Anniversary trip
Our recent stay at Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico was outstanding. The room was beautifully designed, and the atmosphere perfectly captured the tropical beauty of the island. The resort offers an impressive range of amenities—more than we could even fit into one stay. The pools were immaculate and well-maintained, adding to the overall experience. Everything met or exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely return.

Nanette in the kids area is awesome!
The whole atmosphere was wonderful. Rooms were tidy, spacious and comfortable. Every employee was very kind and helpful. Special shout out to Nanette in the kids play area. She is so sweet and loving to the kids. Ella and Hayes loved playing with her. We will definitely be back. The price for this resort is well worth it. The location and beaches are fantastic and not crowded.

We enjoyed our stay
We had a fantastic time , the resort was absolutely beautiful. I wish they had more of a night life but other than that it was great. The spa was very nice to. Carlos Sánchez was a phenomenal bartender! We also LOVED the wonderful woman doing the omelets.
