Best Birthday Weekend!
Spent my birthday weekend here and my friends and I absolutely LOVED it. The sunset over Lake Titicaca is breathtaking. The trout at the restaurant is to die for! Thank you for the stellar service and recommendations Johan and Hugo! We will be coming back!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the customer service is five star. Johan was our server at the restaurant and gave us excellent food and drink recommendations. He was very helpful in providing us options catering to our daughter’s food allergy as well. We will be back!

Best place to enjoy Titicaca Lake.
Just amazing, I enjoy my stay here the views were completely awesome. nice place to relax, lovely staff and delicious food and drinks. Unfortunately I couldn't stay for more that one night. I suggest to be here more than two nights to enjoy better.

Exceptional stay in Lake Titicaca.
Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The views are to die for. The service was five star. Eduardo from the restaurant was exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time and to make sure we were satisfied with our meals. The hotel is remote. The hotel is clean and well maintained. It is a little dated but that would not stop us from staying here again. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel.

Exclusive place to spend time with the family, in a large and beautiful pleasant hotel, it would not be more wonderful if it were not for the staff who work, especially at the reception, they have a pleasant treatment, they receive with great joy and family temperament, they made us feel like At home, my family and I are very grateful for the attention they gave us. They are willing to answer any questions, personally they gave me all the information I needed and helped me make my stay with my family the most unforgettable. The Hotel is very spacious, clean and neat so my family felt at home, all the service they provided us in the different areas was unforgettable, very friendly, respectful and attentive. I recommend this wonderful Hotel to everyone who wants to travel and have a good time with their family, this is a very good exclusive place.
