The location is near to Airport. We booked garden suite, which was spacious, clean with garden fairly maintained. Swimming pool and Gym services are good. The extra bed mattress had poor comfort (probably 3-4 includes poor quality one). The services were sluggish, and it was very difficult to reach guest services from room. Even when we were more than an hour late from checkin time, we had to wait for the room to get ready. We cherished the buffet dinner with very low occupancy however breakfast was a chaos revealing the poor state of service. The buffet dinner had good dessert options for vegetarian however breakfast had none. The breakfast was a mess and the services were poor - given the feedback to hotel directly. At the same time, we spent New Year night with Radisson in Mumbai and the experience at breakfast was amazing and well managed. Anyways, i always find Radisson better than Hyatt in terms of services.

Best food and service in the premium hotel segment
To the Hyatt staff, including helping hands from the parking, then lobby, reception, housekeeping and the ever moving kitchen + serving staff. You all make our lives a lot easier with all the hardwork that you constantly do. I wholeheartedly appreciate your time and efforts for providing the best possible experience. I am someone who is quite particular and not easily impressed, and I never base my feedback on a single moment. But I can confidently say that Hyatt has repeatedly proven its worth. You’ve set a new standard for me, and Hyatt now sits at the very top of my list for future stays. Again, thank you all the great work that you do. Looking forward to my next stay with you all. Very good service. Excellent room service provided by Sobha and Lakhi. Food is also good as they provided with good home cooked like food.
