Awesome Experience
We had a great time. Staff really care about their guests and ensuring a 5 star experience. The spa and main pool were closed for renovations but they were still able to offer some spa services in another wing of the hotel and had the top pool available for use. Pergula was great for breakfast and had awesome staff, can’t say the same for their dinner. Mee was amazing and their staff was so awesome.

A fabulous hotel at a amazing natural wonder
lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff and good food. Most amazing aspect are the falls and the ability to access them at all hours.

Great hotel but also disappointing
Beautifull classic building, some parts need some renovation. Very friendly staff but service level is way beyond what I’m used to in other Belmond hotels or same level hotels.

A wonderful hotel with history and character, great stay!
Stayed as a family of three in a suite overlooking the beach in July 2026, the room was absolutely stunning. The hotel itself is also fabulous, the pool was under renovation which was a shame as it's a standout for the hotel, but we did get to use the roof top pool. It's not the cheapest hotel, but it's value for what you get and experience, we also loved the breakfast. Book yourself on the free hotel tour, it is so worth it to hear the hotel's history and get a guided tour behind the scenes and an insight into some of those famous previous guests. We always love a hotel that has history and character, and the Copacabana Hotel delivers on all, service was also impeccable and the location is fabulous.
