Overall we had a wonderful stay at Eden Roc Cap Cana. The setting, accommodations, and consistently top-tier service make this resort stand out. Special shout-outs to Juliane and Gregory for their genuine hospitality each day; Milton, Asia, and Luis in the restaurants for their warmth and always prompt service; Gladys and Gisell in the spa for some of the best Lomi Juma massages we’ve ever had; Maria and the entire housekeeping team for keeping our villa spotless; and Sara and Junior for coordinating so many details and always making sure we had what we needed for a relaxing stay. There were a few minor inconveniences during our trip that we believe we should mention for future travelers: as other reviews have mentioned, the sargassum can build up on the beach, and certain days were worse than others. We understand this is a natural occurrence, however, and the beach team works hard to attempt to mitigate the amounts that accumulate. We were aware of this before our trip during this time of year, and we don’t fault the resort for it, but it did limit the amount that we could swim in the sea, which was a bit of a bummer. It may also be helpful to be aware that they are renovating certain areas of the resort near the beach; while we assume this is only temporary, the construction noise did slightly impact the relaxing and peaceful vibe we were expecting throughout our stay. Overall, however, these minor inconveniences did not make our stay any less than 5 stars, thanks to the beautiful property, sprawling and comfortable accommodations, and genuinely hospitable service that we received at every turn from the wonderful team here. We would return and would recommend Eden Roc to anyone considering a trip to Punta Cana!

