Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana

The Dreams Royal Beach Hotel was fantastic. My family and I were Preferred guests and it was certainly worth it. Our Personal Concierge Mayker was amazing. He made sure our room cleaning was done when my son was alseep during naps, he made sure that reservations for spa and other items were complete too. He was great. Also, the staff overall from the entertainment team to the restaurants were all so kind. I recommend this resort to anyone but especially families as they are so welcoming.

We recently stayed at Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana, and from start to finish, it was an incredible vacation. The resort itself is beautiful, but what truly sets it apart is the people. The staff here go above and beyond in every way—they are the heart of the resort and the reason our trip felt so special. Our room was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and we appreciated the little touches throughout our stay. Food across the resort was very good, with the standout for us being the French restaurant—absolutely delicious and our favorite of all the dining options. We also loved the Teppanyaki experience; it was such a fun night! 🌟 A Special Thank You to Roberto We can’t say enough good things about our butler, Roberto. He was truly exceptional—attentive, friendly, easy to reach, and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. He consistently went above and beyond, and because of him, the Preferred Club felt well worth it. Roberto deserves to be recognized for the amazing service he provides. 🌟 Shoutout to Tony from Entertainment Another standout was Tony from the entertainment team. Watching him interact with guests was such a joy—he makes everyone feel welcome and part of the Dreams family. He gives 110% and clearly loves what he does. The beach was beautiful and clean, the resort was easy to get around because of its smaller layout, and overall we had a really wonderful and relaxing stay. The resort was under renovations so check was outside in the pavilion. Wish we were aware prior to the construction, but it wasn't a deal breaker. Room was clean and comfy. Service was good. Beach was nice. Always lots of chairs available. The main pool was crowded at times as to be expected to get down early to get a good spot. Lots of activities through out the day. The best restaurant was Tres Colores. Tides was underwhelming. That's a wrap -- never had wraps. Sundaze - was never opened. Seaside grill had a great view for dinner but food was just OK. Porotfino - Basic olive garden Italian. The entertainment team made it fun, Tarzan and Blonde always had smiles on their face and ready for fun.

This has been THE BEST family resort after 5years of taking our family to the Dominican Republic. We have been to Dreams Onyx, Macao , Lopesan and Hilton la romana and Royal beach has topped all of these! We were preferred and ate at the Seaside grill every morning and the service and food was outstanding! Hansel and Jose R and all the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The French and Asian Restaurant was also our favourite. The staff at this resort is by far the best…always smiling, helpful and they work sooooooo hard here to make guests comfortable:) Martin helped us daily by checking in with us and was so cheerful. I’m really surprised by some reviews on this resort but it’s been nothing but exceptional for us!!!! Dreams does have the best entertainment I must say…. Overall this has been the BEST resort we have ever experienced!!!!

The resort is nice and clean, not too large that it feels overwhelming. The staff in general is very kind and welcoming to guests. Improvements are needed on the daily availability of housekeeping services, but all other aspects met our expectations.
