Find your space to breathe in a hectic world
I come here often to practice what I preach. Whether I am here for a few hours or days at a time, the people who tend to the natural beauty and bring the atmosphere to life have made all the difference. Here I can pause for a moment and allow my soul to breathe. There are so many incredible people who without knowing have helped provide the space I need to get through tough times.. A few shoutouts and I truly hope all I forgot to name know how impactful you also are: Arman, Dawed, and all who greet me when I arrive. Front desk: Rachel, Marilina, Robert. Spa: Incredible atmosphere my favorite space to be away from the world. Thank you Cynthia Alma and Anna, and Livia and Yuka and Emily. Fitness center George and the yoga and tai chi teacher. Dining: Lauren (Bashi), Chanel and Alyssa, Sarah and Giselle (Catalina) Golf: my first lesson here with Scott convinced me to finally give the sport a try. Concierge: Gigi, Deb (and i’m forgetting a few names!). Lobby bar: Scott It’s worth coming by for a hike, a meal, or keeping an eye out for offers. If you seek to find yourself in nature, to in the words of Maya Angelou “let go of what will not let go of you”, this may be a beautiful space for you. Quiet can often be found in the busiest of seasons by waking up before the rest of the wotlc (6-8pm)., visiting the spa (esp midweek), or taking a walk in nature. I hope you find the experience that works for you!

Crowds like Disneyland
Far too busy of a place to visit for a relaxing, stress free stay. Unable to get 3 chairs together at ANY of the pools, and all umbrellas taken. It seems a lot of day passes are being swept up, therefore resort guests are in the minority. 90 minute wait for room service breakfast. Check out line 15 people deep. I do have to say the staff is wonderful.

We ended up staying for a few nights on Catalina and absolutely had a great time at Terranea. The view from the rooms are fantastic, and I loved how comfortable the bed was. The front desk staff were great and truly helped make for a memorable stay. Rachel, in particular, was awesome.

A peaceful luxurious coastal getaway!
Our stay at Terranea was absolutely lovely-the settings are truly stunning. The views (sunsets and sunrise) were breathtaking, the grounds feel peaceful and luxurious, we found the staff were warm and inviting . It’s a place you instantly relax and don't want to leave - we look forward to coming back.

My wife and I just returned from a 3-night stay at Terranea Resort. We bid and won the package on Luxury Link. The resort was spectacular and the service was second to none. From the moment we pulled our car up to the beautiful entrance we knew we were in for a treat. We arrived around noon and were a little concerned that we were too early to check in, but it was not a problem and we flew through the check-in. The view from our balcony was incredible. There was nothing between us and the blue Pacific Ocean. If we had to choose the best thing about the resort (which is hard to do), we would have to say the massages at the spa were the best we have ever had. This resort is all about service. The staff always had a smile on their faces and went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed and you were having a good time. The resort is luxury without being pretentious. I don't have a single complaint or suggestion for improving my stay. Thanks for an incredible vacation.

My husband and I just returned from an absolutely fabulous weekend at Terranea. Our 2 night package from Luxury Link included a beautiful ocean view suite, fabulous massages and outstanding breakfasts. The grounds are amazing and we never even left the resort. On Friday and Saturday they have a jazz band that plays in the lobby that was world-class entertainment. Every one of their wonderful employees went out of their way to make our anniversary weekend special. I am so happy that I took the risk of bidding on my first Luxury Link package, as it exceeded all my expectations - and I got a fabulous deal! I will definitely use this site again!

We just returned from fantastic weekend birthday stay at Terranea in an ocean-view suite. Service was top-notch and the grounds are terrific. We watched the sun set into the ocean both nights. They even have a falconer that brings his birds out on a golf cart to deter sea gulls, including an enormous Northern European owl with orange eyes. There were great spa treatments and excellent restaurants, including the stand-out Mar'sel. We will be back.

When my husband and I booked our Terranea package, it seemed too good to be true. Connecting ocean view rooms, 2 massages, breakfast and parking included on a popular August weekend for $1,000? Turns out it was better than anything we could have imagined. The rooms are absolutely 5-star, and the property is breathtaking. The best part, however, was the staff - who really went out of their way to accommodate our every request. At the end of the weekend, the kids were well rested, we were well rested and we couldn't believe we never knew about this resort which is only 2 hours from San Diego. Fantastic. Perfect. Thank You.
