Peppermill Resort Spa Casino

It was great. Our room was in the Peppermill Tower ,Imperial Suite, look exactly as advertised. The restaurants inside the Peppermill were very nice as well. But the big show stopper was the spa.

We stayed here for a conference we were attending and the place was great. The restaurants inside the hotel had very good food and service. The check in was a breeze. Great pool area as well. Numerous conference rooms with very attentive staff.

I've been doing site visits for fifteen years, and I can honestly say this one will stay with me. CHRIS ALEX, thank you for making this visit happen and for connecting me with such a wonderful team. Your care in setting everything up from DC was felt the entire time I was in Reno. TRAVIS O'DONNELL and JOCELYN CEDRA, from the moment I arrived, you made me feel less like a visiting planner and more like an old friend coming home. Every detail was thought through, every question was answered before I even had a chance to ask it, and the warmth you showed me never once felt scripted. That kind of hospitality can't be trained; it comes from people who truly care, and it showed in everything you did. I also wanted to take a moment to recognize two team members who made my recent stay at the Peppermill Resort Spa Casino truly memorable: GREG (bellman/valet?) and OMERO (bartender at Romanza) GREG was friendly, professional, and attentive every time I came and went. It’s a small interaction that makes a big difference, and he made me feel welcome from the very first moment. He also transported to my next destination from the hotel in style in the house Tesla! 😊 OMERO, the bartender at Romanza, delivered exceptional service. His hospitality, warmth, and skill behind the bar turned my first visit into a highlight of my trip. People like Greg and Omero are why guests return. We came into Reno on a late flight and picked this resort as it offered late shuttle service to the resort. My first impression was the shuttle driver who was pretty rude. We were waiting for our luggage so I stepped out to ask how long they stay before making their next trip and was given a very short "I’m Leaving in 3 minutes" and walked away. No further explanation. Unfortunately we had to wait for the next one which was about 25 min later. At check in I went to use the mobile kiosk and didn’t understand why it was making me pay again (or so it seemed) + $100. so I went to the desk to ask and got another very rude associate who seemed annoyed explaining it was a holding fee. She handed me my keys and I had to ask which way I even needed to go to get to our suite. If the room hadn’t amazed me, I likely wouldn’t return based on the service. Room was incredible though. Booked the imperial suite as a surprise for my SO and we both loved it. No view, but the room was incredible. King bed. Whirlpool tub. Stem shower and mock fireplace. Even had a Tv across the room and one closer to bed. Other than that it’s a casino. Lots of areas to gamble if you’re into that but we set out on our way the next day.

Very clean modern rooms. Hotel is well maintained will be coming back next time need to travel to area.
