While I travel often and am exposed to terrific properties, this one makes it near the top of the list. Spectacular views, cool weather (for a Florida girl), rooms with details that make it extra good.....the large roman bathtub filled quickly and was deep and relaxing. The shower pressure was awesome and exceeded most typical hotels. The balcony furniture was comfortable and the TVs were large enough to accommodate any visual acuities! The property had great running trails that were scenic and a large, clean, well-equipped fitness center. I was here for a conference and the conference facilities were close by and not too cold (for a change). Numerous restuarants to satisfy any taste, notably friendly service with all members of the team going out of their way from check-in to housekeeping - Nice Job! Great Business trip- and I will surely return.

The property is situated overlooking the ocean, with stunning views, good choice of restaurants. Rooms are adequate, but a little dated , no mini bar. Beds comfortable . The downside to a big resort is the service , slow and unhelpful , turn down service does not happen . I was there for a confrence , which had good faculties but the food was one star at best, could be exceptional, but food and service are poor and let's the place down , but easy to fix

When you cant get service at opening time of a restaurant... When you are able to order egg with mushrooms once day and the next the cook says "They dont have mushrooms" or when you ask in multiple restaurants for coffee with cream... The answer was "We Dont have cream" When there is a large banquet out doors and over the microphone "Please keep you seat your dinner will be out in 5 minutes" Something is wrong the this hotel...
