We arrived to the property and were cheerfully greeted with a glass of champagne and towelettes to clean our hands. Staff makes you feel so valued and comfortable. As we waited for our car to be parked and luggage to be brought up, our check-in lady suggested that we go to either the lobby bar or coffee shop to get a quick snack before our room was ready. In less than 10 minutes, we were being escorted to our upgraded accommodations which were clean, beautifully decorated and the hot tub on the balcony was a nice perk too. Dinner at every restaurant was magnificent. Great care went into avoidance of food allergies. The wait staff was excellent and the food was superb. The surf and turf at Oceania was amazing and our beachside dinner at Seaside Grill was fantastic too. The pork tomahawk was a little dry, but overall a 5-star experience in every category. Loved it! We hope to return to more Dreams all-inclusive locations. What a wonderful way to celebrate a 50-year milestone birthday.

The resort was beautiful. Rooms are comfortable. It was paradise. Staff was amazing and made you feel like family especially Blue Dorado bartender Yeffrey, Jabes and Kiara our wait staff. Bartender staff at Interlude Maximilian and Jose J. The only downfall was the food could be better.

This place was truly paradise! Wow! Everything was perfect. It was calm and relaxing. If I needed anything my butler, Marcelo, was always there to help. Food and drinks were great. Coffee was very strong everywhere in there. That's minor! The beach, boardwalk, pools, daily excursions, live music, casino, night club (preferred/secrets) and all the workers make this place perfect. They really know how to treat their guests.

Highly recommend you to book the Preferred Club section for additional peace and quiet. Preferred members has exclusive access to certain lounges and amenities which was amazing. Hospitality was impeccable! Our suite balcony was facing the lazy river and the waiters even walked up to our chairs to get our orders. All the staff are super helpful and friendly. The Dreams Royal section is newly renovated thus everything was very clean and new, my son especially loved the splash park. The daycare was such a plus for parents with young kids and the whole place was very family-oriented. Can’t wait to come back to this resort and enjoy a longer stay.

As expected the lounge chairs fill up at the crack of dawn, but we noticed that once the lunch service opens, you can get good seating at the pools and at the beach. The preferred club area was much quieter and relaxed. The main area was much more lively and fun so pick your spot. It’s a dropdead gorgeous facility. Great beach great pools, great rooms. If you’re booking a room with a plunge pool, try to get the rooms on the far end as they face the lake and the woods where the iguanas are. The others face service roads. Spend the extra money for the ground floor pool facing rooms. The overall service however is not to the level of the facility. Check-in was not good. We were early and welcomed to use all facilities until room was ready. (Have access to swimwear). Room wasn’t ready till 4:30 PM and when I questioned why it wasn’t ready at 3pm, they said 3 is the time they begin to become ready. Seriously? Preferred Club service? Was told we had a butler that we never saw nor heard from. The staff was wildly varied. Some were very friendly and helpful, Wander at the Bell stand was a gem, others looked like they were bothered that you were trying to talk to them. The food was spotty at best, although the personal pizzas were better than expected, and the fries on the beach were very good. This is a five star facility with a three star staff. I feel as long as you know that I would recommend this place. We did have a lot of fun here.
