Great apartment. Super spacious .ideal for couples looking for big room woth great price ! We didn't do all inclusive .and the receptionist literally rolled his eyes when we said no to the all inclusive deal .we flew from UK. After 11hours flight .was not pleasant to receive such treatment . Buy we didn't let thr bother us .The owner Ricardo is super helpful always emails back immediately . Better rent a car for food shopping and driving to the heath in the north ..and great for ppl who love cooking . Love the huge apartment .very very homy ..will definitely return

We recently returned from an extended vacation at Fishing Lodge in Cap Cana. The resort was wonderful and the amenities were great! Most importantly, however, were the professionalism, friendliness, and competency of all of the staff we encountered! There are too many people to name personally, but you know who you are! We would like to say thank you to everyone for your hospitality, and we will see you again in December!! All the best! Kathy and Chuck

We stayed here for 5 nights, all inclusive. Was a super deal and was very surprised at the "room" we had. Was actually an apartment, full kitchen, living, dining rooms, walk in closet, large bath & master bedroom. Had beautiful view from our balcony too! We felt very comfortable and safe there.

We went to Punta Cana for 3 days and rented a condo in this resort - did not take an all inclusive package which was offered to us for $85 usd each per day on top of the room. The setting is beautiful and the marina very nice. The reception personnel not very friendly and did not give us any explanations about the site which is huge. Took us a long time to find our room. The room has a kitchen and was very nice at one point but is not well maintained now - no coffee maker, no dish towels, one spoon, two forks only.... I am talking from experience as we own a rental property in Las Terrenas, DR, and i make sure my guests have all the basics and more :) No free Wifi in the room, either have to purchase daily pack or go to the lobby to use Internet.... Very expensive to eat on site and nothing else around. Coffee and a few pastries available in the lobby in the morning only. The central pool is beautiful, the personnel not friendly... Overall, a big disappointment - couldn’t wait to get back to Las Terrenas!

I stayed at a private condo at the Fishing Lodge inside the Cap Cana resort complex. It is located on the north side of Cap Cana Marina and has a 2 luxury hotels with wonderful pools, the little :old world style" marina village with restaurants, shops and beautiful plazas overlooking the marina. It is a short drive to Juanillo Beach and some of the other resort-beach locations within the resort complex and very close to the airport and all the stores and shops of Punta Cana - Bavaro. Renting a car makes everything much more convenient, but it you are sedentary, you could find all you need in the lodge and marina. I love a private feel to my vacations and this place which is expansive, almost feels like you have it all to yourself.
