I love this place. The decor, the nostalgia, the service, the view. Expensive ? Yes it is , but worth it Take a room, a suite if you can, ocean view, and you have the most beautiful scene at your feet. I will be back of course

Perfection in an iconic hotel
This really is a special place to stay, an art-deco landmark with views right over the famous Copacabana beach. Our welcome was warm and helpful, our room was a classic beauty right at the front of the building (but giving us peaceful nights as well as glorious sunrises), and the food, service and stunning pool were all First Class. A faultless stay and we can't wait to return to enjoy all those small details that make Belmond stand out.

Under construction - noisy
Under construction with a sh*** ton of noise. Pool unusable. Many of the rooms have construction noise. Very disappointing.

The Best in Rio
Copacabana Palace truly feels like a home away from home. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome and completely at ease. Everyone was attentive, warm, and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The service is flawless, the atmosphere is elegant yet comfortable, and every detail shows care. I left already wanting to come back.

excellent and the staff is amazing
the rooms are a little old but are big, have nice view and everything was perfect. The staff at the hotel made our stay amazing, they were always very attentive, diligent and nice to solve any question we had.
