Tortuga Bay Resort-Punta Cana
Tortuga Bay Resort is a true 5 star resort. Everyone stays in a beautiful villa, steps from the beach. Each villa gets their own golf cart for the duration of their stay. Bicycles are available at no extra charge, too. The service is amazing the staff is amazing too. The resort includes complimentary private transfers and complimentary VIP expedited passport airport service upon arrival and departure. There is a spa available and great restaurants. I can't wait to go back.

Worth every dollar
As someone who seldomly indulges in luxury vacations at upscale hotels, this is one of the few ones that is actually worth the bucks. The level of service provided by every staff member was unparalleled – they went above and beyond to attend our needs. The facilities were just chef's kiss. The meticulous attention to detail truly set Tortuga Bay apart from other luxury hotels.Tortuga is a hidden gem that exceeded all our expectations.

Excellent care and beautiful facility!
You won't see the real DR here, but you will experience beauty and excellent care from the staff! Rooms were spacious, bright and clean, the food was excellent, and the beach gorgeous! ALL the staff were kind and attentive and we wanted to give a special note to Alcy who took extraordinary care of us during breakfast and lunch at the Bamboo restaurant. We will be back!!

Only for North Americans!
WAY overpriced! The beach is full of Sargasso. They need to clean it several times a day, which they do with loud engines passing in front of you!The hotel needs lots of maintenance. The staff and employees are very basic. Very basic English. They prefer speaking Dominican slang. No education at all! Food is average. With the drinks you receive peanuts or fried platanos with some avocado mixture!! Security is lazy and racist. If you don't have a clear skin you don't get in, even with a suite reserved.And as our Dominican friends say "Para completar" the management is Spanish. No need to say more....

The best place to be
You expect the best but you find even more. Nice place to visit with family with very kind staff. The beach club is great and the golf courses are amazing. You can enjoy the entire day barefoot. The beach restaurant Mare....we never won't forget
