Cannot wait to go back!
This resort far exceeded our expectations. My boyfriend and I went for 5 nights and stayed in an ocean front bungalow and it did not disappoint! The cats on premises were friendly and adorable, the iguanas were everywhere and really fun to spot, and the room / facilities were excellent. The pool, swim up bar, and food were next level. I never expect to love the food on-resort - Hyatt crushed it though. The smores pizza at the bar was lights out and the ceviche, ahi tuna nachos, and fish tacos at the swim up bar/food truck were the highlight of all of our meals - all week!!

Molido was excellent and delicious. Had the pizza twice and the service that Bianca and Edwin provided was excellent the entire weekend. Thank you!!!

Girls Trip Oct ‘25
Had a great experience at this resort! Stayed here with a friend for a girls trip for a few days and would definitely come back. Everyone was so nice and friendly. We got to try the food at a few different restaurants on the grounds and it was all amazing. The coffee shop Molido has great drinks and even better pizza!! The chef, Edwin, and every barista we met were so sweet. The pool was clean and spent most of our days there. Also tried out the spa and it was worth the money. The worst part was leaving!

Birthday trip
We had an amazing experience at the Hyatt. The service was fantastic, the food was delicious, the resort and pool were beautiful and the spa was so relaxing. Overall, I highly recommend this resort. They made your stay worth it and it felt very luxurious. The cafe, Molido, was amazing for a quick bite and coffee. Edwin and Diana at the cafe were kind and made our experience great. Book your stay at the Hyatt now!!

Welcome drinks scam
Pretty good but the welcome drinks are a scam. The hotel is nice and clean. Food and service are good. But the welcome drink tickets they give you at check in are a little bit of a scam. The bars don’t accept them. They just give them to you to get you go order drinks and then the bar tells you about fine print rules that’s not printed on the ticket.
