Smile and caring are in all the faces of the hotel I experienced. I didn't reserve an hotel room, I reserved a memorable and wonderful experience which is priceless especially for the 5 and 7yo kids. At a moment, the kids were playing in the pool, without asking, the pool boy brought 2 floating devices and a ball to improve their pool experience. Just a detail but plenty of that kind of details transforms your stay into a moment to remember. My 5 yo little one was invited to dance with a local dancer during our dinner, it was a geniune and great moment to remember. The pool boys kept the watch I had forgotten with a sense of honesty and professionalism you barely experience. Of course, Jaipur and the surroundings are wonderful but this hotel is a nest among a busy city you always love to come back not only for the luxury environment but MOSTLY for all the kind people who care you. At all levels, from front desk to bars and restaurants, from house keeping to porters and drivers, they only have ONE top priority : to make you remember forever your moment you live in their place. You do not book a room, you book for a moment, you do not stop talking once back at home to your family, friends and colleagues how loved and cared you were, focusing on you and your family. This hotel is so great (and Oberoi chain in general) for having understood that and deploying at all levels of this hotels. We'll be back.

This is a beautiful property run by a brilliant team of individuals which make you feel special. The Oberoi experience is special. The property has its natural habitat in terms of greens and bird species which make it calming and peaceful. The drive from Gurgaon is 3 hours now through the Delhi Mumbai Expressway, and what a brilliant drive it is. I would love to go there again!

Nothing is overseen in this exquisite establishment. Wishes are fulfilled before they have been raised. The customer is king in this place. Lush gardens around an ancient temple sprinkled with garden villas and tents. This is the summary. We spent 3 nights in a villa with private pool and loved it. We will be back.

First class hospitality, beautiful premises, most comfortable room with our own private garden where we were visited by the friendly peacocks. We enjoyed the morning yoga sessions, delicious breakfast with extensive selection of European and Indian specialties, excursions to the surrounding monuments, and lazy afternoons by the pool. It was incredibly romantic and memorable.
