Pepper milk casino security are stupid
The security at this casino is top of the line idiots. They use a I technology and if you look like somebody they have trespass , they will take you to jail instead! And of course , Reno police department is the dumbest of the dumb. Reno PD will not do any kind of investigation and try to charge you without a legitimate charge just because you look like someone else!

Things in the room are broken, over-priced "amenities", and stinks of smoke.
Avoid this place if you're looking for decent service. Checked into the room, luggage holder was broken. Finally got replaced after maybe an hour which held us up. Coffee maker didn't work the next morning, was NEVER replaced so no coffee. They work with Best Western Hotels but won't tell you that and won't give you the Best Western point for the stay if you don't originally book the stay using your Best Western membership. And, of course, being a casino resort EVERYTHING is over-priced and many of the many areas you're going to walk through STINK of smoke. Yes, the room was OK (other than things being broken) and reasonably priced but that's the limit of the good I can say about this place.

Abysmal Experience & Customer Service
Horrible. Abysmal customer service throughout this property. Long wait at check - in, broken kiosks - nice, zero maid service they will absolutely NOT clean your room, they will absolutely not care when you complain directly to house-keeping or the front desk. The lack of management and customer care is shocking.

Beautiful Hotel and Great Customer Service
We stayed at The Peppermill in April and we hadn't stayed in 10+ years. We were in a deluxe room in the Peppermill tower. We used self check-in which was relatively easy and the employee assisting in that area was very friendly. Room was very clean and quiet, everything was in good condition. We ate there at the coffee shop and the Chinese restaurant and always had good service. We enjoyed the casino the most and did mange to win on a few slots!

Great 3rd time staying at the peppermill resort
Exelent stay my third time visiting and staying here and no complains, everything is great ,great coffe shops,restaurants and machines ,but please bring Spanish 21 at the tables .
