We had a fabulous time at Dreams Royal Beach! The staff were absolutely amazing and took the time to get to know our names to make the experience really feel like family there. We were able to have relaxed quiet times and also have a lot of fun with the pool activities and the evening entertainment. The rooms were very clean and well cared for. We feel the value was well worth the price. The we paid for a preferred room and had a personal concierge. Roberto was simply amazing! He was gracious and patient as we tried to use our Spanish skills and gave us pointers when we asked. He checked in with us daily to share information and was quick to respond when we had questions. He was very kind and helpful. We had a great experience with all the staff: Nelson was our waiter several times and he was delightful, Wander was helpful and kind. I can’t remember everyone’s name, but as I said before everyone we worked with had a great attitude and were very helpful.

I did not stay here. I stayed at Secrets Royal Beach and just came over to check this Hotel out. It's really beautiful and service is great as well. As guest of Secrets we were able to go and eat at the Restaurants here. They are a nice as over at Secrets. Actually the Coffee Shop was much nicer.

All I can say about this resort is.... GO I had a fabulous stay here and I will definitely be going back. All the staff are lovely, The spa day I had was amazing, The rooms are large and very clean, massive balcony with a jacuzzi. I was in heaven

The Best! This resort is beautiful. It was close to airport, sat on the beach, gorgeous ambiance, calm, and hands down the kindest staff I’ve experienced! We booked a wedding package and stayed in preferred status which allowed us the concierge service assigned to us. Can you say life changer? We were a group of 13 and I felt ZERO stress organizing excursions, on/offsite dinners, night club bookings and recommendations. It was all in the best trip we’ve taken. Highly recommend this resort.
