This resort was beautiful. It was exactly the relaxing atmosphere I was looking for. I loved that there were some things to do during the day, but it was really a place to just breathe, swim, and rest. So, when I went out to do activities, I came back to tranquility. The resort is spacious and feels homey, but luxurious at the same time. I don't really recommend this place for kids unless they really love swimming or you've got full days planned outside the resort as there are some, but not many planned activities throughout the day (and that's not a bad thing!). Kids may want to be constantly entertained haha However, it's great for the adults and exactly what my cousins and I wanted. The staff were very kind, attentive, and took great initiative in being helpful. They were very knowledgable and I always felt very comfortable. The food in the restaurants was delicious! I have deadly nut allergies and they were extremely attentive to that. Overall, a great experience. Thank you!

I read a LOT of negative reviews about this resort, which were very concerning to me as our trip approached. But the people complaining are just being nit-picky and are missing out on the great things this resort has to offer. I have been to multiple resorts in Mexico and Puerto Rico and this was one of the most beautiful locations. The resort property is breathtaking and my hubby and I enjoyed just walking along the beach every night looking at hermit crabs and the little fish in the shallow water. Yes, it isn't much of a swimming beach, but I knew that going in and I don't like swimming in the ocean. The beach area is lined with palm trees and rocks and it is great for relaxing and exploring. The pool is probably the BEST hotel/resort pool I have ever been to. There are multiple little coves and seats in the water which are great for just chilling. The pool bar played great music which kept things upbeat. There are lots of iguanas on property, which we enjoyed. The restaurants: Wet Grill - good food for lunch, loved their salad with watermelon and feta...so refreshing. Great sandwiches and wraps too. Best Pina Colada I have had in a while! Cafe Soleil - okay for breakfast if it's included with your meal plan, if not - overpriced for what it is. We tried to go there for dinner a few times, but it was always closed, which was weird and unexpected. Nami - stick to the Hibachi side...the food was awesome and the guy who cooked for us was so fun and engaging. The other side of the restaurant, service was terrible and the food was just okay. Tempo - our favorite. Jan (pronounced Jon) was so good the first time, we came back another night and asked for him. BEST table side Caesar Salad! The steak and pork were amazing. We stayed in a Red Level Ocean Front Junior Suite, which I HIGHLY recommend. The room was beautiful...a few spots of mold on the ceiling vent and on the couch by the door to the patio, but come one...you are on a beach vacation! STAY RED LEVEL! The red level pool has bali beds included and it is nice and quiet over there. We loved the Red Level lounge apps and drinks...this was the best way to start our night! Check in and check out at the Red Level was perfect - no complaints. Lots of bugs, but you're on a island so bring bug spray ;) I would stay here again. Hopefully they have a few more food options next time. That's my only real complaint!

I was very disappointed that such a lovely place had no staff cleaning the rooms and refreshing the linen daily. The halls and stairways did not look clean (tile/grout). We paid for Red Level service but did not get any exceptional service. Got not service at all. I had to call every day to get wash cloths and towels!

My husband and I stayed here for our Honeymoon. Puerto Rico is a beautiful place and the Hotel gave it that secluded feeling that is was perfect for us. We opted for the red level and the best part was the Breakfast. Housekeeping is Excellent in which Im still thinking about Ms. Carmen, lol. Overall the staff was very nice and pleasant and we can not wait to return
