The Oberoi Rajvilas, Jaipur

What can I say? This place is amazing, from the people to the service to the food — everything was beautiful. We have travelled all over the world and stayed in some very luxurious hotels, but we have never experienced the level of service that was provided by the whole team here, and especially by Amhika. She is truly exceptional. Whatever trips we had booked, Amhika was always aware of our itinerary and made sure she was on top of everything. She ensured people turned up on time and would always arrange takeaway breakfast or lunch for us when needed. Nothing was ever too much for her, and she always did everything with a smile.. She even liaised with our car driver to make sure he knew exactly where to go and would phone him to check that we had arrived at our destination. The attention to detail and care she gave us really made our stay so special. The breakfasts and dinners were sumptuous. We particularly enjoyed their thali, with such a wonderful selection of curries — truly delicious. A big shout-out to the chefs for the fantastic food, and also for the great cooking class we had, which was such an enjoyable experience. The whole team should be incredibly proud. We felt so well looked after from the moment we arrived, and Amhika in particular made our stay unforgettable. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to return one day.

Rajvilas is the best hotel in which I have stayed. Is located close to the capital of Rajasthan. Close of its awesome monuments and with an impressive architecture, rooms perfectly designed, beautiful gardens….top level services, restaurants with an incredible level also. But the best is the staff, so professional and nice that achieve to made your stay memorable

We loved the Delhi Oberoi, & then the Agra Oberoi was a step up but they were both trumped by Oberoi Jaipur, what a glorious experience. From the superb Housekeeping Dept but specifically Sweta, who cleaned up our mess & showered us with welcomes & wishes for Sue to recover well from her fall & visit to the hospital in Agra - her attentiveness can not be faulted; then the restaurant staff including Charvi, the knowledgeable wine specialist, Jyoti & the rest of the team, not forgetting the swimming pool staff who fetched/carried our snacks & drinks.
