Eden Roc Cap Cana

My wife and I spent 5 days and 4 nights at Eden Roc Cap Cana and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. Everything was amazing from top to bottom. First, we had book a luxury pool junior suite and were upgraded to a one bedroom. The room was huge and beautifully appointed. Massive bathroom area, indoor and outdoor shower, tub, his and her sinks and a large walk in closet. The pool area had a gazebo with a sofa and chairs, a separate table and chairs area and also a double lounge chair section. We were given a golf cart for our use throughout our stay to get from our “home” to the rest of the resort. We were also assigned a butler, Junior, for our entire stay. Junior was fantastic. He went above and beyond in all respects. Personable and always smiling, he was a pleasure to work with and was proactive about assisting us. Anything we needed or asked about, Junior was there to help. He literally made our stay worry free and extremely memorable. We cannot thank him enough. The main pool and beach areas are private and gorgeous. Lots of lounge chairs or table. Service on the beach was excellent. The spa was heavenly and tranquil. We are not golfers but course looked amazing. We are kosher travellers and a big draw was the kosher kitchen on premises. Meals are the the Blue Grill restaurant at the resort and the head kosher supervisor (Allan) was friendly and frankly amazing. The menus were varied and the food delicious. We never thought we could go to a resort as beautiful as this and also have such great kosher meals. Steaks, burgers, pizza, sushi, chicken, waffles, pancakes, various salads, tacos, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. We cannot praise the kosher kitchen here enough. Major shout outs to Yonathan who was our hospitality host every night and Yacaira who helped us with our reservations. Also, a shout out to Ivan who taught us about Italian hospitality school. Finally, the rest of the staff were first rate. Friendly, smiling and always willing to assist with anything. Frankly, we felt pampered. All in all, this was a dream vacation for us and we highly recommend Eden Roc Cap Cana as a premier destination in the Caribbean. If you are a kosher traveler, it’s a no-brainer.

Our room was fabulous, the food was excellent, the service was excellent and all the staff were friendly and professional. Our concierge Hill went above and beyond to assist us and make our visit exceptional.

The hotel was very good (however, the installations are a bit old and need renovation). Food was great. What was outstanding and exceptional is the service. All employees from the bell boys to the pool staff to the waiters and reception and beach staff, everyone was extremely friendly, attentive to detail and 100%customer oriented. I have traveled a lot but I have never experienced such a combination of progessionalism and truly customer care as in this hotel. Especial mention to the private concierge @Andy Parris who was absolutely amazing and always super attentive and accomodating of guests requests. Other employees to mention are Leonardo at the bar, Johanna at the beach club, the ladies at the kids club, all waiters and waitresses, the cleaning crew and of course Alan at the yoga studio. Congratulations!

My wife and I didn't know what to expect when we booked our honeymoon relatively last minute at Eden Roc. Neither of us have ever traveled anywhere tropical before, let alone stayed at a resort. I do not think either of us have ever had our expectations exceeded so thoroughly. The entire team, led by our amazing personal concierge Adonis, went above and beyond to make it the most perfect honeymoon we could've asked for. We were upgraded from a luxury pool junior suite to a one bedroom that greeted us with champagne, fresh fruit, and cake. We had incredible instructors all week (Salsa class with Pablo, Rum Tasting with Mathew, and Mofongo Cooking with their amazing culinary team), but even with a full schedule such as this, we still had the most relaxing time between our beach time, pool time, and of course, the best couple's massage we've ever received. Our trip was complete with a romantic dinner in the Cenote, with unbelievable service from Robinson, followed by one last bottle of champagne waiting for us in our room and rose petals around the house. A HUGE thank you to Eden Roc for making it the best honeymoon we could've ever asked for, and if you are considering them for your honeymoon, let this be your sign to do it.

Excellent service, super helpful and accommodating. Sara was 10/10 and made our experience incredible. Weather was sunn
