The Oberoi Rajvilas, Jaipur

I am delayed in submitting my feedback, however wanted to ensure great service is recognized. Travelling from Gurgaon to celebrate my sister's birthday on July 18- the day was made really memorable- thanks to Vivek. Great lunch, Great celebration & arrangement - kudos to Vivek. Also, a special mention for chef Sivakumar for ensuring the lunch was prepared according to our dietary restrictions. All in all great time spent.

The Oberoi Rajvilas was the third chapter of our marvellous Indian adventure. We arrived to a wonderful, warm welcome and were delighted to be upgraded to a’tent’. Tent can hardly describe our beautiful accommodation which had solid walls within a garden setting and a private pool behind the tent. Our accommodation was luxurious and comfortable. It’s a fair distance from the lobby, restaurant and bar and if you’re not inclined to stroll, then a golf cart is just a phone call away. Every aspect of this wonderful hotel is picture perfect. The gardens are stunning and there are peacocks galore. Staff members are always close by and greeted us with hands together and beautiful smiles. Everyone, including restaurant staff, managers, spa staff, gardeners and housekeeping staff are so welcoming and at all times, ready to provide assistance. I am reluctant to mention names because each and every staff member was wonderful. I especially appreciated Endrea for her sense of humour and kindness. The bar staff assisted with a ‘gin journey’, recommending a different gin for our drink each evening. Just one glass in the bar was a perfect way to start the evening. If you get a chance, ask to try their house bitters with your gin. A slice of cucumber ensured it was delicious and refreshing. The spa beckoned and we heard the call. Asmi : I am. I recommend it most highly. We had a few treatments. The massage therapists were wonderful and the facial was perfect in every sense. Kayee, the next day used pressure points to help relieve my foot pain. I was surprised by how effective it was. Talented chefs and attentive service made dining a pleasure. We have eaten mostly Indian cuisine on our Indian holiday and restaurant staff were a source of inspiration that often guided our journey of local regional cuisine. Oberoi gets it right and of course we were sad to leave. Hopefully we will return to Jaipur and the beautiful Oberoi Rajvilas in the not too distant future.

Had the most amazing and memorable stay at Oberoi Rajvilas! They set the standard so high when it comes to impeccable service and hospitality. They go the extra mile to make your stay special. The property itself is gorgeous and so well maintained! The staff and their service is exceptional. Loved our stay here in the private pool villa!!!!

Absolutely stunning property. It was so peaceful. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive and the rooms were just lovely. 10/10 would recommend.
