very difficult to express because it will be wrong if i misses anything . where do i began ? oberoi itself define luxury and great hospitality. This was our fourth stay oberoi hotels and everytime we first look for oberoi hotels then we plan our destinations and like everytime it surpassed the previous one . Everything was great and wonderful from room to food . what makes this stay unforgettable is that they upgraded my room to KOHINOOR PRSEDINTIAL SUITE which is once in a lifetime experience and for this my special shout out to NEHA MAM , who was there for everything . just you have to wish in your mind and she will do everything with sweet smile . special mention of GM VISHAL JI , who was there to receive us and what is most impressive about him is that he keeps even small details of every guest at the hotel . what to say about food , my favourite part of oberoi hospitality . Our stay at The Oberoi Rajvilas was nothing short of exceptional. The room was superb, and the hospitality throughout was world-class. What made this trip truly special was how the team created unique, personal experiences for our family — pizza-making with the kids being a standout memory. Vishal Virmani took care of us brilliantly, not just during our time at Rajvilas but throughout our onward stay at Udaivilas too. He went well beyond what we expected and kept surprising us with thoughtful touches. Vivek Bhatt planned every detail of our stay so well and took care of our kids better than we could have ourselves — he even put together a lovely photograph of them that we'll treasure. The culinary team deserves special mention. Chef Kunaal, an Asian master chef, served up outstanding food with unique dishes and never once said no to a request. Chef Krish made wonderful Italian food for our kids, including pizzas, and was warm and welcoming throughout. Chef Yash, a master of Indian cuisine, served fantastic food and hosted a brilliant masterclass. Charvi whipped up some lovely drinks for us, and the ladies serving us at meals were outstanding and thoughtful (I wish I'd caught their names). Jigyasha looked after our kids for two hours with zero complaints — a small thing that meant a lot. In short: at The Oberoi Rajvilas, "no" simply isn't in their vocabulary. Black Magic is old school, Team at OBEROI'S believe in Guest Magic. Team at Rajvilas in particular. My second stay in 2 years, Associated with Oberoi's for more than 7 years now and everytime we plan a vacation, it usually starts with checking out oberoi hotels at the destination. Rajvilas being my daughter's favourite out of all. Even before her school vacation started, she was after me day and night for booking stay at Rajvilas. And finally I got an opportunity to visit. I booked the hotel for my 9 year old and myself. From the moment we entered till checking out, each and every individual at Rajvilas was at their toes. Mr Vishal, took great care of my booking along with Ayush. Pranjali and team greeted us in the warmest way possible I have not seen such smiling faces together in any property in various countries I have been to. They made sure my child spends the best 3 days of her life. From keeping her engaged in so many well planned activities to suprising her with small gifts at regular intervals. From taking care of her food to anything she wanted. I don't think my words or review can do any justice. You have to spend time at Rajvilas to experience an all together a different world Rarely it happens that someone books the same hotel twice in a month, yet again my daughter wants us to visit Rajvilas Visiting again very soon I just want to thank each and every individual at Rajvilas for not only redefining hospitality but for being such nice individuals they are. Everything is great and wonderful, like you except at all Oberoi properties, however what really stood out in this one for us amongst all the Oberoi properties is the food! We are people who avoid eating North Indian/Indian delicacies when travelling, however almost all the time the food turns out to be average compared to its authentic dish from a different part of the world. Not at this one! The asian food at the restaurant is fantastic and Chef Kunal is really passionate about it and it shows int he way he talks and serves it. The quality is top notch! The fried rice, the pad thai, the asian greens everything was amazing. Chef Kunal is the highlight of our trip, he is so enthusiastic about the cuisine and shares our passion for asian food. Thank you chef Kunal for making sure we enjoy the food
