Dirty dishes
Served on dirty dishes, not one dish but all 4 of us got our food on dirty dishes. What a loss of trust when almost all dishes have food stuck on them , spoons with green remnants and tea cups with lipstick marks.

Excellent location and surroundings , fabulous room and facilities. Friendly and welcoming staff during our stay. Super restaurant with a good selection of international dishes. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a short or long stay.

Magical Return to Home
I sang Christmas carols on the lawn here as a child, and the Inn was a part of the Rancho Santa Fe community long before my family lived there. I always wanted to stay, and now that I live abroad it is my home when I am back in the North County. It was as magical as I expected, the property is gorgeous, the dining excellent, the staff friendly and attentive, the rooms comfortable and well-appointed and the amenities first rate. I will be back often in the future.

Wonderful Stay at The Inn
My husband, two young boys and I had an incredible stay at the Inn! Our room was beautiful, the bed was so comfortable. Everyone at the hotel was so accommodating and friendly and service at all food and beverage outlets was outstanding. We ate at the cafe for breakfast, Lillian’s for breakfast and dinner, and had drinks at Bing’s. Every meal we had was phenomenal. There was a great selection at each venue and lots of options for our kids. We are absolutely looking forward to going to back for another visit!
