⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Stay & Exceptional Breakfast Experience at JW Marriott Panama
We stayed at the JW Marriott Panama with my husband and our toddler, and our experience was simply wonderful. The service at the breakfast buffet (Masi Restaurant) was top-notch — every single staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. A special thank you to Elisa, Cristely, Keila, Belky and Leniño, who treated our family with so much kindness and warmth every morning. They were always smiling, attentive, and incredibly sweet with our baby boy — they made us feel truly at home. One morning, they surprised our son with the most adorable fruit plate arranged as a cheerful lion that said “Buen día Sebastián” 🦁🍊🍍. It was such a beautiful and thoughtful gesture, and to make it even more special, the Executive Chef (Marcos) personally came to our table to greet us. Moments like these are what make a stay unforgettable. Thank you again to the entire JW Marriott Panama team for making our family feel so special — we can’t wait to come back! 💛

Panama City a great destination
Panama City was a great surprise. It has a lot to offer, sights, places, shopping, food. But the best part is it’s people, very hospitable. Clemencio, thank you for your kindness and great service.

Wonderful staff and R&R
Peaceful and relaxing. The staff was helpful, friendly and thoughtful. Ovlando Valovcia was fanatic as a waiter. This was our first trip to Panama and the JW which did not disappoint in any way at all

This hotel is in an ideal location within walking distance of nearby activities and restaurants. Super cleanly and staff are very friendly and helpful. Mr. Cele & Mr. Amelio Celedoño at the Azul Restaurant & Pool Bar are extremely welcoming and respectful. They make you feel to stay at the pool anytime they are working their shifts.
