Hyatt Amritsar exceptional staff Tsering
Excellent customer service from Tsering Youdon who helped with the booking and looking after my parents whilst staying in the hotel. Booked this from the UK and did have a few issues and concerns that Tsering took personally on board and ensured my parents stay was exceptional. Thank you so much for going above and beyond and really enjoyed the time in this hotel. Do highly recommend booking and staying in this top class hotel with excellent staff.

Comfortable Stay and Exceptional Staff.
The staff at Hyatt went an extra mile to make sure we were comfortable throughout the stay. We reached the hotel at 1am with our little toddler and the staff on duty made sure we were checked-in promptly. We also made requests for an early checkin and room on the same floor for our family, which they gladly accepted. Special mention to Mr Dinesh Singh (Asst Manager, Housekeeping) who made our stay was memorable with his personalised support. We had travelled via our own vehicle to Amritsar and wanted to get the car cleaned. The Valet staff or front desk, did not offer any paid service to get the vehicle cleaned, But once i requested Mr. Dinesh, he was prompt to get a complementary vehicle cleaning done under his supervision. Really appreciate. The king size rooms were slightly smaller than expected, but the walk-in wardrobes and concealed bathroom made it comfortable. We were at 19th floor, and the lobby area/carpets could've been cleaner there. We ordered in-room dining for the kid, which although the staff informed took pretty long for a glass of milk.

Amritsars finest hotel
The Hyatt Amritsar is a five star class act! We recently stayed as a large cricket touring group and we were shown and treated to five star service and hospitality for our entire stay. Nothing was too much for the staff as they accommodated our every need including a brilliant array of foods , quality rooms and extremely friendly staff. We will definitely be back!
