Luxury and elegance in Copacabana beach
One of the nicest locations on Copacabana beach. Very luxurious hotel with professional staff, excellent food, great amenities, and comfortable rooms. The hotel speaks of decades of elegance where the sophisticated traveler should stay. It has a historical ambiance, but contemporary style. They just need to provide slippers for guests in suites. Although you need to be conscientious that you are in a foreign country, the beach and immediate area is really safe with pleasant locals throughout. Hotel security really ensure a safe stay. Concierge, front desk/lobby staff, and Manager, couldn't have been more accommodating.

Awesome Experience
We had a great time. Staff really care about their guests and ensuring a 5 star experience. The spa and main pool were closed for renovations but they were still able to offer some spa services in another wing of the hotel and had the top pool available for use. Pergula was great for breakfast and had awesome staff, can’t say the same for their dinner. Mee was amazing and their staff was so awesome.

A fabulous hotel at a amazing natural wonder
lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff and good food. Most amazing aspect are the falls and the ability to access them at all hours.

Great hotel but also disappointing
Beautifull classic building, some parts need some renovation. Very friendly staff but service level is way beyond what I’m used to in other Belmond hotels or same level hotels.
