Wonderful Family Experience.
We recently had a wonderful family experience at Dreams Punta Cana, staying in the Preferred Area. Firstly, Marcelo couldn’t have made us feel more welcome and was always available to make our stay better and more enjoyable. It was clean, friendly and welcoming from the start. We stayed for 8 days and didn’t scratch the surface as to what was available for us to do, but we were relaxed throughout. We were off season, so it was quiet and there were works being conducted. None of that made it seem different, so while the sea was impacted by weed, there were still beach parties and BBQ that made you want to be there - it is still a stunning location. Some of the junior staff can move at a glacial pace, but overall the service was great. There are little touches that just feel nice, like bringing left over pizza to the pool after the lunch service. We had a wonderful time and are considering it again, same time, next year.

Honeymoon trip
We went for our honeymoon and booked a swim out. When we got to the hotel everyone was extremely helpful and our concierge Marcelo was excellent! We had an issue with our original room and to correct it he got us a beach cabana and ultimately upgraded us to a suite with a private pool. The restaurants were all amazing and the bar staff was super friendly and recommended us different drinks. All around I have zero complaints!
