Just returned from a trip to the Amalfi Coast that included 3 days in Ravello. The Caruso was our favorite out of the 4 hotels on the coast we stayed at. Just beautiful from the rooms, pool area, lobby etc. Breakfast was so good every morning and the staff couldn't be nicer. Added bonus was the location in the heart of Ravello. We will definitely be back to this stunning property!

We visited this hotel a couple of years ago and had the best experience of our lives. We had been dreaming of a return trip and finally decided to make it happen and we are so glad we did! Caruso is a very special place. The location, view, pool, and service has no match in the luxury travel realm. We were amazed by the ability of the team to execute such a flawless, perfect stay and make us feel like we were the most important guests in the hotel. Service at the bar, pool, restaurants, and reception was exceptional. All of this was done while the hotel was also hosting weddings in the evenings, which we would not have even realized if we hadn't looked outside down below and seen them. I could not believe how quietly and professionally these events were organized and how they did not in any way detract from the experience of non-wedding guests staying at the hotel - it felt like magic. In fact, "magician" is probably the best word I could use to describe the caliber of the Caruso team. I don't know how they do it all! No request was too much, nothing was an inconvenience, and the overall experience was flawless. We will keep returning here because we love the professional and unobtrusive but warm service with spectacular location and view. Grazie Mille, Caruso team!

We have traveled extensively around the world, and we have never experienced the level of service and accommodations as we did at the Belmond Caruso. The staff saw to our every need and went over the top to insure that our stay was the best it could be. The rooms are beautifully appointed, the garden and grounds immaculately tended to, and the views breathtaking. The food was as delicious as that of any Michelin starred restaurant and the service impeccable without being stuffy. I would return to the Amalfi Coast just to stay at the Caruso again. It was an unforgettable experience.

Quite possibly the best hotel we've ever visited. Wonderful staff, beautiful scenery, exceptional food and an overall amazing experience.
