We visited in October 23 and had a wonderful stay here in the two-bedroom villa, it certainly made our holiday very special. It has a stunning view of the shore, it's in a peaceful location and yet is central to the town - within quick walking distance of the beach, the acropolis, and restaurants. The villa is in a beautiful traditional style; the beds are generous and very comfortable, it has two well-equipped bathrooms, and there is a really charming veranda/ garden area to chill out on. Finally, the staff here are excellent, incredibly helpful, reliable and really made us feel welcome. The only comment I will add is that I would like the option of including breakfast when I originally booked the property, although I did arrange this holiday a while ago and may have missed it. But I would heartily recommend this hotel. Enjoy!

Beautiful unique hotel decorated in Lindian style. This place has the wow factor. The views are incredible overlooking a beautiful bay in Lindos. What makes this hotel so special is the attention to detail and the wonderful staff that all have a can do attitude. Amazing amazing amazing from start to finish. If you can book this place then you are in for a treat. Book the best rooms - all air conditioned-Room 1 senior suite with side sea view and small outside terrace or number 3 suite which although smaller than the senior suite has incredible views of the bay and acropolis with a large sun terrace and has the sun all day. Suite number 12 also has a private terrace with lovely views. Breakfast is a total delight and prepared freshly every day and you are treated as individuals so no queuing up. Unfortunately the beautiful restaurant had to close but it may still say it’s available on their website- it isn’t but saying that the staff are so helpful in directing you to an abundance of fabulous restaurants nearby. If you haven’t visited Lindos on Rhodes before -then it’s a must - the water in the bay is totally clear and you can spend hours swimming in the warm water watching the fish around you or for the more energetic a walk up to the Acropolis is also a must.

Melenos is the stuff dreams are made of. If you want luxury in a proper Greek feeling hotel look no further. This is our second visit to this hotel. I have visited Greece 15 times and I have no doubt that this the best place I’ve stayed. The staff treat you like friends and the views are breathtaking, as is the whole feel of the place. Breakfast is served so quietly and discreetly and the Greek options are excellent, with international options too - amazing bougatsa, spinach pies and omelettes and the fried eggs are the best I’ve tasted! Also all of the beaches,restaurants & night life Lindos has to offer are all a short stroll away from this quiet, beautiful place. Love this place!

Exquisite. Having visited Lindos countless times, we’d always dreamed of staying at Melanos. From the moment we arrived every moment at the hotel was a delight. We felt cared for and privileged. Staff were exceptional, breakfast was a leisurely pleasure, the location was perfect. A truly beautiful experience. A dream come true.

Wonderful repeat visit, staff friendly and so helpful. Beds and pillows super comfortable. A wonderful traditional hotel experience and would highly recommend a stay, however long you book you will wish you were staying longer!
