The experience was truly memorable, and several members of your team went above and beyond my expectations. A special mention to Gyandeep from the Front Desk, who provided exceptional service and consistently ensured my comfort throughout the stay. Every member of your restaurant and kitchen team was extremely courteous and attentive — especially Pritan, Chetan, Pradhnya, and Chef Samrat. Their warmth and hospitality truly enhanced my stay. I would, however, like to raise one small concern regarding the spa area during the morning hours, where I noticed that some staff members seemed to occupy the space more than the guests. While I completely understand staff usage for internal purposes, it would be ideal to ensure that guests have priority access and a relaxed experience. We recently stayed at Hyatt Pune with our two kids (a 9-year-old and a 2-year-old), and it turned out to be one of our most relaxing and memorable family getaways. Though our stay began with a small glitch in the room allocation, Avinash, the Front Office Manager, promptly took care of it and ensured we were comfortably settled. From then on, everything was perfect. A special mention to Ria, who went above and beyond with her warmth and kindness — she not only looked after our little ones but also invited our family to join the Diwali celebrations and even took our elder daughter to make a beautiful flower rangoli. It was such a thoughtful touch that made us feel truly at home. At the pool, Maneesh, the lifeguard, was caring and attentive, especially with our kids, ensuring everyone had a safe and fun time. Food was another highlight! Chef Samrat and Chef Venkat Rao (who makes the most delicious dosas) ensured every meal was delightful. A big thank you to Ajith and Jyothi, who served us every day with genuine smiles and warmth. Overall, the team made our stay incredibly special. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for families looking for a warm, personalized experience! 🌸✨
