This was a dream!
This was such a fun and relaxing week for the whole family. The resort was filled with activities for all ages - a water park for the family, multiple pools, entertainment, and a stunning white sand beach with shade and loungers. The endless food and drinks were delicious, and the staff were friendly. There was also specialty dining, and my 6-year-old son loved the Explorers Club, which was specifically for his age group.

Always a Great Time!
Good location, great staff, had a great time! The food was good. The entertainment staff was always doing events at the pool, beach, and at night. The beach area was cleaner then the surrounding resorts.

Disappointed
The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling with mold. The food was mediocre at best. Staff was nice and courteous but it was difficult to communicate with most because of our limited Spanish and their limited English. The beach was clean and I appreciated they cleaned it often.

Not Normal
I want to start off by saying I am a huge fan of Secrets Resorts and my expectations for all Hyatt Inclusive Collection properties is high because of that. This was a Birthday trip for my daughter who turned 16 along with 7 of her friends. I was not happy with this resort. The rooms, pools, and bars were good, but the food and service in some of the restaurants did not meet my expectations. There is a lot that I can say, but I will leave it at this. They need to work on the overall service, communication, and attentiveness they provide to the customers. This is my first negative review I have ever given and I hope I don't have to do it again.
