My cousin and I went here and it was great, we are already planning on going back. The workers, atmosphere, cleanliness and entertainment were amazing. We did so many activities and lessons while here which made the experience even better, always keeping us entertained, the workers were so consistent and funny, I would highly recommend.

Ambriorix is a very, very good waiter on the beach. He took very good care of us the 10 days we were blessed to visit March 2026. He was very attentive and kind.

The site, staff, food and rooms were great. You couldn't ask for more. We went to the preferred rooms near the beach and will do it again.

Great experience! I really enjoyed my time at the resort. Everything from the service to the amenities exceeded my expectations. The staff made me feel welcome, and the entire stay was relaxing and enjoyable. I would gladly return in the future.

We recently stayed at Dreams Royal Beach and overall had a great experience. It’s a very family-friendly resort and a place where you can truly relax and enjoy time with your family. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, the beach is stunning, and there are plenty of activities throughout the day that make it enjoyable for both adults and kids. The staff across most areas of the resort were friendly and welcoming, which added to the positive atmosphere. One of the things we appreciated most was how comfortable the resort feels for families. There are pools, entertainment, and dining options that make it easy to spend the entire day on property without feeling bored. The resort has a lively but still relaxing vibe, and it’s clear that they aim to create a good balance between fun and relaxation. The main reason we are not giving this stay 5 stars comes down to the Preferred Club experience. When you pay extra for Preferred access, it should feel like you’re getting a noticeable upgrade in service and convenience, but unfortunately that wasn’t always the case. The Preferred pool bar was extremely slow. Even when there were only about five people at the bar, it could take close to 10 minutes just to place a drink order. On multiple occasions the bartenders were socializing with the lifeguard for extended periods of time. Aside from slowing service down, it was also concerning because it takes the lifeguard’s attention away from the pool area where guests and children are swimming. Another issue was the Portofino restaurant in the Preferred section. The service there was also very slow. If you get a table, you should plan to be there for at least an hour. At one point they had a waitlist even though only about half of the tables in the restaurant were actually occupied. That shouldn’t happen, especially in a Preferred dining area where guests are paying for upgraded access. One suggestion that could greatly improve the experience would be to add some type of buffet or quick grab-and-go option within the Preferred section. Sometimes guests just want something quick without committing to a full sit-down meal, and that would help reduce wait times while improving the overall flow. Overall, we still had a great vacation and really enjoyed our time at Dreams Royal Beach. The resort itself is beautiful, very family-friendly, and a great place to spend a relaxing trip. With a few improvements to the Preferred Club service and dining efficiency, this resort could easily be a 5-star experience.
