The Oberoi Rajvilas, Jaipur

We were at Oberoi Raj Vilas over the holidays celebrating my mom's 75th birthday. Right from the warm and special welcome, the Oberoi team made our stay there a memorable experience. They made sure all our activities and meals were organized extremely well and made changes as needed during our stay. They also surprised us with a celebration dinner on our last night that made everything so amazing!!! We really felt special !! Having stayed at other luxury hotels around the world , we all felt the hospitality and the personal care provided to us significantly surpassed all our other experiences and anything we had expected! Thank you Oberoi team for all the effort and care to make this a special trip - we will definitely be planning more such trips in the future !!! We had a great time at an oasis of calm and luxury. The service and food was excellent as were the staff. The highlight was the frequent encounters with Peacock.

We had a truly wonderful time in Jaipur, made even more memorable by our stay at The Oberoi Rajvilas. The service was impeccable-without question the best we have ever experienced. We were treated like royalty from start to finish. Every member of the dining team was exceptional, and no request ever felt like too much. Aakash kindly showed us around the hotel grounds and shared fascinating insights; he even delighted our daughter by helping her see a peacock feather, which meant so much to her. Vishal, the General Manager, was warm and engaging, and he made our departure just as special as our arrival, so much so that we truly didn’t want to leave. We had the best time at the Oberoi Jaipur and it was particularly special as we stayed with our extended family over the Christmas holiday. Tanvin, our personal helper, was especially incredible helping to make my nephew’s 3rd birthday special, coordinating across 4 families with different visions for the trip, and ensuring that we had everything we could ever need. She even helped organize a Bollywood dance class! We loved the block printing totes, bangle making and henna artists from the Christmas Eve celebration. The spa and fitness center were beautiful and the grounds were immaculate. Our favorite meal was breakfast as we were able to eat Indian and American breakfast, and we LOVED the dosa.

Superb setting and facilities with the most sincere and kind staff. Truly world class service, food and rooms. I couldn’t believe how good this hotel was, everything was perfect! The restaurants were equally as amazing as the hotel itself.