We recently returned from a stay at Eden Roc in Cap Cana, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. If you are looking for a boutique resort with a true luxury feel surrounded by nature, this is the place. From the moment we arrived, the property felt incredibly special. We stayed in a Luxury Pool Junior Suite, which was absolutely stunning. The room itself was beautifully renovated, and the private pool was surprisingly large, a perfect place to unwind. Getting around the resort was a breeze, and zipping back and forth to our suite in our golf cart ended up being a really fun way to travel! When we weren't at our suite, we spent time at the main pool area, which is simply beautiful and so relaxing. What truly elevated this trip to a five-star luxury level was the highly caring staff. You really get that exclusive, pampered feeling here. I want to give a special shoutout to a few individuals who made our stay unforgettable: Andy (Our Butler): Andy was phenomenal. He was always smiling and eager to help. He quickly learned our preferences and anticipated our needs, seamlessly taking care of things before we even had to ask. Daniel (Breakfast Waiter): Daniel was a great person to greet us and start our day. He was always friendly and even remembered our specific breakfast orders! Wilfredo (Pool Waiter): Wilfredo provided quick, friendly service by the pool and was always willing to help us with whatever we needed to stay comfortable, including moving the heavy umbrellas to keep us in the shade. Miguel (Dinner Waiter at La Palapa/Beach Deck): We had a wonderful dinner at La Palapa, and Miguel was fantastic—very knowledgeable, friendly, and provided excellent service. My only minor piece of constructive feedback is regarding the resort's dress code. Before our arrival, the dress code was clearly communicated to us (e.g., collared shirts at breakfast, long pants for men at dinner). We packed thoughtfully to make sure we adhered to these rules. However, during our stay, we noticed very few people actually following it, and it didn't seem to be enforced by the resort. We saw a shirtless man at breakfast, and men wearing t-shirts and hats at dinner. It was a bit disheartening, only because we would definitely have packed differently and dressed more comfortably had we known it would be so relaxed. Despite that small detail, Eden Roc is a gorgeous property with world-class service. We left feeling completely refreshed and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-end getaway!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our honeymoon at Eden Roc Punta Cana was the kind of experience that is difficult to put into words. The setting is breathtaking, the food is exceptional, and every detail feels beautifully considered, but what truly makes Eden Roc extraordinary is the people. We have stayed at beautiful resorts before, but we have never encountered this level of genuine warmth, attentiveness, and personalized hospitality. We left feeling not simply like guests, but truly cared for. Before we get into everyone who made our trip special. As a Florida native who is aware of Sargassum season. Please note travelers - this is an effect of global warming that everyone in the Caribbean experiences. It’s out of any man’s control. This hotel works effortlessly to control this, but can only do so much - please note the seasons of algae bloom and know this is normal. If you don’t want to see it, choose a different time to visit or be alert that you will see this in summer months. On the plus side. The resorts will be at lower occupancy as a result so it’s almost like you have the resort all to yourself! So anyways back to the magic! A few people made an especially lasting impression on us for our honeymoon: Adonis, our butler, was exceptional from the moment we arrived until the moment we departed. He somehow made every request effortless, arranging itineraries, appointments, personalized dinners, and romantic turndown surprises with incredible attention to detail. He is fluent in English and Spanish, which was especially appreciated by my husband who doesn’t speak a word of Spanish, and his warmth and responsiveness made our honeymoon feel completely seamless. Adonis is truly a gem. On our second day, we visited the driving range and met Cristian, the golf manager, and Camilo, who quickly became my husband's golf godsend! 😂 We are athletes, but definitely not golfers, and they spent time patiently helping us with our swings, form, and overall game. They never once made us feel inexperienced or silly for wanting to learn. Instead, they made us feel encouraged, welcomed, + genuinely celebrated. We laughed so much and left with a new appreciation for golf. A couples massage is an absolute must. Giselle gave me one of the most incredible massages I have ever experienced—her hands truly felt like a gift from heaven. I may have fallen asleep more than once because I was so deeply relaxed. My husband had Ruth, who gave him an equally wonderful experience. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed and at peace. As someone raised in a Jewish upbringing, we were especially touched by the thoughtful kosher accommodations. Alain, the kosher chef, was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and attentive to dietary preferences. Having access not only to wonderful kosher meals but also full Shabbat dinners if requested was incredibly meaningful. The food was outstanding, and his genuine care made us feel so welcomed. He also speaks 4 languages! For our honeymoon, we arranged a private ocean terrace dinner with Sergio, and it became one of the highlights of our entire trip. He created the most beautiful setting, kept us laughing throughout the evening, and made everything feel effortless. His presentation of the pineapple Alaska dessert was stunning, and delicious! He also introduced us to mamajuana, giving us a little taste of Dominican culture that made the evening even more memorable. Our final night was a private beach BBQ, where Hugo, the beach manager, stopped by to congratulate us and personally ask how we were enjoying everything. His warmth was wonderful, and discovering that we share a connection to my family's hometown in Mexico made the moment even more special. Dari, who served our dinner, was equally fantastic—kind, attentive, funny, and even offered to take photos for us. These are the little moments you remember. Angel the bar manager also stopped to speak with us making our experience feel so bespoke. Their dedication to excellence is unparalleled. We also had the pleasure of meeting Sara and Asia, two lovely Italian interns whose warmth and hospitality immediately stood out. Sara welcomed us upon arrival, while Asia brightened our mornings at Blue Grill. Both were incredibly thoughtful and sweet. Teo in the gift shop was the sweetest woman ever, and ho was so helpful with all of our many questions, educating us on the artist of most of the items there as well as the story of sustainability behind it. Jose our server along with Dimitri in Mediterraneo restaurant set the tone for our first meal and truly made it so romantic, recommending the walk down to the cenote post dinner to cap the evening so beautifully. And then there was Blue Grill, where we began every morning. Elisabeth remembered where we liked to sit and what we liked to eat. Milton continually checked every table to make sure guests were comfortable and cared for. Luis M. had us laughing and smiling as he sang during breakfast - nothing but genuine warmth and kindness. But Daniel, our breakfast server, deserves a special mention and the best for last. There simply aren't enough words. He remembered everything, our food, drinks, preferred table, and even who we were. More importantly, his kindness extended to everyone around him. As two people who love hospitality ourselves, meeting someone like Daniel reminded us why this industry is so special. He is the kind of person you remember long after you leave and the kind of person we will truly miss and remember for our lifetime. We know we haven't mentioned everyone by name, and for that we apologize. From room service and turndown to every meal and every interaction, we were continually impressed. Eden Roc Cap Cana is undeniably beautiful and luxurious, but luxury is ultimately about how a place makes you feel. During our honeymoon, we felt celebrated, understood, and genuinely cared for. We don't know when we'll be fortunate enough to return, but we would do it all over again in a heartbeat. This hotel gave us more than a beautiful honeymoon.. it gave us memories and people we will remember for a lifetime. Five stars hardly feels like enough. ❤️🌴 we love you all and will miss you dearly. Sincerely, your Miami friends.

I am only putting 5 stars because of the service. Danial and Asia from blue were truly what made this experience special. They were so nice and every morning they always had a smile on their faces coming from a person who isn’t a morning person. I knew if they were at our service everything would be perfect and it was.

Top to bottom, a memorable trip for me and my wife. Junior and Sara were the best!
