Fabulous hotel. Staff friendliest and most professional I’ve come across in years. Nothing too much trouble and you felt they all enjoyed helping guests and liked working there. Room large and comfortable. Location brilliant opposite beach but you do have to cross a very busy road. Breakfast was amazing and SO much choice. Great restaurant recommendations and they give vouchers for free local cocktails. All in all far exceeded our expectations.

Great room, amazing view from the top floor over Copacabana beach. Staff were friendly and the hotel was all very clean and professional. The location is right opposite the beach and an easy walk to restaurants and over to Ipanema too. Would recommend for a few days for sure.

Great central hotel in safe area. Rooms good. Breakfast good. Staff knowledgeable. We walked to beaches and restaurants too. Would recommend. We actually stayed in 2019 not sure why it did not save my review. With husband and two daughters.

We stayed here for two nights as part of a 16 day tour of Argentina and Rio. The hotel and its staff cannot be faulted in any way, all staff members were ‘genuinely’ friendly and all seemed happy. We were met with a glass of champagne, which was a nice touch, and check in was prompt and efficient. The room was modern and clean and we even had a ‘free’ bottle of water (the only hotel to provide this on our entire tour)! We did not use the swimming pool as our time was limited but did go up to enjoy the views of Copacabana beach. Breakfast was superb with a huge variety to choose from. I would recommend eating in their Italian restaurant ‘Alloro’ at least once during your stay. We ate there on our first night but as it was sooooo good we went back on our second! I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel for a stay whilst visiting Copacabana.

Stayed here for 2 nights after a cruise, wish it could have been more. Great welcome on arrival with a glass of Champagne, Daniella checked us in, she was very welcoming and explained all about the hotel to us and what was available, and said if we returned around 1:00pm our room should be ready. Check in wasn't until 3:00pm. We went up to the 16th floor to the pool bar and swimming pool. The views were amazing over Copacabana beach, and I couldn't wait to try the infinity pool. We had booked a standard room, which although had no view, was excellent, large bedroom, good size bathroom and wardrobe. Complimentary water every day and a mini bar if needed. A nice touch with a chocolate left on the bed and after the room was serviced, haven't come across that for a long time. Lunch at the pool bar was very good and staff were excellent, call out to Bruno. Breakfast was also very good, great choice, nice hot food, and if you wished a glass of Champagne! Great hotel every member of staff was really pleasant and friendly. The decor of this hotel is beautiful, the place to stay if you are in Rio.
