Every member of staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay comfortable. The experience of staying in such a beautiful landscaped and managed facility was wonderful. We had seen the hotel on various travel shows but experiencing the hotel was even better. We were felt welcome and made to feel special as soon as we arrived. Guest facilities were spacious and we loved the experience of the golf buggy service to transport us around the vast hotel grounds.

The service level was exceptional, a testament to the hospitality of Rajasthan people/ culture. The property itself was understated and probably a true reflection of how these palaces looked a hundred years ago. So while the villas were not ornate, the grounds were rich and alive with peacocks, parrots and lush green plants and flowers which really made the place magical. Overall it was one of the best hotel experiences for our trip.
