We stayed here last night due to breaking down. We were warmly greeted by an exceptional member of staff called Hardip. She really went above and beyond. The room was nice but smelt of tobacco despite being a non-smoking room. Neighbors next door were noisy at night and in the morning, which isn’t the hotel’s fault. They are having some work/washing windows on this wing at the moment, which sounds like construction, so we could not get back to sleep.

Don’t stay anywhere else in Reno for the best experience. Pretty good casino, definitely worth having some good entertaining fun. Good food, not far from Virginia City which is also a must. If I didn’t live so far, I would go again and again. Nice pools too….

This hotel is definitely a resort and it has all of those features: A big spa, a huge swimming pool, a big fitness center, several good restaurants and a huge casino. There are also meeting rooms and a ballroom, so one could spend a lot of time here. My room was very comfortable and I enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. My only complaint is that there are floodlights on the building at night and it is hard to get the room to be dark as the light creeps in.

Very clean rooms and restrooms. Had to pay over 200.00 resort fee for nothing other than a shuttle to take us to the airport. No shuttles to take us anywhere. Gauged us for everything. 2 sodas and 2 candy bars over 25.00. A trial sized hairspray 15.00. No great places to eat. was truly disappointed. just bring a wallet full of money.

I wasn’t sure what to think of the hotel at first. It is located right in the middle of a not-so-great neighborhood. I was pleasantly surprised how amazing the staff were and the quality of the food served in the dining areas. They make their own breads!!! We are not gamblers so the smoke filled casino wasn’t appealing for us but it was packed with people having a good time. They have two pool and and great gym! The rooms were spacious and clean. Showers could use an update. We only ventured out of the hotel to go to Lake Tahoe and that was wonderful!
