Everything was good. Our waitress Meligros was fantastic, her ability to socialize with us is excellent. She is extremely friendly , thoughtful and willing to help. She sure made our stay enjoyable. I hope the management see the quality staff they have.

Wonderful place for a wedding.
Awesome staff. They all work very hard to see that you are taken care of. All are very friendly. Our concierge Marcelo was exceptional. Be sure to ask for him!

Great experience!
Great experience at Dreams Royal Beach! Our personal concierge, Stevens, was exceptional. He was able to answer all our questions. He arranged reservations and took care of all our needs. He even sent our room a bottle of champagne with chocolates for our anniversary! The resort is absolutely gorgeous. We loved every minute of being there. Highly recommend!
