The Oberoi Rajvilas, Jaipur

We had a wonderful time over NYE in the Oberoi Rajvilas. The staff does an outstanding job and the Hotel is set in an incredible beautiful park.

The service was truly exceptional—far beyond our expectations. Mr. Virmani and his team not only met our already high standards but exceeded them in every possible way. We stayed two days at Rambagh and one day at Rajvilas, and the difference in service standards was clearly reflected in leadership. During our entire stay at Rambagh, we did not see the GM even once. In contrast, at Rajvilas—despite it being a very busy period—the GM personally checked in on us at least 7–8 times to ensure everything was perfect and that we were being well taken care of. That level of personal involvement makes a world of difference. Every single member of the staff at Rajvilas amazed us. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality were flawless—there was not a single shortcoming throughout our stay. Whatever the team is doing, they should continue exactly the same—there is absolutely nothing to change or fix. We have travelled extensively, both internationally and within the country, and can confidently say that our stay at Rajvilas ranks among the top three hospitality experiences we have ever had. A true benchmark for luxury hospitality and an unforgettable experience.

The Oberoi Rajvilas was the best hotel we have ever stayed at, having been fortunate enough to stay at some of the top properties in the world. The regal, understated beauty of the property, immaculately kept and lovingly cared for, is just the tip of the iceberg. The roaming peacocks, gorgeous gardens, luxurious spa with private steam rooms in each suite, and delicious cuisine eaten in a candlelit courtyard add to the ambiance and grandeur. But what really takes Rajvilas over the top is the service- extraordinary, above and beyond, caring, and personalized service at every turn. The staff greet you with a namaste (hands in prayer) every single time they see you, bring personalized gifts to your kids every day, remember your preferences, and will stop at nothing to ensure your happiness, comfort, and delight. We had a family emergency and had to change our plans to return to the US, and Mahika was with us the entire time, helping change our flights, providing us extra hours with a driver on the way back to the airport, and even making our arrangements in Delhi. The staff even took care of our kids while we figured everything out. It made a very difficult situation much easier, and we will never forget the kindness and grace they showed us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

This is an excellent hotel set in magnificent gardens. The service was impeccable and the food varied and very tasty. The only drawback is the distance from the Old City but on the other hand it is a real oasis of calm when one has been exploring the markets and palaces! Very well kept gardens and huge swimming pool. Room was clean and well appointed with excellent shower and a sunken marble bath. Two restaurants - one serving a broad menu and one serving Indian food. Live music at both locations which helped with the ambience. Expensive but definitely worth it.

We were at Oberoi Raj Vilas over the holidays celebrating my mom's 75th birthday. Right from the warm and special welcome, the Oberoi team made our stay there a memorable experience. They made sure all our activities and meals were organized extremely well and made changes as needed during our stay. They also surprised us with a celebration dinner on our last night that made everything so amazing!!! We really felt special !! Having stayed at other luxury hotels around the world , we all felt the hospitality and the personal care provided to us significantly surpassed all our other experiences and anything we had expected! Thank you Oberoi team for all the effort and care to make this a special trip - we will definitely be planning more such trips in the future !!!
