comfortable; a great place to relax and be waited on hand and foot. It’s a ten minute walk to the Malecon and all it has to offer.

This was are first trip to PV, so I checked the best resorts on Trip Advisor. Every time we were about to book a resort, we always came back to Villa Premiere, based on the reviews that we read. This resort was fantastic, and we can't wait to go back again. The location, the service, the access to the beach, close to the Malecon, and ADULT ONLY. It was so great to sit at the restaurant for breakfast, and be right at the beach. What a way to start a great day. We would like to thank Tammy for all her help, especially the restaurant recommendations. Thanks to all the staff for being so friendly and help full. Special thanks to Enrique, Jorge, and Paul who made this holiday so good. Paul was always around, and couldn't be more help full. To those going to PV, make sure you book the Villa Premiere. I can’t speak more highly of this resort and its staff. It’s located about a 20min cab ride from the airport. From the second we arrived to the minute we had to leave we encountered nothing but the best customer service from all the staff members in the resort. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff all throughout the resort treated us with respect and kindness. The resturaunt and food options were spectacular. I noticed that several of the wait staff in the restaurant knew some vacationers by first name basis. You can tell they take a lot of time and effort to make sure each guest is attended to. We spent the majority of our stay lounging by the pool doing absolutely nothing but drinking and relaxing. The staff checked frequently to ensure that we were comfortable, fed, and most importantly kept our drinks filled. Paul was in charge of the pool and did an amazing job. We are already planning our return trip.

Had an absolute amazing time and received the best service from the whole staff. Paul and Enrique were the highlight our days, every time we came to the pool we felt like we were welcomed by family. From the moment you step into the hotel you are welcomed and greeted with a smile. The staff at La Cieba (Edgar, Israel,Cristian, Dania, Daniel, Yael, Gerardo, Victorino,Danna) and La Corona provide top tier service and make sure that you are taken care of while enjoying delicious food. Paul and the entire pool bar team make sure that you are having a great time while at the pool and sunbathing. Everything that you need is nearby and the locals are friendly. We are definitely looking forward to going back in Oct.
