Eden Roc Cap Cana

My husband and I spent our honeymoon here at Eden Roc at Cap Cana recently. It was truly a relaxing experience- from the amazing, friendly staff we got to know over the course of our stay, to our private pool in our villa, to the fantastic spa day we had (one of the best massages we have both had). Their attention to detail, relaxing ambience they have created, and the beauty of the property really allowed us to have a honeymoon we will always remember and hope to recreate one day. Our hardest decisions each day were what great dish we wanted to try at the various restaurants, what bottle of wine should we choose that the somm recommended and if we went to the beach chairs or pool chairs :) It was also out first time in the DR and we highly recommend. Very safe and friendly area we visited!

Eden Roc Beach Club has THE best beach service. Beach waiter, Wilson, is a true gem - fast, fun, delivering elevated service and great vibe for this 5-star location.

We could not have had a better experience at Eden Roc. The facilities are beautiful, and their high-touch service and staff is exceptional. At the pool, Wilson took care of us everyday and his positive attitude and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. After Day 1, he knew our food and drink preferences and was proactive in ensuring we had food and beverages the whole day. Our personal concierge, Orlando was fantastic. Any request we had, he took care of it promptly. He was extremely responsive, professional and the epitome of 5 star service. The golfing was great and the views unparalleled. Would highly recommend the on property restaurants, specifically La palapa and Bleu. The food at both were creative, unique and a blend of many flavors which made it worthwhile to go back for dinner more than once for each since you had a diverse menu to choose from. I can sincerely say that when analyzing Eden Roc across the key categories my family focuses on when traveling: Service, facilities, food, beverages, available experiences- they exceeded our expectations. It was a phenomenal and relaxing week thanks to the Eden Roc team.

We loved everything about Eden Roc. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the villa — with its private garden — was absolutely beautiful. The views were spectacular, and the beach was gorgeous. Our butler, Mr. Hill, was incredibly helpful and responsive to every request. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

We had an excelent vacation, the hotel lived up to our expectations. The most important factor was the staff. From the moment we checked in we were assigned a personal hostess, who looked after us for our entire stay. Special thanks to Mia for her dedication. We took a one bedroom villa with a private pool. Large, confortable, nicely decorated and impeccably clean. We highly recomend it. We ate very well in all three restaurants, Mediterraneo is fine dining, Blue was probably our favorite with its large and diverse menu, you could have an excellent steak one night, and a Japanese dinner the next. Alex, the Peruvian chef is very good and will come out to make sure that your meal is exactly to your liking. Giovanny, a supervisor in all restaurants also deserves a special mention for his humor and attentiveness. Leonardo, a waiter at the Mediterraneo was excelent every night we dined there. In short, it was a memorable experience that we hope to repeat.
