Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana

Couldn't be happier with our experience at Dreams Royal Beach. My wife and I spent 6 nights there to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. The service across the resort was excellent especially Luis and the other bartender at The Reef preferred club pool bar. Very happy with food especially the surf and turf at the French restaurant and the beef fajitas at the Mexican restaurant. Many delicious pina coladas with extra run and whiskey sours! We loved the swim out room with private patio, tub and Bali bed. Beach was beautiful. Loved the walk across the bridge each day and the wildlife we saw. We never left the resort, but never felt bored! The nightly shows and entertainment thrilled us - quality was amazing! We'd love to go back.

Excellent resort with super attentive servers. “The Man” Ambriorix was the best most personable server. He was funny and fast. Try Fusion the French restaurant the best food at the resort. Poolside is fun with a great vibe. Drinks are cold and food is great.

Our family of 15 traveled to this resort for the Holidays and loved it. The service, food, and accommodations are better than your typical all-inclusive. Just note that there are two properties on the same property, about a 10-15 minute walk apart. We had a total of 6 rooms, split into two areas, which was a little inconvenient. We enjoyed the pool area, which never felt very crowded and was easy to get chairs. The beach area is nice, even though there is a lot of seaweed, but that is out of their control. The staff were very attentive and we felt the trip to be very relaxing and enjoyable and recommend. We would recommend preferred status and make dinner reservations the day you arrive.

Staff friendly hotel, great amenities, pools, beach ambience very nice. The downside to this hotel is the quality of food. Specialty restaurants serving low grade steaks, snack bar deep frying hot dogs and hamburgers before placing on griddle, in room dining- ordered twice, both times food came cold. For the price of this resort and holding the brand name of hyatt, they need to come better. Very disappointed by the quality of their food.
