Our stay at Copacabana Palace, A Belmond Hotel was elevated by the outstanding service we received from two members of the front desk team, Ulrich and Jessica. From the moment we arrived, they made check-in seamless and welcoming, and their attentiveness continued throughout our entire stay. Ulrich was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to walk us through everything we needed to know about the hotel and the surrounding Copacabana area. Jessica was equally wonderful — warm, professional, and always quick to help with any request, big or small. Together they set the tone for what turned out to be a truly memorable stay. It's rare to find this level of genuine hospitality, and it's clear both Ulrich and Jessica take real pride in their work. They are a credit to the Copacabana Palace team, and we hope hotel management recognizes them for the exceptional impression they left on us. We'll definitely be back — and hope to see these two again.
