Un friendly communication

Called to confirm inclusions and avail the airport pick-up. Staff was not guest-minded, even though it’s supposed to be 5 star. I got bounced from 1 person to another without explanation. There is no email for this hotel, which makes it difficult for communication.

A wonderful hotel that makes you feel at home away from home

It is a wonderful hotel, the amenities are modern, the bed is high and medium soft, the swimming pool looks amazing and the food and breakfast are simply great. The staff is always kind and helpful and Nuri and especially Bikash made my stay very special and I could really relax during my time there. I will definitely be back soon! Highly recommended!

Hands down one of my favorite hotels to stay in Pune. I travel frequently for work and Hyatt has never disappointed me. While the product is nothing special and like any other 5 star, the service level here is unmatched. Specially the restaurant team. I am amazed at the level of detail and hospitality that Chandan and his team have been able to sustain. Kudos to them for getting things right everytime.
