My wife and I were able to relax right from the start, until the moment we left.
The whole resort was great, but the entertainment and hospitality staff is what sets this resort apart from others. They are friendly and super helpful

Great stay well worth the trip
Had a great time, weather is beautiful and the sea is well warm, rooms are clean and tidy, most staff members are really nice and helpful. Food is good and a great choice for everyone. You can walk to the local shops using the beach to get there, so nicely located. Lots of out door fun, pool gets really full up so your best of using the beach, as the music and shouting by the pool can be terrible. There is a young lady on the restaurant when you book in who is genuinely loverly, she’s due her baby in June, but she is really nice and genuine to asking how your day was. My only gripe is that when your trying to relax and there doing a buffet on the beach they require you to move your bed. But all in all 10/10 The guy who fills your fridge up leaves a good selection and the cleaning lady is really nice, as is the lady who makes the breakfast smoothies in a morning, she always makes conversation with you and is always smiling. ( the older lady).

Dreams Royal Beach
We recently returned from an incredible family vacation at Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana. We traveled as a family of four and booked the Preferred Club Swim-Up Suite which was absolutely worth it. Having direct access to the lazy river right from our patio was great for our kids. One of the highlights was the exceptional drink service right to our patio from Jeffry always made sure we were taken care of. Our concierge, Yaca, was truly top notch. She checked in with us daily and went above and beyond to ensure our room was fully stocked with drinks and snacks for our kids. Our favourite restaurants were Portifino and Seaside Grill. The only disappointment during our stay was that That’s a Wrap was closed for renovations. We are looking forward to returning again in 2026
