Great Boutique Hotel , cozy rooms , great view of trees and forest , good ambience , silent room shielded from road traffic sound , helpful and prompt staff and good catering .

Good food, aim for larger airy rooms
Food is good, rooms outdated size Restaurants are good - BanTao n Cafe88, good staff like Soumen n Anish Book spa in advance as weekends may be rushed

Not the usual quality of Hyatt
It's not a good time to stay at the Hyatt Pune; management has been missing for over a month. The quality of the service and (sadly) hygiene conditions are far from the usual standards offered by this renowned brand. In the picture you can see what happens if you rub the napkin on the table where the cutlery is directly placed.

The location of this property is really good every attrraction is easily available and its quite peaceful and calming vibe inside the hotel and room overall my experience was really great as a solo traveller and really loved the food and hospitality

Wonderful stay at Hyatt Pune
My wife and I visited Hyatt Pune on a personal trip, and we left genuinely delighted with the experience. The team, led by Nishant, made us feel truly cared for from the moment we arrived. Our room was comfortable, well-appointed, and meticulously maintained throughout our stay. What stood out most was the warmth and attentiveness of the staff—every interaction felt thoughtful and personalised. We are very happy with our visit and look forward to returning soon. Highly recommended.
