Miriam at Prime 787 was amazingand gave our kids a Spanish lesson over breakfast. The service from Matthew was excellent, food was delicious, nice overall esthetic.

Perfect family vacation!
This was my family’s first trip to Puerto Rico. The location is absolutely breathtaking. The rooms were immaculate! The service was incredible, everyone that works here is so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent, Kyanis was so kind and wonderful to my kids every morning. At the pool we met Evelyn, she was so informative and went above and beyond to offer us fantastic service while we were poolside, along with Angel who offered us awesome recommendations for activities. Overall this trip was excellent and we will definitely be staying at the Hyatt again!
