Reviews for Terranea Resort
One of the best resort i have been. The most remarkable are the views, from the room, from the swimingpool, for hallway while waiting for elevator, from bar, fron terraces, etc. Incrediable. The room was ver nice, great balcony, good size. Amenities from best brand.. Very clean, excellent personel. Highly recommended.

We went there only to have dinner. We were surprised how nice and relaxing this place is. It is expensive but it is high class. For sure you will have so much fun and relax too. The employees are very professional and they care about their customers. They will make everything for you. They have many restaurants, pools, stores.
This is my very first review of being so utterly disappointed. I come from a business where customer service comes first. My disappointment started a week prior to arrival and just become exponentially worse upon arrival. We came here to celebrate my sisters birthday. We all work very hard and we’re finally able to take time off together. I called Terranea to set up a surprise in room flowers and cupcakes when we arrived. I was transferred about 5 times, and finally was told someone would call me back. Someone did NOT call me back and so i called again and finally spoke with someone who said they would arrange to have it in the room when we arrive. Sure enough it was not in the room. I went downstairs to speak with the lady, who said they cannot put it in the room because they clean the room, etc. I said ok, we are going to dinner (which by the way was scheduled 30 minutes earlier than i arranged for and so we needed to sit indoor) and they said it will be in the room when we got back, oh and no one knew anything about the cupcakes. After dinner I passed through the lobby and saw the flowers were still there, almost as a backdrop for the concierge desk. I asked the guys what happened, as the previous lady left and of course it was not the guys fault but they offered no solution. I asked to speak with the manager. The manger looked at me and told his colleague to tell me that he is busy and just to not charge me. Honestly, sometimes it’s really not about the money but about the service. I have never gone to resort where the service was so poor. If you are looking for a place to feel special, appreciated as a customer, want to surprise someone, want to speak about a concern.....this is NOT the place!!!
My relaxing vacation began with a warm welcome, and ended with great food. The staff at the front desk were all so kind and the bellman who escorted us to the room was very knowledgeable about the Resort.

I went for a girls weekend and stayed in a suite. The resort is perfect for a girls' weekend, couples get away or family vacation. The feeling of the resort is very comfortable and peaceful. The staff is extremely attentive and kind - but not in a stuffy, over the top way where you feel like you have to mind your p's and q's. The spa was great. It's a beautiful spa with a relaxation area, hot sauna, dry sauna (women or men's - not co-ed) and then a co-ed plunge pool, jacuzzi and larger area where the pool is located. The view is amazing. The staff is there for your every need without being intrusive. The grounds are lovely. The view is amazing. The rooms are well appointed. The staff is probably one of the greatest parts of the entire experience. The Asian Fusion restaurant is really good. The portions are generous and the prices were very reasonable. This was by far the best food in the resort. There were also live bands in the bar/living space off of the check in area. The average age was 65+ and it was a little kitschy - but hey, when in Rome. This is not the place for a rousing, high octane weekend. It's very isolated and there is no need to leave the resort. It is the place for R&R. Two thumbs up!
