Can't think of one thing that I'd change about this resort. So beautiful, inside the rooms and out. The views here are truly some of the best in the world. Rooms were spotless, and the service was genuine. We weren't denied anything that we asked for, and it was delivered quickly and with a sincere smile. Thank you to everyone at this beautiful resort. We hope to have the opportunity to visit again soon!

After a day at the beach in Jaco, we made reservations to sit in the amphitheatre to view the sunset, followed by dinner on the terrace. We were told the time to arrive to see the sunset, which was spectacular. Although busy, lots of viewing space, drinks and apps served without making us feel rushed. Staff even took some of our party to other spots for even more spectacular viewing. Dinner was very good, service was excellent, attentive and gracious. Ceviche was delicious, came with local flavour of lime, avocado and palm peach. Branzino and sea bream prepared beautifully. Excellent burger prepared exactly to order. The bill for our entire group was much less than we expected, overall a very enjoyable evening.

I rarely spend the time writing feedbacks here but I hope this one will help people. This hotel looks amazing: the location, the view etc... But the service is ruining it all, watch-out if you expect a 5* hotel you will be disappointed. Many parts of the hotel are old and look like they have never been maintained. The room is nice but you do not even get a bottle of water, the amenities are reduced to the strict minimum (what you would get in a 2* hotel). The food and service are horrible, in such a hotel this is a pitty! Honestly we tried it all and did not look at the price tag (very expensive of course) but everything we ate there was really bad. The spa looks terrible and you will be greeted with water in a plastic cup then the overall experience is far from professional. So if you look for a beautiful room and view but do not care about the overall experience that's fine, but for me the price they ask is too high to accept such a low quality service.

Beautiful property, we had a private villa with a stunning view over our private pool. The furniture is also very nice with a touch of an exotic look. The property is charming and clean, everywhere we can see that it's loved by its owner. The external decors are breath taking and transports you to a place to remember in your heart. Two problems; First: upon your arrival at the front desk, instead of being conducted to your villa, you must pay first !!!! A process that you don't expect and that takes a while... This should be done at the end of the stay, it would be more appropriate! Second: The service at the restaurant is poorly managed and the food doesn't reach the standards that you would expect for a place like this.
