The place made my first visit to the DR a special and memorable experience.
A great hotel with fantastic staff. This is a large hotel in that it is spread over a large physical area, not high rise. If you have mobility difficulties, this may present a problem or two, though we planned our days and limited the walking to what could be done and it was fine. Other guests took their mobility scooters and managed well. The rooms are excellent, even at the standard level. Roomy and well decorated and maintained. Food and drink is all excellent with plenty of choices of bars food outlets and cafes. Every member of staff does their best to serve you well and deliver your needs. They are extremely helpful and polite whilst being friendly. This also is a credit to the staff training and selection team. Overall a great place to stay for your holiday/vacation. The place made my first visit to the DR a special and memorable experience. Thank you, everyone involved.

Best Birthday Celebration Ever!
Shared our sister-in-law's 40th & nephew's 11th birthday celebration there. We had a blast with the entertainment and overall atmosphere. Jose, our concierge host was exceptional. We would go back again!
