Amazing Hotel Stay
Absolutely amazing hotel and we had amazing help from Maansi at front desk and Simon Loki our cleaner. They were both so friendly and helpful during our stay.

Unclean rooms and malfunctioning doors.
Rooms not ready in arrival. Had to wait at the reception for 10 15mins to get a room. While booking from booking.com had requested rooms on the same floor but i guess it was not picked up or something. Arrival experience ruined. When got the rooms on the same floor was relived. Thanks to the lady at the reception she helped us. Full marks for that. Checked in however in sometime saw the amount of dust in the room. Was utterly disappointed and disgusted after paying a decent amount of money for the hotel room. We got such poorly cleaned rooms. Called for housekeeping manger. They arrived shortly after. He was very helpful. Offered room on a different floor but i didnt want to move to another floor. He then offered a room on the same floor which was throughly cleaned. I thought the problem finished but no after I moved here, sometime later was trying to head-out of the room but to my surprise the safety chain malfunctioned causing the room to not open. This was a very serious issue had there been a medical emergency or any other emergency this could have been fatal. Help arrived 10 mins later. Duty manager, housekeeping manager both came to the room and apologised. Offered a comp dinner to make up but the entire experience of staying in a so called 5 star hotel was completely ruined.

Loved everything here the food, the ambience and the service. Truly had the best experience here and would love to come back again. Harsh and Kichudin were excellent in their service.
