Room was just as advertised. Only had one meal on property which was good but wanted to sample local cuisine. Pool and beach were great. Overall very relaxing vacation for my wife and I.

I recently stayed at this property in may 2024. The property is beautiful and well maintained but overall customer service was mediocre to sub par at best. For how much everything cost they need to remove the rude staff on site. I don’t believe I have ever been more unimpressed in the Caribbean in my life. There were some amazing staff but only a few and some staff even ignored customers at the sand trap golf lounge who were making small easy requests. I love Puerto Rico but this property does not hold its value to its standards.

The banquet was very nice, both food quality and the dinner hall. I enjoyed the local food and dessert along with the beach view in the evening.

Surprised that the areas around bungalows were not keep cleaner. Staff around bungalows were not rude but could have been more friendly. Pool activities person was very friendly and helpful. Pool area was nice with plenty of room. Not the place to visit if you like to play and swim on the beach. $85 one way taxi ride to old san juan and don't travel between 5 and seven. Old san juan is a nice visit but rain kept us from doing much more.

I really enjoyed this resort. The pool is really big, therefore, you could always find a chair and space to yourself. They provided as many towels as you wanted. The pool was clean with prefect temps. Blue pool, blue sky, warm sun and palm tress. The resort was clean which I appreciated. The rooms are clean and spacious. The AC actually worked good, which is hard to come by in the Caribbean. Housekeeping did a great job each day and we never had to ask for towels. Its expensive, however that's to be expected. The resort is secluded, therefore, a car, Uber, etc. is needed to leave the property. The food was fine. The drinks were fine. My suggestions would be to put mini fridges in the rooms. They did have a drink fridge however, it was really small. I felt as if I wasted a lot of food on my trip due to having nowhere to put my leftovers.
