Family friendly resort.
Nice get a way for our family. The staff was amazing and accommodating. There was always something to do which was a nice variety for our family.

Wonderful people, peaceful & beautiful resort
Our concierge Emmanuel was helpful from the start.. we were able to connect with him personally thru WhatsApp.. he was always full of energy, helpful and accessible.. thank you also to Roberto in the lobby and Wander who helped with our luggage and shuttles .. also, Dr Ramirez who helped when our daughter stepped on a random bee or big. She took immediate care of her and she was fine the next day .. thanks for your care and concern

Staff was great
Nice place if you want quiet. No day activities at all. Hotel ran out of hot water. Staff was great. Food mediocre, no top shelf alcohol. Shows at Secrets were the best. Unfortunately beach had a lot of seaweed (not hotels fault) but if you step on beach, be prepared to be surrounded by solicitors.

Great family trip!
We had an amazing time! We were in the preferred area and loved our room, friendly staff, and all the pools. The resort is huge, as we needed the shuttle to go from our section to the remainder of the Dreams property. The water park was a lot of fun and kept the kids busy. The property also just opened a new gym. I love going to the gym when I travel, so this was a nice surprise.

Amazing hotel, staff can't do enough. Butler provided an amazing balcony breakfast. Would return again!
