This place is not well managed. The rooms were clean, but the stairs were never swept or washed. The place where you wait for someone to pick you up had old bird poop on the floor. The legs of our table had dried food debris on it. The waiters seemed clueless and poorly trained. One used a really noisey bus cart on cobble stones - he should be using a tray. Nice beach though and the rooms were large and comfortable

Genisse Soto was awesome. She served us at two of the restaurants at the Hyatt Regency her Customer Service was just amazing. She went out of her way to make sure we needed anything.

The staff was very responsive to all my requests. The resort was beautiful and spacious. The food was diverse and well prepared. Enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend.

We hosted a wedding at the resort for 80 off island guests. Everything went smoothly but the service could have been better. The pool food delivery and drink service was very slow. The lobby bar had no white wine. No one serviced our room. We were not greeted or treated specially in any way despite spending tens of thousands of dollars at the hotel. But it is a very nice facility and quite beautiful, secure, and comfortable and well- maintained.

The room was larger than I expected and the bathroom is grand. Prime 787 was excellent. Our server was engaging and service oriented. The facilities are clean. Every "ask" was a "yes". We will definitely recommend this resort to others and we will come back.
