Our stay exceeded expectations - the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the food was very great, the rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning our rooms each day. I always felt very safe in the resort and on the beach. This resort was great for families too. I highly recommend Dreams Royal Beach Resort!

This is my second trip to this resort. It was so good the first time I had to experience it again. It did not disappoint. They were overbooked so when we checked in they informed us they were upgrading us from preferred deluxe pool view double to ocean view with a king. Wasn’t too happy since it was a girls trip but they said they’d bring in an extra bed if we needed more space. We reluctantly agreed and it turned out perfect. We were in building 5, top floor, corner room. Great ocean view overlooking the main pool. Since we were the corner room we had a huge L shaped balcony. We were assigned to Roberto as our butler and he was wonderful. He checked in on us everyday and made sure we knew about all the daily activities. He also made reservations at Fusions, fixed our remote, supplied us with tons of hangers and made sure we had champagne in our room every day. He was in the lobby on our departure day to give us hugs. I know it’s his job but he really made us feel special. The resort is immaculate! Our room was cleaned daily and there was always someone around mopping, polishing, painting and let’s not forget the gardeners. It’s a well managed property. Restaurants were all great. We booked preferred so we had great breakfast and lunch choices. With so many places to choose from I always enjoyed my meals. I thought the food was better than the other resorts I’ve been. The beach was stunning and so many places to camp out for the day. We would walk across the bridge to the preferred side on days that were too windy for the beach and sit at the wading pool. It’s so quiet & peaceful on that side. My travel friend absolutely loved it. She said it exceeded her expectations. We will be looking to book it again.

Superior staff, beautiful beach and grounds, quality entertainment. Plan to stay 10 instead of 7 days next year! Pop up events of food and beverage were fantastic!

We were so impressed with the friendly staff, clean amenities and quality. We just returned 2 weeks prior from a trip to Maui at an upscale condo but not all inclusive. We were blown away with what was all included as a preferred member. We left with a bill for $35 for a beach casita rental! Food was good, clean, very nice amenities. Just wonderful

We visited with extended family (ages 12-78) for a week and everyone had a really great time. The property itself is beautiful, with the bridge back to the preferred section a huge highlight (we never got tired of walking it with all of the animals and the lights at night). There were lively sections, but never felt too crowded and easy to find quieter spaces to lounge. Both the pool and the beach were great locations for all ages. Huge shoutout to David H at Tres Colores, who went out of his way multiple times to make our dining experience memorable (especially for one of our family members with celiac). And huge shoutout to Marcelo, who was one of the most present, fun, and helpful concierges we have ever had at an all-inclusive.
