Wonderful trip, gorgeous location and incredible staff.
We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Grand Reserve Puerto Rico. Our family loved the amenities. The pools are gorgeous and not crowded. The beach is beautiful. What stood out the most was the service. The staff was so kind and accommodating. We really appreciated their care and service. Angelica R. made the most amazing pancakes each morning for my kids and was so kind to us. We also had a wonderful experience with Georgie at Nori Teppanyaki and our amazing server both nights at Nori. Highly recommend for a family vacation!

Great Hotel and Location!
What a beautiful location and hotel. Great staff. Wonderful pools and access to ocean. Great food and drinks. Overall great facility with even better staff.

Room for Significant Improvement
Overall, our stay was disappointing given the cost of the hotel. Several amenities fell short of expectations, including underfilled cornhole bags, missing ping pong balls, and a gym that was far less impressive than anticipated. On multiple occasions, our kids asked for a football and were told each time that none were available. We also experienced ongoing issues with housekeeping, having to call multiple times for room service, and even then fresh washcloths were not provided. The TV in our room worked inconsistently; although staff attempted to fix it, the issue was never fully resolved, and we ultimately had to tolerate intermittent service. Transportation around the property was insufficient and made getting around inconvenient. Lastly, being charged extra for Wi‑Fi felt unreasonable considering how much we already paid to stay. Overall, the experience did not match the level of quality we expected.

Best food and great birthday dinner :)
We had the most amazing time having dinner here！Angelo Prime was our server and he made my birthday dinner amazing! The food was some of the best food I’ve ever had and everything was quite tasty and super delicious!! I am very satisfied with the service and the quality of the food!! We’ll definitely be coming back in the future!! This place was amazing! We very much recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
