Location is a challenge for Rajvilas. However, the stay more than makes up for it. The rooms are pitch-perfect. The food is great. The bar is to die for. After work, it is like returning back to a piece of heaven.

The first thing that you notice about Oberoi Rajvilas is the incredibly friendly and professional service, from the GM to the reception to the caretakers and cleaners and the waiters and spa staff, the people make this beautiful hotel, which is filled with splendid locales and sights, such as the Shiva temple and the restaurants, including the incredible Library Bar. We were thrilled with our experience in particular with the spa, where we enjoyed a massage and a session of meditation and morning yoga. The team as a whole was great. We extend our thanks to all the staff that made us feel so welcome.

We decided to celebrate our 40th Wedding Day at Hotel Oberoi Rajvilas Jaipur, as it was recommended by Amex as an exclusive Resort Hotel and one of the best in ranking. I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible service I received during my stay. My experience was exceptional, largely thanks to your dedicated team headed by General Manager Vishal Virmani. Though the entire hotel team has been very friendly, GM has been good enough to speak to their guests on a periodic basis in order to ensure a satisfying stay for their hotel guests. Hotel also provides several activities for their resident guests on daily basis, which includes henna making on hands, pottery making, bangle making, kathputli dance, Rajasthani dance and live music during the evening. Front Office: On arrival at the property, we were given warm welcome with rose petals and provided efficient check-in formalities by Sanchari Guha, Front Office Manager. She was assisted by her other Front Office Executives Priyanjal, Bhavana & Nandini at the time of check-in. Once Sanchari was informed about the purpose of our stay, she planned a surprise and confidential agenda to celebrate our anniversary day in an exceptional manner by going out of the way. She organized a Puja in a very old Shiva temple, located within the resort complex. Puja recited by 2 pandits also included religious havan and exchange of garlands. Moreover our anniversary dinner was organized in a separate dedicated area of the courtyard which was well decorated for the purpose with flowers and lighting. We never imagined that Sanchari would plan such a great surprise celebration on our anniversary day. I would wish to extend my heartfelt thanks to Sanchari for the wonderful amazing celebration of our anniversary day and a lovely, personalized hospitality. House Keeping: House keeping Executives provided very prompt services as and when needed. Deep Joy and Sampoorna need to be appreciated for their nice friendly approach. Surya Mahal Restaurant: As I have restriction in food intake and only consume healthy food, I informed the Front Office about my restricted diet plan. Sous Chef Devlina was called to discuss my food requirement. Devlina took a note of what we don’t eat ? Accordingly Devlina arranged customized breakfast items and special dinner menu for us during our entire stay. Senior Sous Chef Veeram prepared excellent dinner menu for us every day, including the exclusive anniversary dinner. The food was amazing having Rajasthani flavour, but cooked with healthy recipe. Krishdeep prepared a barley pasta, which was yummy. Ankita provided great hospitality at the restaurant. I extend my special appreciation to Devlina and Veeram for customizing our meals and breakfast as per our requirements. I was truly impressed by the hotel team’s attention to every nitty and gritty as preferred by a guest during their stay, which made our stay both comfortable and memorable.
