Great getaway
Great hotel. Just be advised if your party is not on the same floor you can’t access their floors without a key card. Amelio at the pool, Great service, very personable and pleasant. The hospitality is great at this location. Masi has a great buffet for breakfast, brunch and dinner. Will definitely return again.

Wonderful hotel!
Fantastic hotel! We loved the pool, breakfast, the most attentive service we have experienced in so many years. Staff goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The only problem we encountered was with the shower... Water comes out of it... Needs an easy fix to make the whole stay perfect. Hope to visit again ♥️

First visit to Panama. Perfect birthday trip.
I visited Panama for my birthday. We met Amelio day one. He was very pleasant and professional. Michelle gave us excellent ideas of things to do and places to go. The hotel is amazing, well worth the stay. Did I mention the food was excellent. You really don’t need to go anywhere else to eat. The breakfast buffet and the restaurant in the pool area were our favorites. We are definitely planning on visiting again. We just hope Amelio will still be there.
