Almost great, but tired.
This is my first Oberoi review less than 5 stars. While the property is an oasis in the middle of a less than desirable neighborhood, it is simply in need of a refreshing. The electronics are antiquated and the conditions of the rooms are disappointing compared to other Oberoi resorts. The service is also not consistent. The greeting on our TV screen identified someone other than us. We had to ask 3 times to get this changed. That might read as petty, but we found it to be offensive. The spa is also much smaller than other Oberoi resorts. It was still an Oberoi property with many of the accompanying qualities, but our least favorite of the 4 that we’ve enjoyed in the last 10 days.

Making Family Memories
Like no other experience we have ever had. The entire property was spread out over 32 acres. Peacocks roaming about (and making themselves known with their calls!) and gorgeous rooms with a private garden. We loved the food and the service was beyond out expectations. We did a wine tasting which was really fun and our kids were so well taken care of. They enjoyed all the amenities that the resort had to offer including the pool, henna, and pottery making. Everywhere we went someone greeted us with a warm smile and everyone was so helpful. It truly was a memorable experience!

1st marriage anniversary special
I had my 1st anniversary today. I was assisted by Ashish Thapa there. I have told him to kindly make special arrangements for me for this event, and he left no stone unturned in making my day special. I was very well attended by Sarita and ayushi and I totally appreciate their arrangements. They even gifted us two handmade bandhani duppattas. I would love to visit again very soon. Thanks oberoi hotels.
