Millbrook Resort

An amazing stay all around. The people are truly great — incredibly helpful and attentive. We even realised a day later that we had left something behind, and the team found it and got it back to us without any issue, which we really appreciated. The golf is excellent, with two courses offering variety and beautiful settings. There are plenty of options for walking and biking, and the surroundings are stunning, with nature everywhere. There is much to do - golf, tennis, pool, gym, walks and biking and much more close by = lots of hiking oportunitities, mountain bikes and Arrowtown is an easy walk or bike ride away, and Queenstown is also close by. The food was good, the resort is beautifully maintained, and everything feels green, open, and immersed in nature. A wonderful place to stay and unwind.

Our experience was nothing short of amazing—smooth, stress-free, and truly memorable. The staff were warm and welcoming, and every instruction was clear and easy to follow. The location is perfect: nestled in a peaceful setting yet close to all the must-see attractions in Queenstown. It gave us the best of both worlds—convenience without the crowds. Our accommodation was spacious and beautifully maintained, making it ideal for family bonding. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the amenities exceeded expectations. Yes, the price is on the higher side, but the experience is worth every penny. Sometimes, it’s good to indulge—and Millbrook Resort is the perfect place to do just that. Highly recommended for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and unforgettable memories!

The property is beautiful with gorgeous rooms and magnificent views. If you are a golfer, I imagine this is the place for you. If not (which we weren’t) its location is not ideal for getting in to queenstown where most of the action is. The shuttle is a bit difficult to schedule for the way back out of town (which you have to do). There are Ubers but it got expensive for the 25 minute ride. Staff was largely low on follow up but polite. Easy walk in to Arrowtown which has cute shops and galleries which is where I would locate it - not queenstown.

Booked in after a disappointing night at another hotel in Queenstown. We were early to arrive, but our room was ready, reception staff were efficient and friendly. We were taken to our fantastic spacious well equipped room by buggy. The resort was beautiful, well maintained restaurants were good too.

Played the Millbrook golf course - Remarkables course. Lovely course carefully maintained. Course was not easy but not too hard. The real beauty is in the surrounding spectacular landscapes. Reasonably flat - we did it with trundles not a cart and that was reasonable. Staff were well organised and helpful, fitted us in even though we weren’t resort guests. clubhouse had nice showers and change facilities. Nice bar areas to relax after the round.
