White is hard to maintain in the middle of the jungle but the concept is unique. Staff is amazing! Welcome drink, personal chef, local Costa Rican breakfast, friendly staff, excursion recommendations are great. Excursions pick you up at the hotel. Personal yoga classes available upon request. Eimily, wait staff, was super friendly and Diego, excursions staff, was super helpful. The staff listens to you and fit your needs. Beds were a little hard and shower water wasn’t hot at all times. But the experience was exceptional for our first trip to Costa Rica.

Le Cameleon helped us plan and organise our daughter's wedding last month. The staff was incredible as was the level of detail and professionalism they put into the wedding. It was beautiful and meaningful service on the beach that we will always remember. Special thanks to Jorge who took personal ownership of all wedding details and added his personal touch to make this such a special event for our family.

Diego, the hotel Ambassador, made our experience. The rest of the staff could certainly benefit from his level of customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. I would recommend requesting a second level room for much more light. Breakfast was good. Location is a good mix of being by great beaches, accessible to Puerto Viejo, but away from the busy-ness of it all. Rooms as well as hotel were a bit dingy. I was surprised based on all the other reviews.

The two good things first: beautiful vegetation around the hotel buildings and nice place to enjoy the caribbean coast. But everything showed wear and tear. The concept of white rooms is not a smart thing because of the dark sand. When you have white furniture and equipment it is so important to keep everything perfect clean. But it was not. The quality of service was below expectation: the guy at the reception was really unfriendly, breakfast service was very slow and in total it seemed that the staff was annoyed having to deal with guests. The beach front first looked great but when you looked closer you find garbage and dog poop. Sad that noone felt responsible to clean this up in almost 3 days. At last the food at Noa was standard and very expensive. This hotel needs a full renovation and staff training.

My wife and I have an excellent experience here. We stayed in November, loved the weather, hotel, and very friendly staff. All of the pics online are very accurate. The rooms are all white and a splash of color is changed every day the room is cleaned. Staff member Eimily was just friendly she will take care of you while relaxing on the beach, enjoying the scenery including sloths in the trees. Jorge helped us out with what we needed. Ana María was just there for us, Diego very friendly and Rahi took care of us every morning with the complementary breakfast. This is a complete breakfast, not continental. This is the place to stay if you’re looking for relaxation. Around the corner, walking distance, is a rescue center, and bicycles are used to get around. This is a place to go. We just loved it!
