Thais is such a great asset!
Had a great experience at the steakhouse with a large group and the service was impeccable. Thais was just a doll and gave us great information about the drinks and suggestions for what to try. She was so friendly and engaging! Thank you for taking such good care of us.!!!

Perfect place for a little family
We came here with my little family for two nights to end our PR adventure trip. We spent the day at the pool and it was perfect. The waiters and waitresses were very attentive. The pool was very clean and they kept making sure it was clean throughout the day. Views were great. We will definitely come back.

Staff is amazing
Hyatt hotel is a nice & peaceful hotel! This hotel is best for golfers & people who want a relaxing experience. I do have to give a shout out to Krystle for being so accommodating! She was the best part of our vacation at the Hyatt.

Hyatt Regency was an amazing experience. We stayed there for a Weekend Sport Event and there is no even one thing that was bad. The attention, service, the room, the transportation from one area to another, everything was perfect. Great place. Great location. Planning our next visit.
