Thank you, a thousand times gracias!
This is my first time at this property and it will not be my last. Reason being, the hospitality me and my travel partner has received. It’s down to the check in, friendly and profesional. I want to send a special thanks to Krystal, Ericka and Chef Pedro. They were especially attentive, professional and kind. They made us feel like we were better than at home. I would love to know that Hyatt management at this property would congratulate them and perhaps offer them an incentive. I realize is their job, but they extended themselves and given us a spectacular service. Thank you to all of them. I will be returning to this property for future travels to Puerto Rico.

Angelo at Prime was not only charismatic, but he was very helpful! He checked on us frequently, recommended great choices and provided excellent service! Food, music, drinks and ambience was amazing!

Nori Restaurant
We had an amazing dinner at Nori! Anthony was our server and he took care of everything and everyone at the table. Extremely attentive and went the extra mile. Samuel was our Chef. The food was exceptional and the show he did was awesome. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Quite gem in the Caribbean
A lovely, low key resort experience on a beautifully pristine coast of the island. If you're looking to unwind, this place is for you. Staff are lovely. Good food choices are a bit limited but it gives you an excuse to leave the property for some tasy, affordable food.
