Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana

The food was delicious, and I particularly looked forward to the fresh fruit every day. A special thank you to our beach waiter, Ambiorix, who was exceptional throughout our stay. He was always willing to help, attentive, and there whenever we needed him. I truly cannot thank him enough for his outstanding service. He was always polite and professional, and I never once saw him show any anger or frustration. He served us with a genuine smile every time, and his positive attitude made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Ambiorix, for making our stay so special!

A stunning hotel with beautiful grounds, pools, etc. We always managed to find loungers by the pool. The nicest pool is the Blue Dorado as the main pool is very noisy so less relaxing. The premises are spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. Service excellent and without fault. Staff always very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them and everything was done with a smile on their face. Candy was especially friendly and always there for us and made sure my son had everything he needed. Facilities are spectacular with many pools and restaurants to choose from. My only negative comment would be that there weren't that many exciting options for vegetarians even though there was a huge variety of food. The food was very repetitive with no change. The best restaurant was the Asian. We had to wait in line to get in to all the restaurants which was a bit frustrating. The beach is stunning and clean with plenty of beds to choose from but unfortunately, on some days due to the seaweed we couldn't enjoy it as much. Overall a wonderful stay in a stunning hotel. It really lives up to its name!

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The pools and water park are great. The beach would be nice if it was not full of seaweed. They need more on the beach activities. Rooms were clean and nightly entertainment was good. The food is just ok.

Overall, we had a very positive stay and continue to enjoy coming back year after year. This was our fourth year, and a big reason we keep returning is the people. We especially want to recognize Arismendy at the check-in desk, who has always been fantastic. He consistently makes us feel welcomed and taken care of, and he is genuinely one of the main reasons we continue choosing this hotel. Our butler, Roberto, is also always amazing. We continue to request him whenever we return because of his exceptionally high level of attention and service. He is consistently proactive, thoughtful, and makes a noticeable difference in our experience. We also want to recognize Gabriel, who went above and beyond helping us with our baby’s bottles. His service felt genuine and thoughtful, and he made a real effort to make us comfortable. The level of attention he provided is what we would normally expect at much more luxurious hotels, and he absolutely deserves recognition. The team at the Kids Club — Maried, Nicole, and Candy — were also wonderful with the children. Having people we feel comfortable trusting with our kids makes a huge difference when traveling as a family, and we really appreciated the care and attention they provided. Our main area of feedback would be the Preferred Club dinner experience. While the team seemed friendly and clearly enjoyed working together, at times there was too much focus on chatting among themselves rather than paying attention to guests. During our entire dinner, no one checked whether we wanted a wine refill, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy, and we noticed staff spending quite a bit of time talking in the kitchen/service area. Overall, the staff are friendly and there are some truly outstanding team members who keep us coming back. After four years of visiting, people like Arismendy, Roberto, Gabriel, Maried, Nicole, and Candy are a major part of why we continue to return. With a little more consistency and attentiveness during the Preferred Club dining experience, the service could be excellent across the board.

Overall my stay was amazing! Between the people who stood out to us, the environment, the energy, the different stuff they had to offer. Tira did amazing with our room. Mr.Daniel was amazing with our dining services! C It was definitely a memorable time ! With a special thanks to Mr.Yummy, Rissa and the other entertainers ❤️
