The Good parts lovely clean hotel in a great location, the staff starting with the front desk , house keeping, dining room and gardeners are a credit to the hotel and are so polite and helpful to make your stay so pleasant. If it’s your intention to lounge around the pool most of the time this is where the not so good issues commence, the pool area is very small with only 43 loungers and 8 parasols. The hotel did try and enforce the no saving of lounger policy on a couple of days, but the problem is the pool area is very small and there is not enough loungers for the size of the hotel and on a number of occasions people were unable to obtain a lounger which for a 5 star hotel is not acceptable We had a Double high floor room which was very clean, the room was very small and has to be one of the smallest we have ever encountered in a 5 Star hotel .

The hotel is perfectly situated a 5 minute walk from the old town gate. The staff are friendly and attentive, the place is immaculate and the breakfast buffet is delicious (there are also a la carte options)! The pool area is a little on the small side so need to get organised but for a more centrally located hotel it's everything you'd want! The galaxy lounge bar on the fourth floor is also an excellent touch serving an array of cocktails.

Quiet unassuming hotel with gorgeous pool , it’s not a huge sprawling corporate beach hotel full of small kids and I loved being able to walk in and around the old medieval town , walking to the many amazing restaurants ( avoid any with photos of the food on the menu. They are tourist traps ). Rodos park is a boutique hotel and still has the grand looking entrance and common areas of yesteryear . However the rooms have been fully renovated recently and are super modern . This hotel is elegant and sophisticated, it has a good level of service and the front desk staff are lovely ,

A wonderful haven in a leafy suburb but easy walking distance to the old town Highly professional service and immaculate facilities and such a contrast to those large impersonal hotels that dominate the island. Breakfast by the pool was a real treat and the staff could not have done more to make our stay comfortable and memorable Only 4 stars???

Stayed here recently, very nice hotel, lovely comfortable room. Reception and dining room warm and welcoming. The food was very good and breakfast excellent. Pool area clean but the pool was quite cold! Staff all very friendly and efficient. Ideally situated a stones throw from the old town. Would stay here again.
