Not a true Gem
The water slide was nice, resort overall was okay but would not consider it as a luxury 5-star hotel. The hotel is more like a 3.5 star. The SPA is not good, run down facility, with broken fixtures and LOTS of mold in the showers and surrounding. Food was okay but flies are everywhere. Beach was not clear, water was brown with large amount of sargassum. We didn't enjoy our 5 days at the resort.

Great experience at the preferred club.
We stayed in preferred club. It was just 3 of us with a 10 year old included in the total number. It was worth it to have a bit of seclusion. Access to the coffee shop and preferred breakfast was worth it in and of itself. Plus, the bartenders at the pool were amazing. Only hiccup we had is that at check in, they did not place a bed for my 10 year old in the room until 1 am. We were not told that we had to be in the room for them to set up the bed so when they came we werent there. We didn't check in like 9:30 at night.

Family Vacation
Resort was nice but the house keeping was terrible. Didn't empty trash, we had to request new towels on two separate occasions because she only left us one or two. Shower leaked and flooded the bathroom floor. Buffet was average. Specialty restaurants were good. Beach side cafe was great. Entertainment was good. But just loud and couldn’t understand what they were saying. Spa was great. Beach was covered in seaweed and it smelled bad because of it. Pools were nice and kept clean, pool bars were great. B

Our experience at Dreams Royal
The staff were warm, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile. The entire resort was clean, well-maintained, and created a pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay. Beautiful Resort, Friendly Staff & a Perfect Wedding Weekend
We had an amazing stay at Dreams Royal Beach! We traveled there for a wedding, and everything was absolutely beautiful. The resort is well-maintained, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. Having access to the sister resorts was an added bonus and gave us even more to enjoy. I highly recommend Dreams Royal Beach and would definitely stay there again!
