Outstanding stay
We are staying for a week and have enjoyed very much our stay, thanks to the magnificent staff. Usually we place a review after our checkout, but this time we're gonna make an exception. We took a very early flight and Nicole at the Masi restaurant took good care of my temper. There is a great attitude towards the guests, everybody is so welcoming, so friendly and exposing beautiful smiles. Omar who is a bellboy help us quickly with a lock in one of our suitcases. Diana at ALMA restaurant where we have breakfast, is always very attentive to our needs. We have a great housekeeper her name is Paola and we could make a long list of names... I don't want missing John (Chengo). Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

I am so pleased with my stay! This staff is incredible and always greeting me, helping me and always with a pleasant smile and accommodating voice. I felt safe and look forward to returning to this location. I’ll also have my family and friends stay here!!! Neliino was so amazing by always helping me with packages and elevator. He is awesome!!!

I am currently staying at the JW Marriott Panama Hotel. Having dinner at Masi's restaurant in the hotel. Everyone should know that Kevin Martinez cooked a Salmon dish for me and it was great!!!
