I spent 4 nights at Hacienda Jurica, taking part in a conference. The hacienda goes back to the 17th century and the atmosphere is beautifully maintained, with courtyards of cascading flowers and fountains, old coaches and park-like grounds. Excellent food, a very nice large pool, large and comfortable rooms, good conference facilities. A pity that the hacienda is quite a long way from the centre of Santiago de Queretaro but on the plus side it means the place is peaceful.

This is a tremendous hotel either if you come for vacations or for business. All hotel is very nice in a colonial style. The food in the restaurant is DELICIOUS and all people working there is very kind. The pool is heated and ideal for kids. Also it has an enormous playground. There are small things to improve, for example, the curtains of the shower are short and all the water goes out doing a mess everytime you take a bath. Is very quiet and very good to rest also.

Nice architecture, nice swimming pool and place for kids to play. Horrible room service, horrible pool service, very bad front desk services. The poor services killed the whole experience. I wouldn't be back and would not recommend it.

Ran a conference here. Their center is amazing. Great staff, super professional set up and very accommodating of our requirements. The layout is great and allows for a variety of meeting set ups. The stage is huge.

In years of staying at various hotels this might be the worst. Courtyard area is extremely loud past 3am. The gym is closed for renovations but no reservations are happening. Room smells like smoke. I would never ever stay here again.
