Myself and partner visited the spa here, the spa was clean, facilities were great including choices of teas and water but unfortunately the service I received and massage that myself and partner had was very average. (I am not saying it was bad but it was purely average)

If you have the chance to stay here, you must!! We had just two nights at Rodos Park, but it that short time it became one of our two favourite hotels in the world. The building and its location are great. The garden is beautiful and tranquil. But it's the staff who truly set this hotel apart from the rest. Everyone at the Rodos Park went beyond "customer service": their kind attention and hospitality made us feel they were genuinely happy to help us with anything we asked. In particular, Alexia (Guest Relations Manager), Evangelos (Maître d'Hôtel), and Kiki (Receptionist) did everything possible to make us feel welcome and at home. But everyone was wonderful – I'm only sorry there are too many to mention them all by name. Food and gym are our two top criteria in choosing a hotel. The food at Rodos Park was the best we have eaten in a hotel (and, as I mentioned above, served with real care and attention). Breakfast is a Greek buffet. There are hot English breakfast items available, but we didn't choose those things. The breads, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, meats, and cheeses were top quality and absolutely delicious. I also must mention the great coffee, which had a wonderfully smooth flavour. The lunch and dinner menus are nicely varied. Because our visit was short, we were only able to try seven different dishes – all of them were presented beautifully, in just the right portion sizes, and I can't find enough good words to describe the flavours! The gym is quiet, well maintained, and has enough cardio and strength-training equipment to keep in shape for a short break. If I were staying for more than a week, I would probably look for a commercial gym to join, but for a week or less, the gym here should be adequate for all but professional athletes. In summary – a truly outstanding hotel!

What can I say about this amazing hotel. We stayed here for two nights and can say it's arguably the best hotel we've ever stayed in. From check-in the wonderful Alexia introduced herself to us and offered us advice of what to see, what to eat and what to do in Rhodes. Alexia is truly a customer service phenomenon. The reception area has the perfect mix of modernity and 19th century charm. To add to the hip and eclectic vibe of the area, they play hits of Boyzone, Boys2men and Backstreet boys. The reception staff are amazing, willing to help out with anything you need. Kiki was a true star, even allowing us to use the gym late night. All the staff are multi-lingual and highly proficient (I heard the breakfast waiter Irini having a conversation in French, then Greek, then English). The rooms are wonderfully well-appointed with a modern decor and marble panelling. If you're lucky to get a room that faces the back, you'll be able to sit in your balcony that overlooks a wonderful archeological site (the experience is better with a glass of wine ) The restaurant faces the pool area which at night is a calm oasis in the heart of town. Be sure to look out for the hotel cat Thalia. The food in the restaurant is the best we've ever eaten anywhere. The kitchens open until late and are more than willing to cook off-menu items. The wonderful restaurant is run by a Maître d'hôtel Evangelos who is highly skilled in Greek hospitality and making sure that your meal is an experience. The gym is pretty well equipped. A number of treadmills, weights and a cross trainer. The spa is beautiful and has a number of treatments. The wifi is great and there's not too much noise. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I'm almost sad we stayed here, it will make it difficult not to compare other hotels to the perfect stay we enjoyed at the Rhodos Park. Please stay here if you get the chance. You will not regret it.

Rodos Park Suites& Spa is a nice boutique hotel, centrally located, with exceptional Spa services, very hospitable and friendly personnel, cosy and tranquil. The customer treatment esp. on behalf of the the Hotel Administration needs to be praised and positively commented. Very professional attitude.
