A great one
One of the most pleasant stay I’ve had, the house keeping was on time and kind. Special shoutout out to Rakesh! Also, the F&B team is amazing here.

Unpleasant experience. Hotel needs to urgently work on their services and update the facilities.
Would think three times before I’d stay here again. Very poor guest services. No responses and calls picked up up after endless ringing. Water suddenly stops. A/c very average didn’t cool down enough. The overall food was the only saving grace. Consider other options. Not upto Hyatt standards. In fact make me wonder if Hyatt quality has dropped ?

Fantastic
My stay at the hotel was peaceful and enjoyable Trupti’s friendly support and kind behavior made my visit even better The food was tasty and of high quality. The room was clean well maintained and comfortable.

Housekeeping experience
housekeeping was fantastic. Rakesh did my room housekeeping. Rakesh was very polite, humble quick he made the entire experience very good. I felt at home.
