With not any doubt the best hotel in/close to an animal reserve I experienced. I went to many great safari reserves such as Kruger in South Africa, Tanzania, Namibia ... BUT I never got the Oberoi Service Level. In all the other hotels, you're coming and leaving, at the Ranthambore hotel, you feel like home with people so gentle and pampering you I barely experienced so far. At ALL levels from front desk (with an amazing front desk manager) to restaurants, including house keeping, drivers, porters... they are not just nice, its their geniune DNA + hightly training. You're welcome as a VIP, check in is smooth. The room is just an experience in itself, amazingly cleaned and decorated for our 10 year celebration. Cakes, balloons, flowers, personnaly written cars. you don't have to say you're room 306, they already know you ! A level of service which transforms a stay in emotions and time with kids you will always remember. A tremendous experience finishing with a candlenight dinner we will always remember. Sorry to be selfish, I keep the pictures with kids as my secret garden but that's so long I took so many pictures of the hotel experience itself. The early morning safari was WAOW. Even if we didn't see Tigers in the morning one (but a sloath bear and a hyena !), in the afternoon they considered the cantar tour we had taken with the same level of caring as if it was their own safari with plenty of fresh bottles and a meal package in case for the kids and us. One of my best Oberoi hotel experience for sure and as I promised them, we'll be back!

If you want to the best then this is the hotel to stay at. You are treated like honoured guest, nothing is too much trouble, everything is perfect and each and every member of staff will greet you with a genuine smile.

This is a wonderful, luxurious tented camp with excellent service. The staff were very hospitable and went above and beyond to make this a very delightful stay. The culinary offerings were definitely a highlight, featuring an array of exquisite dishes and the chef was always up for an off-menu challenge. The stay at the Oberoi was nothing short of spectacular!!

Outstanding hotel in beautiful gardens with affectionate resident elephant! First class facilities, food + service. V.well located for tiger safaris.
