Fabulous hotel.... beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Rooms were comfortable. Bed comfy! Nice spa facility also. Food was great... loved the breakfast buffet.. 20 min walk to downtown Rapallo! My favorite hotel of our whole tour!! Highly recommend.

This is a stunning hotel, with wonderful views and lovely helpful staff. This is a lovely renovated hotel, with spacious rooms and delicious breakfast. Beds are super comfortable and the towels are amazing. We loved our time there. A bit of a walk to town, and weirdly no walkway from the front of the hotel, so on foot you enter and exit via the long driveway. Not many restaurants nearby, so enjoy the wander in and out of town. Decor is fine in bedrooms but rather garish elsewhere. We were upgraded to a lovely suite and the welcome drink and sweet treats were very much appreciated. Staff at breakfast a little too much, but all in all a great stay and we would recommend Rapallo and this hotel as a great base for the area.

Absolutely amazing spot to stay! Staff very nice, room clean and have complimentary drinks snacks coffee! Our root was upgraded ( free of charge) as they have availability Beautiful infinity pool, massive spa : pool , jacuzzis , ice room , steam rooms, resting areas, tropical shower, contrast shower Parking no need to book available Bristol grand hotel, thank you for our comfort!

We were upgraded to a room with a terrace which was great as the room we had booked and most of the sea view rooms only have a Juliet balcony. Breakfast was ok - reasonable choice but no oats or muesli and the hot items were all pre prepared although they did make omelettes etc to order on the Sunday of our stay. Staff will bring you any kind of coffee and as much as you want. There is a coffee machine in the room and they will provide a kettle and teabags if you ask. The spa is wonderfully relaxing. I wasn’t impressed with the toiletries in the bathroom - certainly not ESPA or similar quality. I ended up buying conditioner in the Carrefour supermarket as the conditioner provided was so difficult to get out of the very rigid bottle and not great quality. The walk into town takes 20 minutes and there are plenty of restaurants - mostly seafood. The swimming pool is a good size but not heated so quite chilly in October - the sea seemed warmer! The staff in the hotel were unfailingly helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Wonderful hotel, great experience! Loved many things about this hotel. Location was a plus. It’s not right in the center of Rapallo so you don’t have the crowds, but it’s a quick walk by quiet footpath, into town. The service was good everywhere….maybe a little weak out at the pool (which is wonderful here), but not a dealbreaker at all. We loved our room! Get a front room with balcony. Gorgeous views. Overall, loved this beautiful hotel and would definitely return.
