So much happy and satisfied
My stay in this hotel is 21 days. In this period one day when I come back from my work, the house keeping staff Vikas given me a cute surprise with a towel art and a decent letter. I’m so much happy with this. My special appreciation to Vikas, the one who did all this.

Amazing stay and Ms Akshata’s help!
We had a very pleasant stay at Hyatt Pune and would like to especially appreciate the outstanding support from Ms. Akshata. After checking out, we realized we had forgotten some chocolates and soft drinks in the minibar. By the time we noticed, we were already about 40 minutes away from the hotel. Ms. Akshata personally took ownership of the situation, coordinated everything smoothly, and went out of her way to hand over the items to a driver we sent. Thanks to her quick thinking and willingness to help, we received our belongings with minimal time spent and no inconvenience at all. This kind of proactive and genuine service truly makes a difference and reflects the high standards of hospitality at Hyatt Pune. A big thank you to Ms. Akshata and the team for making our experience memorable.
