Can't wait to come back !
Where to begin! This resort is simply amazing ! The beauty of it all, he staff who are just so friendly and nice, the food that was surprisingly good for resort food, the comfort if the rooms we loved everything about this place! I'm not one to go twice to the same resort as there are so many but this one I can't wait to be back ! Do not believe negative reviews! We were preferred, Marcelo the butler made our stay go from great to amazing! I loved the perks of being preferred but I am certain this resort can be enjoyed and still amazing even if you are not.

8 days in Paradise - DR
We had an amazing time. The food was great. The atmosphere was amazing. Everyone we encountered was helpful. Housekeeping was lacking in that they did not make up the room every day. The mini bar was taken care of daily. We could hear the band from our room. Unfortunately, we had young children above us and could hear them running back and forth all the time. For the 8 days we stayed there we felt we got our money's worth. Tides, which was down by the beach made it easy for lunches. The only excursion we did was parasailing and that was amazing. I had been before but the rest of our group had never been. They really enjoyed it. Sunrise walks on the beach were spectacular

Definitely suggest upgrading to the preferred club. Marcelo our butler was AMAZING! À la cart restaurants were much better than buffets.

A beautiful hotel with fantastic staff
We travelled as a group of 7 adults and spent 14 days at Dreams. The grounds are immaculate, the staff are the friendliest and most welcoming I have encountered. The a la carte restaurants are very good but the buffet is really pleasant at breakfast and lunch. The drinks are outstanding with fantastic bar staff and high end international drinks throughout the hotel. The only negative would be somewhat inconsistent housekeeping with our room not being cleaned a couple of times but I couldn't really say it negatively affected out experience.

Perfect place to unwind!
The resort is beautiful. The pool and Grotto swim up bar were perfect for us. The staff could not have been better. They never forgot a face or a drink!
