The rooms are clean and cozy, the hotel has an traditional mexican environment. The breakfast is great, try the barbacoa, it's amazing. The attention of the staff has been remarkable. The pool is beside the restaurante which is great because parents can have lunch and relax while kids play around.

This review is of the restaurant. To say it was the worst buffet I’ve had in a long long time. I am a guest at the hotel, the staff was nowhere to be seen, the food had mold on it, not even complaining did a waiter approach. Avoid it if possible. Como huésped del hotel acudí al buffet para la comida. Extraordinariamente MAL atendidos, los nopales con hongos, las papas mal cocidas. Se acercó el mesero solo una vez, ni quejándome se acercaron. Obviamente no se disculparon.

wonderful, very large property, , very well maintained, staff very attentive , overall service excellent. just 15-20 minutes from the city centre, we love this place!

The bathroom at our room had a disgusting smell, probably it was from the sew, also the shower position was very uncomfortable there was no way to move the shower position. While taking a shower you must take it too close to the wall.

The hotel is comfortable, clean and with all the amenities. The breakfast buffet had a lot of different options. The pool service was sporadic and very slow. We had to search for a waiter and took a long time for food and beverages to come.
